More times out of none, when you go into these establishments, you have to use the machine kiosk to log and pay for your food. I noticed that the kiosk sometimes doesn't have everything that I would like to order. So when I came to this location, I found it hard to get someone's attention to make an order at the front counter register. Here is the scoop; well overall presentation of the food was good. The tacos and the double crunch wrap was wrapped very nicely inside the five dollar box. However the problem I have is with salesmanship. When we entered there was no one at the cashier. A young lady that was sweeping the lobby noticed that we have been standing there for about five minutes and no one had taken our order. So she came over to ask us had we been helped. We told her no, so she said quietly I'll take your order. She did, and then we walked over to the refreshments section to get our drinks. Lots of choices at the fountain. We finally ended up getting lemonade ice tea which was a good choice. We left and bought our food home. The tacos were delicious but the double crunch wrap hmmm, I'm still debating whether Or not I liked it. It didn't have the lettuce and tomato The way it's seen in the commercial I think that was my initial let down. It's a little spicy got a kick to it and it doesn't have enough meat in it. It's more wrap then meet lettuce and tomato. I definitely will not order this again I'll stay with the Chalupa as they are always delicious. read more

When my wife and I first got there we decided we were going to go inside and we stood there for five minutes no one helping us when along came one of the employees that was sweeping the floor asking us can I help you. She was very patient and kind which says a whole lot for the service because everybody else was busy stuffing boxes for the drive-through. We thought we were saving by getting the double crunch box which total five dollars we got the double crunch which was advertised on television and well let me tell you it's nothing like it looks Television can surely do a whole lot for a picture. I used to go almost on a daily basis to this restaurant but I did usually for lunch. Last weekend was the very first time ever I went with my spouse for breakfast. I mention this because we were not familiar with the breakfast menu so we had to browse it a little. Then we realized the rudest person ever is now attending the drive thru. Not only kept pushing for us to make an order as fast as possible even though there was nobody else in line but also she gave attitude since we asked politely to give us a few more minutes. Again, it was very early in the morning and not busy at all. I could even tell she was idling. We tried not to pay attention to this but the icing on the cake was when we approached the window to pay. My spouse requested to speak to the manager who did not show any kind of sympathy in spite we were making a legit complaint. Also she did not collaborate in providing specific information in order to submit a formal complaint to the corporate office. We decided to cancel our order and drive further to one of the locations in Smithtown to have breakfast, where we were treated decently as customers. Definitely I am very disappointed of what this location became in terms of customer service.
