Walked into this location around 1:30 pm today. Not very busy at the drive thru, 2 others dining in. I head to the kiosk to order, as I was doing so I overhear the staff cussing loudly F bomb after F bomb. I look around at the other guests waiting for their order and we all awkwardly smile as we listen to the staff. I finish putting my order and go to sit down to wait for my order with the others. 8 tables in there 2 were taken by the other customers and as I try to find a table I notice every single open table was filthy, floors, especially under the tables were also filthy. So disappointed in the unprofessional staff and the unkept establishment. Long story short-- I will not be stopping at that location again. read more

I have years of horrible experiences with this place so here's 3! #1. About 4 months ago I went here for lunch and I can't believe that 2 workers were outside infront of everyone smoking weed I can't believe that you would do something like that! I hope they have since been fired. #2. 2 months ago i ordered food in the drive thru and waited 30 minutes to receive my food only for it to be completely wrong so i went inside to let them know and proceeded to wait another 50 minutes only to get home and realize IT WAS STILL WRONG!! after explaining that it was wrong twice one of the people I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. How hard is it to replace beef with chicken. There is no reason I should have to wait that long at a fast food restaurant. #3. I was here about a week ago and again i could smell drugs on the workers. Clearly whoever the manager or person doing interviews are they need to be fired everytime I go into this place the staff are horrible. Do better Taco Bell!! read more

It's Taco Bell so keep that in mind. Overall it's ok as far as TB's go. But the other night I get a six pack of tacos via the drive thru. I ask for fire sauce. I get home and have four sauce packets for six tacos? As Obama would say... "Come on mannnnnnn..... " and my soda was low on syrup, so that was a waste.... I went to Taco Bell 2 days ago. It was about 10:45 a.m. I asked if they were serving breakfast or lunch and was told either one. So I ordered the $5.00 Chicken Nacho box. To drink- the menu said it was Aqua Fina water. I received a cup of ice water- most likely tap water! When I got home- I sat down to eat and imagine my surprise when it was a steak nacho box! (this was to be my lunch before work). I don't really like steak- but thought I would eat since it was to far away to return before work. My 1st bite was nothing but fat and grizzle. So then I had hoped to eat all except the meat. 2nd bite had a hair mixed in with the cheese and sour cream. After I threw up- I fed the rest to my dogs. They don't mind hair, fat, etc in their food! I wrote to the 'tell the bell' site. Apparently they don't care what people think! My advice- DO NOT eat here!!!! read more

EDITED BY AUTHOR: The actual store manager (Aaron) was very nice and apologetic. I have raised the one star review to 4 based on him. Not 5 because of the initial encounter. Original review: My family purchased $20+ of stuff at the Taco Bell (1031 W. Central Entrance, Duluth MN). Half of it was ridiculously small (think "cigar-sized"). We called and spoke with Rebecca, the manager who told us to come back and get a replacement. We came back the next day and got the replacement. It was even worse. I went in the next day and spoke personally with R****** who said she was the manager. She told me that we only get one replacement and if I didn't like it I should post a complaint on the internet. When I asked for a corporate phone number she told me there wasn't one (there is). So, I'm doing as instructed. I'm posting a complaint. I will also post a Tripadvisor review. And I did find a corporate number (surprisingly, they do have phones!). The meal portions of the order were okay. It's just the hard and soft tacos and the chipotle chicken melt (?) that are absurd. Absolutely disgusting. The last time I went there, the doors were locked 45 minutes before the store was scheduled to close. When looking inside, the employees were standing around smoking in the store! When we knocked on the door, they just stood there and laughed as they continued to fill the room with their cigarette smoke. I will never go there again. read more

On April 7th, 2020, between 1pm and 2pm, I ordered a Triplelupa box and a large cherry pepsi. I believe the total came around $6.44. I used the drive thru. When I pulled up, a man confirmed my order and I handed him my debit card. He asked for a receipt and I said no. Later that night, I checked my transaction history to do my budgeting for the day and I noticed I was overcharged at Taco Bell. I was charged $12.65 I called Taco Bell to confront this issue and the man I spoke to said he would look out for the transaction and that he would call me back the next day. I have no reception where I live so I called him back and spoke to the same person and I told him the transaction went through. He said to come to the store for a refund but I live two hours away, I was in town for a family affair, he said he couldn't do anything but send me some sort of gift certificate or gift card. I like it. It was quick and easy. Atmosphere was clean and quiet, nice. Food was good. I went for the 5 for $5 box. It was great. My friend ate all hers. I could only eat my Gordita not sure how to spell it. I never had one before and was pleased it tasted so good. I asked them to leave the spicy ranch off I don't like spicy. I ate a few of the cinnamon curls good. I will eat the taco or burrito for lunch tomorrow and the other for lunch on Sunday. Super good food always but when ur going through the drive thru and want hot sauce with your order make sure to ask at the window instead of at the menu board- they forget to add it to the bag then when you get all the way home to eat your delicious meal it's not up to par because you open the bag and see no sight of hot sauce. What has happened to this place? The quesarito I ordered was cold (we're talking cheese that held its shape cold.) Maybe it was the 25 minute wait in the drive thru, who knows. The last several times I've been there, they're entirely out of empanadas. Understandably, this happens, but not at this frequency. At one point, I was told, "we have one." Surprise. Cold.
