I don't ever go to Taco Bell but it was very late and my friends were hungry so we went through the drive-thru. They ordered a bunch of food I ordered two supreme tacos when we got back to the house half the food was missing and my order was not in there at all. So I basically went hungry. There was nobody in the drive-thru but us how can you mess up that order The only order you have it 1:00 in the morning. Looks like they cheated us out of $13 worth of food. We spent $35 there tonight and the food was ice cold. I got 2 cheesy gordita crunch tacos and they had little to no lettuce. Bro, I went to Taco Bell and this was straight-up the worst thing ever. I ordered 12 mini donuts -- that's all I wanted -- and they gave me TWO. TWO DONUTS. Like, what even is that? I went back thinking they'd fix it, but nah, they charged me AGAIN and only gave me 10 this time. So now I paid twice and still didn't even get what I ordered once. And these donuts weren't even good. They were cold, tiny, and looked like someone stepped on them. Lady was borderline yelling through the speakers, then halfway through our order yelled at a co-worker, said she'd be back, and came back 5 minutes later forgetting our entire order. I ordered 16 tacos with uber eats last night. 8 crispy beef and 8 soft beef. The soft tacos had no meat in them. I called the store and got a very rude man who wouldn't give me his name and insisted I ordered them with no meat. He told me he did the order himself and then hung up on me. I called back and got a rude woman who also wouldn't give me her name or the man's mame and also hung up on me. Once upon a time, food here was worth eating. Now the menu is largely unhealthy fat laden processed food. There is not a healthy option remaining. The bean and cheese burrito is disgusting. The tostada is pitiful. In DeLand there are so many great Mexican choices. At Mi Tierra a two fish taco meal with rice and beans With a margarita is less than $10. Go there. This is one of the closer restaurants to my house, so I decided to stop in on my lunch (3/23/2016). Overall poor experience. I will not return to this branch and I recommend you drive north 2 miles to the next one if you want Taco Bell. I came in just befor 1:00 and there was one customer waiting for his food. Maybe two cars in drive thru, so not busy. They had 5 people working from what I could see. I ordered two combos, nothing special. Took ten minutes on the dot for me to get my order. Well stupid me I stopped in during the free Breakfast Biscuit Special Taco Bell had. I guess the idea of something for Free got the best of me. We eat here pretty often because of the proximity to where we live. The food quality is typical of Taco Bell. There seems to be alot of staff turnover so you never get to know who waits on you. Much of the time the staff gets very loud interacting with eachother which gets a bit annoying. The soda machine has been broken for the better part of a year and has worked on and off for the last several years. I dont understand why it has not been replaced. All said we will continue to come here because of convenience. read more

As far as Taco Bell goes, this one wasn't too bad. Going into Taco Bell you don't expect the best, but this one surprised me. It was clean and the staff was kind.
