Good Taco Bell on the edge of a small town. The lady at eve soeajer and the window was very friendly. She checked twice to make sure we didn't need sauces and got our food to us quickly and fresh. The food was good and hot and was plentiful. Sometimes at Taco Bell, you don't get a whole lot in the tacos but these were overflowing. Don't bother. I put in an online order. Then, when I went to them, they said their POS system was down and couldn't take payments. Then I said I had a mobile order already paid for, they asked for my name. Then, I came back saying my money would be refunded when the system came online. Then, as I was watching, my order was canceled. I am pretty sure they just wanted to close up. Honestly, this whole area is trash for any kind of service. I'm rating this based on other Taco Bell's. We were driving through from out of state. My kids said Taco Bell must be better here because this was as good as Taco Bell gets and they weren't wrong. The propositions were spot on food was out together thoughtfully and appealing. I can't tell you how many times we've had Taco Bell that's just throw together, not here. Nachos were layered perfectly, burritos weren't exploding, and the food was fresh! The service was very polite and prompt, and they were understaffed like everywhere but they made no excuses and gave excellent service. Great experience, thank you. read more

would rate 0 stars if i could. place sucks. waited an hour and a half for food and they were out of guacamole. waited so long my friends forgot what they ordered. food was mid. we watched them prioritize drive thru while making everyone in the dining room wait 1+ hours. filled with tired and cranky kids with angry parents. will never go again. there is no excuse they had plenty of employees in the kitchen. was able to watch the entirety of emporers new groove while waiting for our food. my friend abby tapp said the place sucks. i recommend going somewhere else. dont waste your time and dont waste your money. you WILL be disappointed. read more

I stopped by Taco Bell and ordered some quesadillas nachos and cinnamon twist I also noticed there were only two workers because it was only 9 o'clock pm so we order food and the workers never gave us drinks or cups so I got on the counter and got 3 cups so they gave us the food and one of the quesadillas had no melted cheese on it on it so we had to return then they gave us a quesadilla with very very very hot sauce on it so we didn't return it because the workers didn't care whatsoever so I would give this Taco Bell zero stars but I can only give them one so I do not recommend this place. read more

The first time I went to this Taco Bell it was 9:30pm and they said they were closed and turned us away... they were serving other people and closed at 1 am. The next time I went we waited 20 minutes in the drive through just for them to tell us that there would be a 20 minute wait. Whew! This was a rough one. We were one of two orders in the place. People ahead of us received a raw/cold/frozen breakfast burrito. Then we waited almost 15 minutes for her to call us to the counter to say "sorry, your potatoes won't be ready we just dropped them in"... no coffee yet, no food, it's now close to 20 minutes and we are now the only customers. Ok this Taco Bell is brand new, newly built. The staff is what seems to be the problem at this location. I ordered a chicken soft taco and a three layer nacho. As you can see from my pictures, wow! My three layer nachos weren't even entirely covered and the refried beans were just plopped out with an ice cream scoop in one big clump. Still edible... But very carefree in there making it. That chicken soft taco on the other hand not edible! The shredded chicken inside was hard! I mean extremely hard! Like it was the crusted old leftover chicken sitting in the bottom of an empty metal container! It was disgusting! I took it back and they replaced it free of charge of course, and the new one looked perfect. Not sure why they didn't just do it the first time. Hoping I wouldn't look inside maybe? Seems lazy. They were completely fully staffed also. I will say though that the cashier upfront was nice and and friendly. Or you don't get any Taco Bell's. read more

New Taco Bell that just opened at the end of 2015. I have eaten here a couple of times since they opened but wasn't as happy with them this time. I ordered 2 tacos and a smothered burrito. The tacos were fine but the smothered burrito probably had less beef than a taco. At ~$3.50 it was a waste of money. All rice and sauce. Hope for a better experience next time. read more

This Taco Bell was dirty and the employees did not care. I advise the guy at the counter with the wool cap on that one of the tables had trash and spill coke all over----he said "yes, I knew it". We had been there 45 minutes an NO ONE ever cleaned it up. The restroom were also dirty. Makes you wonder what the kitchen was like, doesn't it???? read more
