We usually come here in the drive thru and they're always very quick and very fresh! We opted to dine in yesterday and everything inside was very clean and new. We used the kiosks to order but they never texted me my receipt even after signing up for the rewards so I was unable to get my code! I kept thinking maybe there was a delay in the sending of it but I didn't ever receive notice my order was done either except for when the guy yelled out my name. Bummer! I wanted my points! All in all, this is a solid Taco Bell! It would be cool if their rewards and text system worked though! read more

This Taco Bell south of the Grapevine has become my go-to stop every time I travel back from Los Angeles to Bakersfield. I actually wait to eat until I get here because I know the food and service will be worth it. The staff here stands out -- professional, friendly, and consistently attentive, even during busy hours. You can tell the kitchen crew takes pride in their work; my custom orders are always made exactly how I ask, with care and precision. The freshness of the food is noticeable -- the lettuce is crisp, the tomatoes are bright red and juicy, and the tortillas taste freshly warmed not crusty.. Consistency and attention to detail at a Taco Bell.. tell me more.. Everything comes out hot, neatly prepared, and flavorfulllllll. I've visited many Taco Bells ,and the dining area and the restrooms are always immaculate. This Taco Bell has become part of my travel routine, and I look forward to it every time I make the trip down south. . read more

You wait forever for cold food and had us wait by the front door pretty poor service I won't eat at this Taco Bell

It's Taco Bell. I don't expect much. But just was influenced by all those people sitting in cars talking about food so I wanted to try their Cantina items. The food was just ok/almost bad. However I've been to this Taco Bell 3 times and every time they were very friendly and service was quick. I don't plan to go back. I'll just have to keep Taco Bell as a fond junior high memory. :) read more

I understand that people have bad days but it is bare minimum to be kind to the customers. After paying for my meal I asked for the bathroom code and the male employee sighed and rudely said "just push the door"... when I got my food I noticed they were out of napkins in the lobby so I politely asked for some, the female employee sighed, rolled her eyes and went to get them... she came back, set them down and walked away without saying anything. Staff is ridiculously rude, do not come here. read more

This place is repulsive!!! Stopped on my road trip to grab a simple Pepsi for a caffeine boost. After drinking the entire thing, I noticed black specks in my ice cubes! Come to find out the entire cup was full of crawling ants!!!!! See the pictures below. All over the lid and down the side of the cup! Absolutely sick. Who knows how many I actually swallowed!? I will NEVER return to this place again!!! And you shouldn't either! I'm still disgusted! These employees need better eyes or a lesson in hygiene and cleanliness. read more

Worst customer service of any fast food chain ever. We stopped here on our way to LA because there aren't any rest stops in the area. They couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge us when we walked in much less take our actual order. When asked if we could order at the counter the lady just pointed at the kiosk. They have two bathrooms but one of them was occupied the entire time we were in the restaurant. When we asked if we could have the code to the other restroom the employee said it was out of order, yet two different staff members used it while we were there. Best advice, keep driving until you get to Valencia and find somewhere else to spend your money. read more

I've been to this Taco Bell just once and it's definitely not worth the return. The food is never a problem, which, considering the service, I'm very surprised about. There are a bunch of rambunctious kids messing around and horse playing causing long waits for everyone in the drive thru, even if it just your car. You can hear them messing around over the intercom and when you pull up to the window, 4-5 of them are just laughing and throwing hands everywhere. I have no problem with fun at work but when it actually disrupts and causes problems, that is an issue. read more

This Taco Bell sent out coupons to the residents. One of the coupons is for 50 cent burritos. Next to the 50 cents is says (Limit 10). My daughter & I came to purchase 10 burritos thinking the coupon meant 10 for 50 cents each. When I got to the window I learned that the coupon is only for 1 burrito at 50 cents. There is a sentence that says 1 item per coupon. So in order to get 10 burritos for 50 cents one has to have 10 coupons. Very misleading to the consumer. read more

I ordered a crunchy taco with beans lettuce tomato and avocado. I was charged $3.85. I get on the freeway headed to work and I realize they put cheese and meat on it and I can't even eat it. Now I don't have breakfast before I work. I got to work a few minutes early and I call them up and tell them what happened and the girl says, "I remember you, that's not what you ordered". I simply hung up. I stopped by after work and explain to one of the managers what happened and he remade my taco and gave me a free drink. That was excellent customer service. read more

Stopped by here for a break from the I-5. Customer service pretty good. They forgot to include my cinnamon twists in the order and replaced them immediately when I informed them about the situation. Facility is exceptionally clean, service is also very fast. Bathroom lines tend to get pretty long, so expect to wait 15-20 minutes for your turn. Other than that, highly recommended. read more

A bit of a search from the freeway you know it's there you just can't find it. Drive-thru dollar menu breakfast items. About what one would expect from Taco Bell. Didn't like the breakfast quesadilla at all. The coffee was horrible very weak and I don't like them adding my cream for me. Rest of the food was great price point fair. It's new so very clean and the help was really nice. Much nicer than the McDonald's on the other side of the road, and none of the riff raff. read more

Food here is always good but the service is awful. Placed a mobile order and they told me they didn't have an order even after I showed them my order multiple times. First time to this Taco Bell was actually really Excited and hungry halfway through my chicken quesadilla and there goes this strand of either plastic or hair. (100% sure it wasn't just melted cheese) the person I took it back up to also agreed. Either way either of those in food is unacceptable. They asked if I wanted another one, I declined... lost my appetite!!! Throughout the whole my my husband was finishing his food the staff were just whispering amongst one another. No manager ever came to apologize nor did I get one. They were just so nonchalant about it. Fucking unacceptable!!!!! So much for grand a opening. read more

I am so super upset!! I just got home from going through drive thru. I spent $71.00 on dinner for my family only to get home and my daughter's order is missing. I was told to pull over and someone would come out and hand me my order. The employee came out to give me my food and another employee went after him and said the quesadilla was for another customer. I assumed they had given me an extra one. Nope!! My daughter's quesadilla was given to someone else. My daughter also ordered 4 crunchy tacos because they don't come with tomato or sour cream and I ordered 10 more supreme style which means they do have tomato and sour cream. Nope again!! All of them were supreme so my daughter didn't get to eat the tacos either. The tacos we did get are cold and soggy!! Horrible! I tried calling to let them know. I've called 8 times and the phone just keeps ringing. This is so inconvenient and so frustrating to go home and find out the order was messed up completely. I'm calling corporate to complain and I definitely want my money back!!! NOT OKAY!! read more
