Where do I begin.... My mom wanted a couple of burritos after her Dr's appointment last wed. So we stopped and got 2. Needless to say she got sick and was sick for 4 days and is now in the hospital. That is the last thing she has eaten since. The Dr said the infection was so bad it shut her kidneys down due to her kidney disease. He also stated that we take risks eating out @ such places because food handling isn't always sanitary. This Taco Bell is the absolute worst in my opinion! I would go elsewhere!!! read more

After getting my order incorrect the manager Mary and general manager Ms. Kay could not read my receipt or understand that the taco should be chicken and not beef. In addition to not having the competency to understand the mistake, when asked for her name as a reference when I called corporate, Ms. Kay didn't even know what her last name was. This was the worst meal I have gotten from them so far. I got the box which had 3 items in it. The first being a chicken Crunchwrap. Once again the ingredients were in individual piles. Why can't they spread them out. The chicken was almost non-existent. The 2nd item was a potato taco. Just a single little row of potatoes. The 3rd item was by far the worst. They were the cinnamon twists. The oil was so rancid it made the twists bitter. I will never buy them again. Not sure if it's the location or the twists in general. Today my husband and I both ordered for the first time the cravings box. What a disappointment! While we feel it is a good deal, my crunchwrap had maybe 3 pieces of chicken on it. Definitely not wort the .95 extra I paid for. Also, Taco Bell, can you PLEASE instruct your workers to spread the food over ALL the taco, gorditas, etc. I hate taking a bite and only getting one item in each bite. Zero stars. Ordered through the mobile app and the inadequate worker at the drive through gave my order to someone else and refused to remake my order. Had to argue with management and multiple workers there who couldn't process how they messed up and needed to make it right. This store is run by idiots, don't bother going. This is probably the worst store I have ever tried to do business with. The first time I placed a phone order, 2 major items were missing. Fortunately, I checked the order before we drove away from the store. Today, I placed the order, paid for it by credit card and received an e-mail that the order was ready. My husband took a picture of the order with his phone which included the order number and went to pick up the order. Even though he had a picture of the order and the order number, the store denied that it existed. My husband couldn't reach me on the phone and came home. When I called the store quite irate, I was informed that the order was sitting on the counter all the time. My husband had to drive back to the store for the order. Firstly, if you have small children in diapers, know that they do NOT have a diaper changing station at all. I don't understand why a fast food restaurant off the highway wouldn't have facilities for such needs but they don't. They also don't keep up on the bathroom very well. They were out of paper towels in the women's bathroom so I had to grab napkins out of the lobby. The food was about as expected however the tacos were a mess when we took them out. Whoever made them obviously had better things to do because half the contents were on the outside of the tortilla. I never would have thought of Taco Bell as a go-to place after Sunday service, but apparently in Covington this is it. Kirsten G. and I were taking a mini road trip to visit a friend and we stopped here after getting off on his exit. There aren't many other fast food options, so I guess it shouldn't be that surprising that at 1:30 PM on Sunday the drive-thru line was about 6 cars deep. This is a Taco Bell slash Pizza Hut, so maybe the crowds were there for after church pizza fun with the kids. In keeping with traditional Southern Hospitality, the guy who took our order was super nice and surprisingly easy to understand. He even took the time to get clarification on part of our order that included a guacamole request. Despite being busy it only took about 10 minutes to get our food. It was hot and the order was totally correct. Score! read more

Not the best Taco Bell in the Covington/Conyers area. Generally when we get the food to go to bring home, something is missing or messed up. I'm glad there is a new Taco Bell on the east side closer to where we live. They are definitely a better location. read more
