We were on our way to lagoon so it was literally a drive in and out and get on the road. I ended up throwing all my food away. I ordered two items with chicken. One of the items had a few pieces of chicken in all the beans and sour cream and the other item was so small with very little chicken but the chicken was rock hard and I couldn't eat it. I'm surprised I didn't chip a tooth. Horrible food!! Worst I've ever had from Taco Bell. I hope the manager or owner reads these reviews. I also left one on their Facebook page. read more

They weren't very fast. The wait was probably 10 minutes and meal deals are over priced. At least their $5 deal isn't $6 like at some locations. The food was good and the place was clean. read more

Me and my family were super excited to come visit, however once we pulled into the drive though to order our food was when it started going downhill, the worker who worked the drive though speaker couldn't hear a thing we said, when we opened are bag I look to see our taco not in a wrap with a tear that looks suspiciously like a bite taken out of it neither was one of the two chalupas overall a terrible experience will not visit again the crunch wrap was pretty decent.... this time read more

Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food joints, but this one is pure disappoint. Please don't not waste your time or money here. The experience my friend and I had was excruciatingly painful. I walked in and quickly excused myself and came back and stood there patiently waiting to be greeted. I STOOD THERE FOR almost 5 minutes and the employees kept working with their backs towards my friend and I. There was only two cars in the drive thru when we had arrived. One employee started tying his shoe when I excused myself to the bathroom before we ordered. I came back and THEN we continued to wait on this employee, as he CONTINUED to tie his VANS! This employee tied his shoes much longer than necessary, when he clearly could have been helping us. This employee who had tied his shoe and then gotten up and started to sweep the floor AFTER he made eye contact with us and looked down, and KEPT his head down! I was annoyed by then and asked this employee if he was able to take our orders. He replied saying, "I was waiting for you guys," with a bored look on his face. Not one employee had greeted us the whole time we were there. He finally took our order both my friend and I had to repeat each item in our order about three times. I only had 3 items, and my friend only having 4 items. It's like were talking to someone with deaf ears. The food was not good as well which isn't much of a shocker, but I was hoping these drug users would care about their munchies at work. My taco tasted like cardboard. I got my food my tacos with cool ranch shells tasted awful, after I smelled it I realized they were stale! Completely bad . I went back and told them about their food and then didn't look apologetic at all. They looked at me with a blank stare. Only plus to this place is getting a free drink and a free quesadilla for awful tacos. This place needs to be closed. There are a bunch of drug users who work here, or get a new staff because the service here is awful. read more

i LOVE taco bell. i go a couple times a week and i'm always satisfied. we were on a vaca here and stopped by to grab some food. i got my usual order and it was completely inedible. the crunch wrap had charcoal all over it and tasted like i was legit eating coal. i had to spit out the bite could not even swallow it. the cinnamon twists had no cinnamon on them and tasted like cardboard. the taco was fine but that's the only food from my whole order i was able to eat. needless to say we will not be returning. awful. read more

I must admit that the Taco Bell bean burrito is my guiltiest pleasure. I just love the beans and the sauce and an occasional onion. I'm addicted. That's why I've visited this Taco Bell location fairly often, it's my addiction that makes me go back, NOT the service. This location is the worst I've ever visited. The drive through wait time has never been less than 10 minutes, I only go when I know I have 10 to 30 minutes to spare. The staff is almost always sullen and occasionally very rude. Recently the location moved up their closing time from 11 or midnight to 10pm. I arrived one evening at 15 minutes to 10 and sat and sat and sat at the drive up speaker. Nothing. I pulled up to the window and a young man said they were closed. I told him I'd been sitting for several minutes at the speaker with no response from inside and he said they usually just wait until people figure out they're closed. I'll likely return due to the burrito monkey on my back, but I know it'll take twice as long as it should and that I won't be treated well. read more

I was blown away by an act of kindness that was performed at this Taco Bell on a particularly hard day for me. My son has sensory issues, and we had just come from a very difficult therapy session with him. He had been screaming all day, and my nerves were shot. I went and ordered him food at this drive-thru, as it's one of the only foods he will eat. As we pulled up on that rainy day to the window, I pulled my wallet out and realized my son had dumped all of my cards and cash out at home before we left that day. I had nothing to pay with. I told the cashier, Emily, that I would not be able to pay and that we have to return our order. She told me that it would be totally fine and that she would call it, "...the manager's special." She then gave us our food, completely comped. I cried, and thanked her, because, wow. On my way out, she handed me a receipt, and said all she'd like for me to do is fill out a survey. Of course. Least I could do. We will always be back to this restaurant, WITH money next time. read more

This place is a nightmare. Ever since it reopened after the remodel. Their staff at night or in the drive thru is the worst possible staff you can have. The service is horrible and slow and the food portions are tiny. They can't make anything, it's always undercooked, overcooked or mis-prepared. They never give me a receipt or napkins and get angry with me if I ask for them to give me the hot sauce I asked for the first time. One time my wife and I drove thru the drive thru late at night, we waited for 45 mins, my wife got out of the car and went inside to use the restroom. While she was leaving the guy working the window yelled to her "enjoy your food, I spit in it" she came and told me about what he said. We immediately threw our food out. I came in and spoke with the manager the next day, she acted as if she wasn't surprised this happened. She gave me my money back and didn't ask how she could make it right. I don't know what the owner of this location is doing but it's time to switch it up. Before you loose all business or get shut down. ***To whoever reads this*** save yourself and drive to bountiful Taco Bell or Del Taco. read more
