Well well well. I just wrote a bad review for the Taco Bell located on London Ave. DO NOT GO THERE! This Taco Bell now, if you want your food quickly and efficiently (in around 3-16 minutes on average) and you want everything you ordered (minus a fork and napkin) this is your place!!!! I have been to this Taco Bell 41 times now and have only gotten an item missing 4x. That's pretty exceptional service if you ask me. I live in the bushes behind the fox 21 station by the Taco Bell on London, but you best believe I hike all the 4.7 miles up to this Taco Bell instead. It's just overall better. The people here are so nice and make me feel at home (for the most part). They help me reconnect with nature and feel more comfortable in my own skin. When I order my crunchwrap supreme without tomatoe and sour cream, you bet your biffy I won't find a similar tomato or ounce of sourcream on that bad girl. Same goes for my 3 doritos locos tacos supremes (you bet your biffy I won't find a similar tomato or ounce of sourcream on those bad girls). I've never even experienced a taco bell of this cleanliness either. I am someone who struggles with Immediate Digestion Phenomenon (when I eat it is immediately digested and comes out right away), so sometimes I have to take a bathroom break in between each item. This bathroom is just spotless (before I enter at least). You can tell some hard working employee got on their hands and knees to scrub each nook and cranny before getting back to cooking the food. Yum! You guys just rock! Thank you and God bless this Taco Bell. read more

Terrible service. Employees hiding from customers. Dining room filthy, tables not clean, and floor not swept. Food should not take as long as it did. Not the first time I've had issues with this place read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Duluth, Minnesota

Walked into this location around 1:30 pm today. Not very busy at the drive thru, 2 others dining in. I head to the kiosk to order, as I was doing so I overhear the staff cussing loudly F bomb after F bomb. I look around at the other guests waiting for their order and we all awkwardly smile as we listen to the staff. I finish putting my order and go to sit down to wait for my order with the others. 8 tables in there 2 were taken by the other customers and as I try to find a table I notice every single open table was filthy, floors, especially under the tables were also filthy. So disappointed in the unprofessional staff and the unkept establishment. Long story short-- I will not be stopping at that location again. read more

The lady in the drive through wouldn't let me talk without interrupting me. Order was all messed up

I have years of horrible experiences with this place so here's 3! #1. About 4 months ago I went here for lunch and I can't believe that 2 workers were outside infront of everyone smoking weed I can't believe that you would do something like that! I hope they have since been fired. #2. 2 months ago i ordered food in the drive thru and waited 30 minutes to receive my food only for it to be completely wrong so i went inside to let them know and proceeded to wait another 50 minutes only to get home and realize IT WAS STILL WRONG!! after explaining that it was wrong twice one of the people I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. How hard is it to replace beef with chicken. There is no reason I should have to wait that long at a fast food restaurant. #3. I was here about a week ago and again i could smell drugs on the workers. Clearly whoever the manager or person doing interviews are they need to be fired everytime I go into this place the staff are horrible. Do better Taco Bell!! read more

Incredibly slow...over 20 minutes for an order. Lobby is filthy. Absolutely no one working the front counter. I do not recommend.

I'm such a old person. I ordered a box off the taco bell app, well I was in Duluth not by my home in Superior so the app sent it to Tower Ave location. The young man at the front counter was relaying the message to Alison Mgr I'm assuming. Thank you for helping with my order ugh I'm such a bone head. Delicious btw read more

rahhhhhh After looking at the app, we tried ordering a meal. And the drive-through worker told to us in the rudest way, possible that it wasn't a thing or a meal to order read more

Took way to long to get food almost an hour to get a Crunchwrap and when I got it it was Burt and not good

It's Taco Bell so keep that in mind. Overall it's ok as far as TB's go. But the other night I get a six pack of tacos via the drive thru. I ask for fire sauce. I get home and have four sauce packets for six tacos? As Obama would say... "Come on mannnnnnn..... " and my soda was low on syrup, so that was a waste.... In summary, nice staff and the food is the food. Just need to not skimp on sauce packets and soda syrup is all. read more

