I had the Asada, Barbacoa, Chile Verde and Al Pastor tacos. My favorites were the Al Pastor and the Asada. The selection of salsas and toppings were good, the coolers were very clean. The truck was very clean, both on the outside and inside. There was ample parking and easy to get to, right on interstate 89. It was great to have a place to eat outside the truck. There was a clean table with a nice umbrella to catch some shade while eating. It was fairly busy at lunch, but the lady working inside was gracious and accommodating while she was so busy. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely stop by.

They have an enclosed trailer where they prepare several kinds of Mexican street style taco dishes. I ordered two cachete (cheek) tacos, and loaded them with lots of pico de Gallo, jalapeños, limes, cabbage and carrot slices. The cheek meat was a good replacement for the cabeza meat I usually get. It was so good that I returned for another taco, trying the barbacoa for my third taco. The meat had a bit of a smoky flavor and had a great taste. It made for a great quick lunch. I'll definitely support this new addition to Bountiful's culinary wasteland.

Everyone at the party was full and happy by the time his sweet food truck pulled away from our patio. His steak and pork burritos were my favorite. The homemade salsa that came with them had so much flavor, and was well balanced in terms of spice level. I personally did not like the chicken burrito. The cook makes the food, hands you the food, you add all the toppings you wish (without judgment), and can go back inside the restaurant (unless you grab the wrong door and end up at the barber) to sit at a table or wherever you wish to eat. I got to select however many meats with no toppings and was pain free for the rest of the day (conclusion for me: no additives triggered a wobbly digestion in response). Everything looked and smelled fresh. Ambiance: bit bare inside, definitely not cozy. But if you are there to get food and eat it, it should be good enough.

Got the Quesabirria and some Carne Asada tacos along with some Al pastor as well. The price was crazy good, I think I spent $18 for all of it. Liked the mini condiment bar that they had, the green sauce was great, though I wished there would have been some Pico De Gallo as well as some way to pack some radishes to go. The sauce cups were far too tiny for jalapenos and onions as well. The tacos were good, the meat portions were great though I wished they had a little more flavor, Birria was a lot better, tender and juicy, well cooked though it held quite a bit of grease. Overall, service was great, they were fast, and the kitchen looked clean! I will definitely be back to try more of their offerings.
