I accidentally got the wrong order today (drive thru), and that made me feel compelled to leave a review. I'm putting 4/5 stars because every other time I've gone to this specific location has been fine! But just as a reminder to double check! It was my bad for not checking my bag as soon as I got it (since this hadn't happened before at this location) so I did eat what I got (even if wasn't as good). It was a simple human mistake. I'm sure both bags were right there and the wrong one was given! Because my order was correct on the screen. So just double check your bag before you drive away to make sure it's the right order! All other times (at least 10+) have been great for me, otherwise! (I had ordered the $5 cravings box of a Gordita Crunch, Spicy Potato soft taco and Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, but had gotten 3 crunchy tacos and 2 soft shell tacos instead. Went for trash food and got trash attitude Went to get breakfast after New Years Eve night. I knew what I was getting into both last night and this morning after making the decision to go. Got there just before 10:30. AI voice was polite and understandable. But because I wasn't picking up a mobile order an almost incoherent mumble came over the talking box and said she was switching over food and couldn't do anything with red sauce or rice. I asked if we could do breakfast. She said no because of their late open they didn't have it. If they didn't have it... what was she switching over? Why were there people sitting at tables eating before we got there if they didn't have breakfast. It says breakfast goes to 10:45 and I'm thinking we ran into a lazy employee. She said "sorry" but I don't think she meant it. Btw... how would meat be ready but red sauce which, should only need to be heated, wouldn't be? I know... They are super super slow ordered food 20 minutes ago and we are still waiting. There are about 4-6 workers and maybe 3 groups of people waiting for food and 2-3 cars in the drive through. The car in the front of the line has been waiting for their food for at least 10 minutes as well. I'm not sure if their staff is just super slow or if stuff is not working but this isn't the first time I or other people have had this problem. read more

Me and my friend went there around 9:45 this morning and we pull up to the speaker, my friend asks for just a second to look at the menu, he doesn't hear her correctly the first time and rings us up a drink, but then he realizes he made a mistake so we started to laugh because it was so unexpected and hilarious, after about five seconds of us laughing a woman gets on the mic and starts yelling at us to stop laughing and how she can't even hear herself think and that this is a professional business and we can't be messing around. Like ma'am I understand that maybe you're not having the best morning but babe it is literally just Taco Bell. We have noticed that this location has been getting progressively worse over past few years. We have been ordering from here for 6+ years now. In the past year, there have been more inaccurate orders, missing items, and wrong substitutions. The food quality isn't as good either, food is often cold or inconsistent. Many times ingredients are literally spilling into the bag. A recent incident that made me finally submit a review.. We ordered a few items to go. We specifically mentioned at the beginning of the order that the entire order was vegetarian. We even specified on each item that it's vegetarian. One of the items was even from the veggie menu. When we brought order home, one of the items was missing and another was made with beef. Didn't noticed until a two bites in, because one half of the item had beans and the other half beef. We come from a cultural and religious background where we do not eat meat, especially beef. Religious/personal belief implications aside, as someone who has never consumed meat, this is very problematic and can cause serious health and digestive issues. This is highly concerning because this is NOT the first time this has happened. When I called the store to talk to manager, he very nonchalantly just said "oh sorry, we had someone new" and when I mentioned this has happened before on multiple occasions he said "sometimes people make mistakes" - after I explained the whole background.. I then said "well if this is how you handle a situation that may be serious to your customer, I don't know what reason there is to come back" and he hung up. What a horribly unprofessional and unacceptable way to handle this situation. We were already debating limiting our visits to this location, and this incident is the cherry on top of consistently declining service. read more

Once again I was shorted 2 items on my drive thru order. Last time it was 3. When I called to complain I was told I should count the items before I leave. The reason I gave it a 1 star because the bathroom was absolute disgusting there was poop smeared all over the walls and the floor was sticky so they do not clean the bathroom and the toilet is thin paper I used it and I got a butt rash for 2 weeks but the food is good read more

What's wrong with this Taco Bell?? The meat they spoon into a taco is the size of 1 finger! The burritos are so dry! I used to love a regular bean burrito with all the red sauce in it. What happened to the red sauce?? I have lived in this area for over 30 years and this Chanhassen location has really gone down hill. So skimpy on everything!! This is probably the quickest Taco Bell I have been at but it could have been the time I have went to. I pay at the window and have my food very quick. The gentleman taking orders and at the drive thru puts an extra bit of effort and excitement in his work. Nacho Fries Bellgrande is very good but at locations it varies each time for how much you get even with the same size. I recently came across a menu item called the Power Menu Bowl and I would highly recommend! I did not know Taco Bell makes such an item until I checked out the online menu. That just shows how much of the menu you really pay attention to when you're ordering. I'm not sure if it was because of the snow but the way to get to the parking and drive thru can be a bit tight as people are leaving the drive thru and coming into the lot. Watch out if this area gets busy. It is a bit tucked away between Target and Perkins. Another downside is I did ask for sauce while ordering in the drivethru and when I actually got home to eat, I noticed it was not included in the bag. Easily missed but a slight disappointment. read more

As we were ordering through the drive-thru, the employee asked us what we would like. We asked for tacos and they responded, "We're all out of meat. That's what you get for for coming right before we close." As he laughs, another employee could be heard hysterically laughing through the speaker. I called and the lady on the phone was acting like I was the dumb one. She said they had ran out of baja blast, but the man taking the orders didn't care to mention there was no more baja blast. Bacon Cheesy Potato Burrito Review Only I am a sucker for advertisements and this appealing burrito had some of my favorite things. Bacon. Cheese. Potato's. All wrapped in a tortilla shell!!!!!! A top 3 favorite fast food item is Taco John's Meat and Potato burrito. Would this live up to the hype? NO It was horrible. Worst fast food item I have tried in years. YEARS. Normally this taco bell is great during the day. But when the night staff is working they tend to slack a lot. For example, they always say. they are out of basically all products. Then another time they told me I couldn't a taco because they closed 18 minutes so they didn't have a lot of food. I understand if it would've been like 10 minutes before but 18! That's a while.