I love Taco Bell but the last couple times they've messed up my orders and I've sent a message on the app with a "please respond" and they never have. Sad read more

I went to Taco Bell 2 days ago. It was about 10:45 a.m. I asked if they were serving breakfast or lunch and was told either one. So I ordered the $5.00 Chicken Nacho box. To drink- the menu said it was Aqua Fina water. I received a cup of ice water- most likely tap water! When I got home- I sat down to eat and imagine my surprise when it was a steak nacho box! (this was to be my lunch before work). I don't really like steak- but thought I would eat since it was to far away to return before work. My 1st bite was nothing but fat and grizzle. So then I had hoped to eat all except the meat. 2nd bite had a hair mixed in with the cheese and sour cream. After I threw up- I fed the rest to my dogs. They don't mind hair, fat, etc in their food! I wrote to the 'tell the bell' site. Apparently they don't care what people think! My advice- DO NOT eat here!!!! read more

They didn't make any of our food right have no large cups to fill out order and didn't put the add ins that we paid for out of all the Taco Bell's I have been to and ate this is by far the worst one would not recommend read more

We just ordered a small amount of food and they messed up every single thing they added jalapeños on the crunch wrap when no one asked for that we asked for no tomato and no sour cream and they only put no tomato add jalapeños and I didn't see that until the crunch wrap got bit into read more

They forget the sauce EVERY STINKING TIME!!! They never get the order correct, the line takes five years, and the workers are slower than sloths. Please think about hiring a completely new team, they suck. And can you make the nacho fries permanent please. Thank you. read more

They got my order wrong then I let them know and they didn't do anything about it I don't recommend this place it's horrible service

EDITED BY AUTHOR: The actual store manager (Aaron) was very nice and apologetic. I have raised the one star review to 4 based on him. Not 5 because of the initial encounter. Original review: My family purchased $20+ of stuff at the Taco Bell (1031 W. Central Entrance, Duluth MN). Half of it was ridiculously small (think "cigar-sized"). We called and spoke with Rebecca, the manager who told us to come back and get a replacement. We came back the next day and got the replacement. It was even worse. I went in the next day and spoke personally with R****** who said she was the manager. She told me that we only get one replacement and if I didn't like it I should post a complaint on the internet. When I asked for a corporate phone number she told me there wasn't one (there is). So, I'm doing as instructed. I'm posting a complaint. I will also post a Tripadvisor review. And I did find a corporate number (surprisingly, they do have phones!). The meal portions of the order were okay. It's just the hard and soft tacos and the chipotle chicken melt (?) that are absurd. PS: I'm nearly 72 and not out for free food. I just want what I pay for. read more

Took almost half an hour or more in the DRIVE THRU just to order. Would not reccomend. Absolutely not. And the crunch wrap supreme wasn't even crunchy. Plus people behind us were leaving as they were also fed up with the wait. read more

I went for breakfast and paid roughly 4$ for the grande toasted breakfast burrito X 2. What I received was a small amount of egg with nacho cheese and honestly I would recommend checking every piece of food you get when you order here to make sure it's correct. read more

Are you on a road trip? Do you like public restrooms? Then this is the place for you!

Absolutely disgusting. The last time I went there, the doors were locked 45 minutes before the store was scheduled to close. When looking inside, the employees were standing around smoking in the store! When we knocked on the door, they just stood there and laughed as they continued to fill the room with their cigarette smoke. I will never go there again. read more

Whoever was working the window at 2am-3am on Sunday December 6th deserves a raise. He had great energy and was really nice, I was tempted to leave him a tip, probably the best drive through worker I've met ever. And the tacos were amazing. Get this man a raise. read more

Love going to this Taco Bell when I'm up in Duluth. Pete is always full of positivity and humor. He's one of the reasons why I enjoy stopping in when I travel through. read more

It's taco bell. It's cheap and delicious. Pete is the best!

