And now, for the side note that's going to change your life: they carry the Chili Cheese Burrito. Yes, THAT Chili Cheese Burrito. If you grew up in the 90's, you know exactly what I'm talking about -- and if you've never had one, you need to RUN to this location immediately. Pro tip: ask them to grill it, and you'll take it to a whole new level. I still can't believe 95% of Taco Bells removed it from the menu, but thankfully this location knows better. Don't waste your time going to this location they clearly can't take a simple order and if they mess up they still make you pay for it.

This location is now open and updated!! Finally in 2022 and it looks great! Digital menu board and all new exterior. (We didn't go in so I can't report on those changes). We ordered the #4 with Sierra Mist and 6 pack of crunchy tacos no lettuce. Drive thru line took about 14 minutes for a Sunday night with 2 cars ahead of us. A tad long for the amount of items I saw being passed to each car but maybe only a few kids were working...I'll let this one slide. They included a good handful of hot sauce which is rare these days but so needed. I raced home as so the tacos wouldn't wilt and the kids were happy with their Taco Bell orders as usual. As an EX high school aged employee (30 years ago), timing and taste is crucial and along with customer service and quickness of the transaction. 5 stars! Thanks for the great food guys! This TB is undoubtedly the worst. Today I ordered $31.30 of food. All the beef tacos barely had any meat at all and the beef burrito was just as bad. If your a vegetarian this would be your choice as they don't put meat on anything. I will never go back and I would suggest you don't go here either. So disappointed again tonight. We order off the mobile app and this location doesn't ever read our customizations I guess. The past two times we've been missing items and had issues with the items we did get. The Crunchwrap supreme, don't even bother, no meat or very little. The new chicken enchilada burrito wasn't warm and they didn't add the strips, plus we ordered 2 but got 1. The New Mexican pizza, nacho cheese and jalapeños was good but barely warm but it tastes good. This food was horrible, it was like eating a lettuce and tomato sandwich. The taco meat was smeared on the tortilla. My husband ordered a box that had a steak chalupa in it and he barely had any pieces of steak in it. The food was not fresh either. We discussed our concern with the manager and she basically expressed that we are not getting what we paid for, and doesn't care enough about her job & company to provide quality food. Customer service is fantastic. Every time we have gone inside, employees are polite and personable. Orders are correct and fresh.

I am extremely disappointed with each crew at this particular Taco Bell. Whether I order ahead on my phone to pick up or go through the drive through... the last 3 times I have eaten here, these people screwed my order up. I like tomatoes on my tacos and burritos, I ask for it each time... nope, no tomatoes. They like charging me extra for them, but they damn sure don't put them on. If I were able to walk in the damn door and confront these lazy kids, I would make it a point to have them correct my order each time. This Taco Bell tried to give me old food. The burrito had dried beans and dry tortilla and had ingredients I had requested be left off. It had obviously been sitting under a heater as it was warm at best and when they remade it without sour cream it wasn't dry and hot. Same with the soft taco. Dried tortilla and luke warm with lettuce that I had requested be left off. It was hot and not dried when remade. The employees were more than happy to remake the food when approached with the receipt showing it had been rang up correctly but would have been nice to not have been served old food the first time. read more

READ ME!!! This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. Out of my past 10 orders, they have not got a single one right. Today I asked for beef chalupas, then I emphasized at the window that they should be beef. I got reassured they were beef. I get home, they're chicken. So I then cal the manager. She told me they could replace the food if I had the receipt. They never gave me a receipt..... I drive back to get the food. With a horrible attitude, I was told that they weren't going to give me the food because I don't have a receipt (that they didn't give me) and because I didn't have the food with me. Then she said "I told you this one the phone" (with a snotty attitude). First off, your cashier didn't give me a receipt. Second, you never said to bring the food in. I am curious as to why they always keep the 2 cents or 20 cents from my change. It has happened 3 times now. I have to ask for my change. I had never had issues with any other taco bell but this one. About 2 months ago I ordered 5 crunch wrap supreme combos. When I got home I realized there was hardly any ingredients on them. I figured they had ran out of meat and cheese so I didn't complain about it. Today I just order another 4 crunch wrap supreme to realize they are exactly the same if not worse than last time. "One size fits all" should only be a term for hipster clothing brands. Not Mexican food. When I ordered a large chips & queso, I was told that it only comes in one size. Any human being with brain cells would realize that ordering a large size of something implies that I would like more than three bites, but I was given no warning of the fact that my order of chips and queso would come with 9 chips and a queso container the size of a small child's palm. This would only be acceptable if the queso was equivalent to nectar of the gods, but it's just a bland version of ballpark cheese. Given the quality, Taco Bell should certainly be able to afford to dole out larger servings of their underwhelming queso. read more
