Stopped in here recently and was disappointed to see it's all kiosks now. I get that it's "efficient," but it really takes away from the human interaction that makes small-town places feel warm and connected. Instead of walking up and talking to someone, you're stuck poking around a screen for 10 minutes just trying to find a burrito. The menu is confusing and not user-friendly at all. Honestly, if I have to take my own order, I feel like I should get a discount. Part of eating out in a town like ours is getting to say hi, chat for a second, and feel like you're part of the community. Machines can't replace that. Do better Taco Bell management. Everything can improve! This is a small town so there's not too many options and believe me if there were others, I would not have come here. Every time I come there there's an issue. Today they wanted me to pull out go down the wrong way and park in a parking spot. When I told them that I would make me drive down a one way the wrong way he told me well. The car yesterday did it. Came to pick up a mobile order, only 2 guys were behind the counter and they were working their asses off. They super kindly let me know right away it was going to be a 10 minute wait and that they were waiting for someone to come back from break, in the meantime gave me a free drink. I felt appreciated and taken care of. About 10 minutes on the dot later my food was perfect and ready, the person who handed it to me apologized once again and let me know a coupon for a free taco was in the bag. First off i hardly ever eat at taco bell because their meat in general is highly questionable but this particular one just pissed me off, please allow me to explain. I wanted a cheap quick bite on my way home from work so i went through the drive thru and ordered 2 crunch supreme chicken tacos with no sour cream. The sign said $2.49 per crunchy supreme taco. Lets do the math $2.49 x 2 = $4.98 plus tax = $5.32. When i got to the window the worker says to me my total is $7.50! I said wait why is the total so high? It should be about $5??? He saiid they charge something like $1.30 extra for chicken!!!! I said no thanks ill go somewhere else i should be paying more for chicken and the worker didn't seem to care and just shrugged "ok then" like a whatever attitude. Are you for real taco bell?? Ive never heard that before. Its total bullshit in my opinion. Why the heck should i pay extra for chicken when I'm substituting it for the beef?!? Your meat is total garbage anyway! I am a very reliable taco bell customer. I come here around 4 times a week at night. Yes, it does take 30 minutes to get your food. Is it worth it? Not at all. Are the employees friendly? Sometimes. Do I still go? Yes. Will I continue to come back? Yes. This taco bell makes me feel.... welcomed.... Something about waiting in the drive through for what feels like forever gives me a sense of ..... comfort. Sometimes they forget to give me my fire sauce but that's just something I'm willing to overlook ...... I love the shredded chicken mini quesadillas and nachos .....
