DO NOT GO HERE. Came in and made my order on kiosk. They gave me my food but forgot my regular freeze. I asked for my freeze and she said they are out of regular cups so I can get a fountain drink. I asked if they could just give me a large cup and not fill it all the way up and they said no. They told me if I want a large cup I need to pay 2 extra dollars. I said okay and i paid the two extra dollars after the manager and worker were extremely rude and inconvenienced. Then as I was eating in the dining area, the managers two kids were running around bouncing ball. Then the manager hit her son in the face and he ran off crying. The manager was yelling and swearing through the whole restaurant the whole time. It was extremely uncomfortable to be in there so I left. I had just went over there to get a Crunchwrap & the guy freshen made my order wrong 2x. Then I had to wait over 10 mins just for my food to be made and I was in a Uber. Then I told him about the guacamole and I can understand about my order not saying guacamole which he didn't explain untill I had to call the store, but I asked for it the second time before he made it & could of added on there & I wouldn't mind paying the extra. But he could have still added it due to me asking about it . He didn't explain to me that my order say no guacamole after I pulleed off and called the store. First of all I just was hungry and came here after a flight from Dallas being food service myself we decided to go inside and order I couldn't help but noticed first off how poor the hygiene of the staff looked like, not to be mean or boast but also the floors were filthy and the staff was just stepping all over the food as they worked one guy put on gloves and was pulling up his pants after the bathroom with them on and continued to work will not come back.. someone need to have this place fixed with strict discipline sanitary conditions. read more

I placed a mobile order on Sunday 1/22/23 when I get there after seeing that my order was ready, I was told that they didn't have my order I gave Daphne my phone so she can see my receipt she still said she's not making my order and if I don't move my vehicle she will call the police I asked her for the manager's name she wouldn't give me that. I stood my ground then she had made a phone call to someone which the name on her phone was love of my life or something of that nature to tell me that it couldn't be then at fault. It was me. Then I was told to call customer service to get a refund. Since the cops was being called on me, the line at the drive-thru was piled up with cars, and it was raining I chose to leave. I called customer service the next day, didn't get a response. So I called back up to the Taco Bell on Monday 1/23/23 asked to speak to the manager on duty and spoke to the Manager Nisha she was pleasant and she apologized on behalf of Taco Bell and was willing to fix my order as long as I had the receipt (pic below) I told her that I couldn't come that day so she told me to come before 5pm Tuesday and she can resolve the matter, when I get there today 1/24/23 I was told that she couldn't give me my order I should call the General Manager Saladeen. When I spoke to him he gave me the run around. I told my daughter to call Taco Bell customer service again using her phone while I was talking to him go on and on about matters that don't have nothing to do with making my order or giving me a refund.At this point I wouldn't want none of them making my food. I would NEVER go to this location again POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, with the exception of Nisha. Worst Taco Bell ever. Order plain cheese quasadilla's got chicken. Went back, girl at register was too busy laughing and talking to a friend to help us at first, told her nicely about the order and she didn't say anything, just laughed and disconnected from drive thru..so. I guess we pull around? Well we did, a few minutes later she opens the window doesn't even look our direction, hands bag out the window and as I'm saying thank you she shuts it still without even looking. I have given this taco bell chance after chance. I ordered mobile, waited in line, and was told to go BACK THROUGH to get my food. We get there, and granted the guy at the window was a sweetheart. We get all the way home and half the stuff we paid for, not there. Paid for an upgrade to doritos taco, just a regular. Missing a gordita, and all the food is crunched up and gross. Didn't get sauce, or the drink I wanted. it's just so disappointing because it's so hit or miss. I am so frustrated because taco bell USED to be my favorite place. Horrible location! No one ever wants to talk to you on the inside. Ordered my lunch here the other day on the mobile app. I got a text telling me my food was ready inside. I go inside to get it and after 45 minutes one of the workers finally asks me what I was there for and I showed her the app and text message saying my meal was ready. Floored at how rude, slow, and unprofessional the staff was at Charlotte Sharon Amity Rd. I'll start by saying there were a total of 4 cars in the drive thru line. It took over 30 minutes to order and get my food. The guy who took my order said "give me a minute" very rudely, after I waited for someone to greet me at the screen for over 10 minutes. He also was shouting at someone over the intercom while taking my order and did not apologize or even acknowledge that it was rude. Didn't even tell me my order total, just to "pull up". He had no intention to use any sort of customer service skills, and clearly didn't care to be there. I was Missing cinnamon twists, the nacho chips I ordered was an upside down empty chip bag at the top of the bag, with all the chips spilt everywhere inside the bag. My drink was clearly sitting out for a while because there was 4 almost completely melted ice cubes, and it barley had any carbonation. The drink wasn't even cold anymore. Drive thru wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Every time I have come here, I've waited at least 20 for the drive thru to move. Today I waited 30 minutes with only were only 3 cars ahead of me before I gave up and left. I recommend driving across town to Moe's or finding another Taco Bell. I will from now on. Certainly didn't taste like anything I had eaten before. They were not busy at 11:40am, but the place was filthy. I mean everything from the tables, the drink machine had soda spolled everywhere, the floor was sticky and even the credit card machine was nasty.
