My boys love the Cravings boxes, I love the grilled stuffed burritos, and if you've never tried their apple empanada... you are seriously missing out! Definitely not the best place to come if you are trying to diet, but an excellent choice when you are on the go and need something delicious QUICK! The prices are great if you are on a budget. The employees here are always super friendly and the diner is kept nice and clean... for when you just wanna go in and plop down somewhere for a while! Love this Tbell, my favorite out of all the ones in the Salem area. They give me plenty of sauce and my order is always spot on

They didn't cut my quesadillas, made burritos badly. Wrapped burritos poorly. Quesadillas were very messily made.

I'm the "only" car in the drivethru and ordered a burrito supreme and supreme taco meal and a nacho supreme and supreme taco meal with 2 Dr. Peppers. They put a sticker on my bag to seal it up so COVID19 can't get me and nobody knows what's in the bag. I asked if they put hot sauce in the bag. The guy asks the bagger and she says yes while looking right at me. I drive 25 minutes home and, to my complete lack of surprise, 3 regular soft tacos and a quesadilla with no hot sauce packs, no napkins and nothing supreme. How the F do you mess this up? They are getting $15/hr? You can forget them answering their phone. I'm not one to leave crap reviews especially if this was a one off, but it's not a one off and I'm F'ing hungry and pissed that I haven't learned my lesson about the drive thru. I came to the Dallas taco bell with my girlfriend and we honestly didnt expect much, we went through the drive thru and the person taking our order was very kind and patient when my girlfriend didnt know exactly what she wanted. We both ordered a number 4 mine w/o tomato and sour cream and hers just no tomato. We also got a doritos taco and i got a dr pepper while she got the baja blast soda. The bag was packed very neat which is something i dont usually care about but the care and effort they took to pack this bag was genuinely impressive. They gave us lots of sauce which is something i feel taco bells usually lack so i was very pleased by this, the doritos taco was crunchy and fresh which is also rare for a taco bell visit, i enjoyed it a lot. The only negative thing i have to say is that they left the sourcream in my crunchwrap which really isnt a big deal but it is disappointing. Overall enjoyed the experience and would recommend over the other taco bells in the area read more

I visited the Dallas, Oregon Taco Bell this morning (12/12/24) and waited at the drive thru box for about a minute. No one addressed us, so I pulled up to the window to see if they were closed. (They have been closed before during normal business hours) When I got to the window, a large blonde woman came from the back with a nasty scowl on her face. Her first words when she opened the drive thru window, "Hello??". I asked her if everything was okay and she snapped, "Are you gonna order?!?" I don't know what their protocol is in this situation, but all she had to do was answer the drive thru box with a "Welcome to Taco Bell, we'll be right with you" and everything would've been fine. Instead, she was unprofessional, so I told her off and will not be back to this restaurant. Not sure what is quite going on here, but the speed is sure an issue. I went inside to order and waited almost 25 minutes before I finally got my order! This is absurd for a fast food walk in/take out order. There was a good amount of people, but I am not sure how I can say anything good about it when I've been to other major fast food restaurants and they've been faster with a heavy crowd. Very disappointed in the efforts, no one seemed to be moving any quicker. Lots of unsatisfied customers and many were making comments to the staff as well. Maybe more training..? I have never been more frustrated with a Taco Bell in my life. This is the closest Taco Bell to my house and it's still a 20 min drive. The last 3 times I have gone they have closed many hours before the time that is posted. The last time, I tried to knock on the door just to ask if they have changed their hours so I would know when I would be able to go to this location. The workers inside looked at me and went around the corner to hide. Not to mention any time you try to call this location they have their phone off the hook so it doesn't even ring. This has got to be the best Taco Bell I have ever been in. Always clean and the staff is impeccable. I have never gone in there without one of the staff saying hello and when I leave they make a point of saying good bye. Who ever is doing the hiring is doing a great job at training.
