This is some of the best Mexican food I've had since moving to Utah 5 years ago! We were on our way to Red Castle Lake and glad we found this spot. The fiesta and molcajete loco were similar but the molcajete came sizzling and with more spice! Both were so good! I will find an excuse to come back and visit this place for sure! read more

Awesome atmosphere, service and food. We have never seen a guy hustling more than our server. He might have been the owner too. But he was excellent and the fajitas were great along with great margaritas and cocktails!! read more

Fiesta Guadalajara - Margarita and restaurant - Mexican Near Me - Mountain View, Wyoming

I ate here last week as part of a group of 7. With Fiesta's extensive menu, there was something for everyone. I ordered the pork chile verde. It was served with yellow/Mexican rice, refried beans, your choice of corn or flour tortillas (I got corn), and a generous portion of the chile verde. While not the best chile verde I have ever had, it was still enjoyable. Around the table folks got the carne asada, pollo asado, jalapeno stroganoff, and chile verde burrito and there was very little food left on plates at the end. Several of us also had margaritas - on the rocks and blended, all good. There aren't too many places to choose from in Mountain View, but Fiesta offers a wide variety of Mexican dishes and options for every palate and every food preference and sensitivity. I've already been there 3 times on past visits and will very likely eat there again next time too! read more

The food did not taste good. The service was TERRIBLE. Brought out chips but didn't give us any salsa till I asked for it the 2nd time. The salsa was tomato juice and onions with some cilantro Absolutely will not go back to any location of Fiesta Guadalajara. read more

I had the chicken enchilada luncheon special. It had no flavor to it. The beans had a peppery taste. The rice was bland. I could have made this item myself and it would have taste better. read more

Enjoyed another great dinner here this weekend. Service is always fast. Reliably good food and margaritas (I request Patron Silver, no salt). Enough variety in the menu to keep everyone happy... read more

The yummiest Mexican food great food and service! Very clean environment & food comes out fast!

Friendly people have been in business for many years. Tacos al pastor had great flavor and the take out packaging is very organized!

I had chicken tacos, wasn't expecting anything other than garden variety American-Mexican food. It was better than that: the chicken meat was fresh and tasty and even the taco shell tortillas were flavorful and fresh. The margarita, however, was typical margarita-mix-mediocre. I'd go back. read more

Food is good and the staff is awesome. I like that they're in Mountain View now, it just sucks that Crazy 8 is gone though

Excellent food, atmosphere was wonderful, the nacho Guadalajara was absolutely delicious. Had bacon wrapped shrimp on top of it wonderful. That enchilada and chili Riano was amazing. read more

Quick lunch stop in Mountain View on the way back from Manila. Hot chips, mild and bland salsa and a cold beer were waiting for me. I had my lunch plate in under 5 minutes. Menu was a bit pricey....Cheapest lunch special was $7.99. It was a typical plate with an enchilada and a taco, accompanied by the standard rice and beans. The taco was a hard shell taco. I didn't know people still ate these. The shredded chicken in the taco was very flavorful and moist (I tasted bay leaves in the marinade) and the pork chile verde in the enchilada was decent. Not too bad for a rural town with limited options. read more

I've come to this restaurant well over a year now and out of all these times I I came here, not once has this place let me down in any way. First I'll start off by when we walk in, the gentleman always greets us, even if he is busy running to other tables, he acknowledges us and says hi. Once we get to a table or booth we don't wait long, at most maby three minutes until he brings the menus and readies up the drinks. The place is clean, and I mean even the dishes and silverware, and the table, none of that sticky surface feeling you get at some places. It's not a long wait til your food is served out to you, and when it's served I mean it's served. Hardly any plate is seen, they fill your plate with food! None of that pay a lot and get a nibble of food like they do at crazy ate, they pack your plate for a very decent price. And that huge amount of food you get, all of it is amazing. As I said I've been here dozens of times and not once have I had anything bad to say about the food. It's just simply amazing every time! The service is great as well. During my whole stay they keep up on my drink, pass by to check on us, and are very friendly and professional. All in all it's a restaurant to stop at. I recommend it to everyone and I'm sure you will have a great experience just like I do every time I stop by. read more

Really great food, friendly staff and fast service. The place was very busy but that didn't seem to impede our service.

Our entire family loves Fiesta Guadalajara and eats there often. Service staff and management are professional and courteous too. The menu is excellent and the prices are really reasonable. Stopped by on a friend's recommendation. This place did not disappoint. The service was swift and friendly. I asked the waiter what he recommended and he said the chili verde. Oh my gosh, it was some of the best I have ever had. (I must say that I am a Mexican food snob and I'm hard to impress but this place rocked it). It is definitely worth the few minute drive off the highway. read more

This small town Mexican restaurant has great salsa, great environment and their carne asada is to die for. I had to wite a second review because they have impressed me that much. If your on I80, just take to mountain view exit. It is worth it. If you don't want the full out carne asada, their carne asada burrito is extremely good as well. I have been to too many Mexican restaurants and always order the carne asada. When I say Fiesta Guatalajaras Carne asada is good, it really is. read more

Accidentally ran into this place while just taking a scenic drive. Nice decor. Great service. I had chicken taquitos which were very good. My other half had flauta dinner which was more than he could eat. The salsa and chips were great also. If ever in this area again, I would stop here. read more

Had dinner here tonight. Hubby had flauntes and chili reyano. I had avocado chicken salad. Salsa, ok but not great. Hubby meal, stellar!!! Mine just ok. Cadalac margaritas, awesome! Service was fantastic! Served water and chips right away. Very attentive service. For a small town, five star!!!! read more

The group of us who went are people who love Mexican food. The thing is we love legit traditional Mexican food. This was not our cup of tea for that reason. I got the Suiza enchiladas and they were more like fajitas with sour cream on top. The rice and beans were actually the best part. It a little pricier than other Mexican spots we've gone to, might be because the sizes are generous and you can share. I don't think we will be back.. but it's not bad for the middle of no where. read more

We have gone twice to this restaurant now. Both while driving through Mountain View. The first time I had taco plate special with corn tortillas and beef inside. I really enjoyed it though the beans were slightly liquidy. The second time there I ordered the same item because I had enjoyed it the first time and it was semi-diet friendly. The second time it was spicier than it has been the previous visit and I didn't like it as much. My daughter ordered a tostada. It was quite spicy and very liquidy as well. She didn't enjoy it very much and it was impossible to take the leftovers as they were soupy. My husband enjoyed his food both times except that The items on his combo plate were a little spicier than he likes them read more

We had a great meal. We are from Southern California where Mexican restaurants abound. We were very impressed with this restaurant. I had the chicken mole and it was great. I also ordered beans de la olla rather than refried. This was a pleasant surprise as in our travels outside of Southern California, few places serve this. My husband had a "favorite" that had shrimp, carne asada and pollo asada. It was excellent. The salsa was also very tasty. My only suggestion is I thought the chips were a bit too salty. The service was excellent as were the margaritas. read more

WE LOVED THIS MEXICAN FOOD! wish we could go back but we were only staying a few nights in the ft bridger rv park on a trip....HUGE, YUMMY portions which we easily stretched from 2 meals in the restaurant to 3-4 more meals later in our RV. the best ever cheese dip - not white, not yellow cheese dip - whatever it was - it was to die for. read more
