Much better experience than the last drive thru! Went in and ordered Nacho fries, cheese wrap, Fiesta Potato and spicy nacho fries with beef The ordering screen was sticky, needs some cleaning. Waited 30min as they asked me to pull up for my mobile order. Went in and my food is under a heat lamp. When I asked why they didn't bring it out they said "sorry we're busy" with an eye roll I was the only one in line. Had I not gone inside to ask about my order I wouldn't have ever received it, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would give a zero if able. I haven't been to Taco Bell in years and thought I'd give it a try again. We went to this location, walked in to hear the girls in the back cussing up a storm and took the volume from about an 8 to a 5 when we walked in (my 15yr old daughter and I). We walked up to the counter and tried to order (as we have not been there in a while and didn't know the process). A girl walked up (that was cussing just fine in English) and said "cash?" I said, "no, card, can we place it here?" She replied "hold, no English" and then walked to another girl, said something to her and then the new girl walked up and said "can I help you?" I said "yes, we'd like to order for Togo". She looked an me and said "we are not allowed to use these registers, you have to order from there and walked off" (some sort of kiosk). We ordered from the kiosk, checked our order and sent it. When the food came out, the lady put the bag on the counter and said, "takeout" and walked away. We got home and there were no sauces in the bag, no napkins, no receipt (except the order ticket taped to the bag). That ticket showed sauces on it. I get that you might have to get your own, but why offer it on the kiosk? Why have 6 employees that can't engage a customer on ANY level. The service from these kids is non-existent. And the worst part is, you won't do anything about it. You just play the numbers game and figure one lost patron here and there is nothing compared to the revenue you have. I'm sure you're not proud of that 1.3 stars you have on yelp. You literally have no business model without customers, yet you treat them as though they're a hassle. Someone should actually manage these kids and teach them a skill that they can use in life. That skill should be courtesy and service (both of which translate to sales and bonus). There are 1000 places to eat, you are definitely making it easier for me to eliminate you as an option. So, thank you, I'm sure the others would love your profit share of the market. Keep that low star rating moving in the wrong direction. As for the language, I've learned through years in retail and service that employees mirror management and what's allowed. Could be the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. If this is a franchise - corporate needs to know how bad this location is. The entire staff is lazy, they have horrible customer service and they serve the food improperly with very little toppings or execution. It's so bad that I would rather drive an extra 7 miles away to the Celina location. Everyone should be fired at this Frisco location and I recommend no one going there to waste their money and to receive their orders completely incorrectly and then be told that they won't do anything about it. They refuse to take order at the counter. I don't use those germ infested self-serve kiosk. She told me everyone was busy, but they helped the customer in line right before me. Customer asked to come into the kitchen and they let them in the kitchen. Maybe someone that works there, but wasn't in uniform. Person waiting on them did not act like they knew them though. Worst Taco Bell ever. This one is very close to where we live so we have been there 3 times since they opened. Every single time we have encountered a snotty teen kid who has a bad attitude. Today, I asked to add a burrito at the window after my original order and he said I could not as I am not allowed to do add on orders at the window. There was not a single car behind me but he said I needed to go back to the speaker and request the burrito. Also, when I asked to clarify an item on the first order he said "I don't know". This owner needs to increase their labor budget and hire adults to work there cause the kids are not working out as most are on their cell phones. While this is a new Taco Bell and the service and food started off better than most Taco Bell's, things have went downhill fast. Do not eat in the food court. The service is bad and they do not take there job seriously. The people working here are young but should know how to do there job. The employees also gossip about the costumers while cooking and making the food improper. And the manager does not talk nor help the employees.
