Claimed they open at 10. Lobby still locked at 10:15 and kid who opened lobby door after I was standing outside told me "I am not punched in yet, go to the drive thru", and shut the door. Drive thru didn't give me the food I ordered, went back a second time, and was given the rest of my order. Then once I started to eat the vegetarian burrito I had ordered, I come to find that it is filled with beef. I would have gone back yet again but I was no longer near the restaurant. This is a serious issue, especially since I had specifically ordered food with no meat in it. Very clean place, food is pretty decent, However service wasn't the greatest as they forgot my drinks after I ordered and received my food and when I went up to the counter they treated it like an inconvenience when I asked for the drinks. This places customer service is horrible. First we go through the drive through order a whole meal and 2 LARGE DRINKS! only get the meal then call complaining and the people on the phone have a attitude making us know they are mad about their mess-up not ours. visited this establishment tonight with my daughter and 3 grandchildren, there was a lady in line ahead of me with a small child in the backseat....while waiting I could hear an employee yelling and belittling this customer in which she continued to ask for a manager and employee Sarah co tinued yelling thru speaker telling the customer good luck with that. The quality of the food has recently gone down drastically. Last week we got tacos with maybe a total of a teaspoon of meat and a teaspoon of cheese on each one. Today I ordered a five layer burrito with no beans and some tacos. The tacos were so cold that the meat felt like it came out of the refrigerator. The five layer burrito showed on the receipt as no beans and instead it came with no meat. I tried to call in when I realized the error.
