I ordered two cachete (cheek) tacos, and loaded them with lots of pico de Gallo, jalapeños, limes, cabbage and carrot slices. The cheek meat was a good replacement for the cabeza meat I usually get. It was so good that I returned for another taco, trying the barbacoa for my third taco. The meat had a bit of a smoky flavor and had a great taste. It made for a great quick lunch. Everyone at the party was full and happy by the time his sweet food truck pulled away from our patio. His steak and pork burritos were my favorite.
