The one who cooked our food, who goes by Tiny, made the best food I have ever tasted out of any Taco Bell. My expectations are very low as let's be honest, we grab Taco Bell because it is cheap ad usually pretty quick when you just need to fill the belly. If I could give less then one star I would but they all stood in the office I believe and took then 10-15 minutes to come and take our order. The manager was doing little to nothing and employees were rude. The food was cold and not worth feeding to a dog. This is not the first time. I have had friends visit this location and they say that they stood in the office and you could tell that they where smoking e-cigarettes indoors (which is a health violation). We decided to have a couple of Mexican pizzas..walked in and was not greeted by the red headed girl who was sitting down drawing or whatever she was doing..very unwelcoming. Ordered got the 1st round of mexican pizzas with no enchilada sauce and unmelted cheese...I took them back to the counter and told them to make them again and got the same uninviting attitude from the redhead and they made the same or worse quality mexican pizza again..asked for my $ back and the unapologetic redhead got her GM Kinzie..who seemed to care less and didn't even apologize for the crap service and quality of her restaurant..in my opinion she has no business being a GM. Today my son ordered food to eat in. He noticed the salad shell had a bitter, rancid taste, but when he complained, 3 different people treated him as if they didnt believe him. Before leaving, he ordered to go food for me and my wife and when we began eating, my wife noticed the same bitterness in her salad shell and i tasted bitterness in the flour tortilla my burrito was wrapped in. Taco Bell should be a consistent 4-star. Not because of food quality but you know just what you're getting, no matter where you go. Cheap food that tastes good with generally good and fast service. At this disappointing franchise I watched the young curly haired kid take an order from the lady and get it wrong. When she asked him to confirm he admitted he had it wrong and just stood there doe-eyed with a look of confusion on his face. This is the worst Taco Bell in this area. They skimp on fillings and run out of limited time offers quickly. They consistently get orders wrong. Their potatoes are always really old. I went here consistently for around two years. Finally got fed up and started driving a little further to a different one and was amazed at the quality difference. I won't be back. read more