On April 7th, 2020, between 1pm and 2pm, I ordered a Triplelupa box and a large cherry pepsi. I believe the total came around $6.44. I used the drive thru. When I pulled up, a man confirmed my order and I handed him my debit card. He asked for a receipt and I said no. Later that night, I checked my transaction history to do my budgeting for the day and I noticed I was overcharged at Taco Bell. I was charged $12.65 I called Taco Bell to confront this issue and the man I spoke to said he would look out for the transaction and that he would call me back the next day. I have no reception where I live so I called him back and spoke to the same person and I told him the transaction went through. He said to come to the store for a refund but I live two hours away, I was in town for a family affair, he said he couldn't do anything but send me some sort of gift certificate or gift card. It's been ten days now and I have yet to receive any type of compensation. read more

We had an awesome dinner here, all food hot and quick. The girl at the counter, Nikia, was so kind and gave us a great experience!

The guy at the counter (Andrew B) was extremely rude. He got snippy when we couldn't hear him. he asked for my name and i did not hear him the first time and i said huh? and he said Your name!? i told him my name and he must not have heard me but he says real snotty "YOUR NAME?!? i said my name again and he rudely tossed me my receipt. not only was he rude to my family and I, but he was rude to the two people standing behind us that just wanted something to drink. read more

I live an hour from Taco Bell. I would waste all my gas if it meant having Taco Bell. I am in love with their shredded chicken quesadilla melts. I have heard that in November they are getting rid of them. If this happens i will no longer be making the drive to support this place. I am a very loyal customer but when you take away the shredded chicken quesadilla melt this place will lose my business read more

I like it. It was quick and easy. Atmosphere was clean and quiet, nice. Food was good. I went for the 5 for $5 box. It was great. My friend ate all hers. I could only eat my Gordita not sure how to spell it. I never had one before and was pleased it tasted so good. I asked them to leave the spicy ranch off I don't like spicy. I ate a few of the cinnamon curls good. I will eat the taco or burrito for lunch tomorrow and the other for lunch on Sunday. It's nice to know there is a place you can pop into and get a quick bite at a good price. Glad it's there. Will be back. read more

Pro tip!!!!! Super good food always but when ur going through the drive thru and want hot sauce with your order make sure to ask at the window instead of at the menu board- they forget to add it to the bag then when you get all the way home to eat your delicious meal it's not up to par because you open the bag and see no sight of hot sauce. Every. Time. read more

So I am a regular at Taco Bell and there are just a couple things I don't like on my burritos there and that's sour cream or the spicy ranch sauce and it just seems way to difficult for them to comprehend the idea of removing a condiment from there food. Just ridiculous that they can't do the simplest thing in removing a sauce from it read more

Taco Bell is the poor man's dream. Dirt cheap prices for filling food. I'm always down to hit up a Taco Bell and get my grindage on!

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant. I go there all the time. Prices are good, food is good, and the service is always friendly. I would highly recommend going here. read more

What has happened to this place? The quesarito I ordered was cold (we're talking cheese that held its shape cold.) Maybe it was the 25 minute wait in the drive thru, who knows. The last several times I've been there, they're entirely out of empanadas. Understandably, this happens, but not at this frequency. At one point, I was told, "we have one." Surprise. Cold. The kicker for me is ordering promo boxes. On two separate occasions, I've received boxes without promo codes. When I've told the staff, I've received the typical, "sorry bro, we're all out." The sad part is, this used to be a great place. What happened? read more

I've visited this Taco Bell since I could eat solid foods (roughly 19 years) and I have only seen this Taco Bell improve. The interior and exterior are remodeled, modern and clean. Each generation employed at this Taco Bell are well trained, kind and productive. While reading the other reviews you may have stumbled upon the famous Pete who brightens your day with infectious charisma and positivity. This Taco Bell has offers the latest in greatest taco technology advertised right to our icy tundra between the "Yo quiero Taco Bell" chihuahua era foods, sneakily healthy Fresco menu options to most recent hyped 2015/2016 Quesalupa and 2016/2017 $1 Double Stacked Taco. If for any reason you are not feeling great about the outcome of your order the staff cares about your experience and would help you out. I have had bum Baja Icees replaced and complex substitutes for various menu items made during my vegetarian days. Excellent Taco Bell dear to my heart. read more
