I get your order through, but they fix them and their life about it. They are good customer service.

Came here with a friend last week and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I want to lead with the best here: the bartender/server here provided some of the best service I have experienced in the last few years. So many people have come to expect poor service (including myself) that positive experiences like this really serve as a wake-up call to what the dining experience ought to be like. Kudos to Taqueria 304 for hiring the best! I can't omit the excellent food and stellar plate presentation either. My friend and I both got the loaded nachos as our entrees and they were as delicious as they were beautiful. As for the drinks, plenty of beers on tap and in bottles to suit your needs, particularly of the Mexican variety (fitting). Ambiance is nice with some clever furnishings, like the sideways doors carpentered to serve as an entryway wall. One thing I will mention is that open-concept establishments tend to have noise issues and this place is no exception; even still, my friend and I were able to hear each other on this occasion (no promises when the place is full). Parking here can be challenging due to all the construction currently happening in the area though there are spots available on both sides of the street which ought to be enough at most times of the day. All things considered, Taqueria 304 is a welcome addition to the area and I hope they stick around for a long time to come! Overall: 4.5 stars ---- Pros: - Outrageously good service, that needs to be commended in a world where such service is increasingly rare. - Excellent food with a skilled eye for presentation. - Great draft/bottle beer selection. - Pleasant ambiance with clever furnishings. Cons: - Open-concept spots can have noise issues, though it wasn't too bad during our visit. - Parking is tough but still available.

Oh, and birria too. I put up pictures of the menu so look there. In an old '70s Taco Bell that has been totally blown out and refurbed as far as the kitchen. Comfortable seating. This isn't some joint in a run down location. It's totally new inside. The food was great! I got two birria and a pastor with onion, cilantro, and lime wedge. Several kinds of salsa. Wife got a carnitas burrito bowl. They aren't skirt but still great. The bowl was loaded up and everything is assembled in front of you, so you can say "More onion! More cilantro! Guac and cheese too!" (it's real Mex cheese, shredded) So, it's unique in the area, being exactly what it is, a Tacquerea, serving delicious food to order. This spot is worth a drive. Let's all do the math... Go to that fake place in Boardman on 224 for some $7.00 crunchy tacos, or you can zip up 224, get on Wilmington (like you're going to Edwards or Chuck Tanner's, and Gordo's is on the left) and get some real tacos here. No beer, and no servers in funny shirts, but genuinely great food, so there are trade offs! And the folks making the tacos etc were friendly, the place was spotless, they are in a spot with good parking and easy in and out access. And a mile from my house so, the only reason I didn't get anything to go is, I can go back later. And I will...

Please, please, please pay attention to the signage in the entryway. The service was already rough, but seeing an automatic gratuity on your bill put a sour taste in our mouth. The queso with chorizo and chips were a great appetizer. A chorizo and queso lovers dream. However, the chips to queso ratio was off. When requesting extra chips we were forgotten about. Later when the meal was over the server passed multiple times forgetting to go boxes. During this visit, I ordered the Burrito Gigante with high hopes since I've had similar burritos at other places. The burrito was so so and not very flavorful. The burrito had chicken (extra cost), rice, black beans, corn and topped with queso. The salad was a wonderful surprise to the meal.

However, once we sat down and looked at the menu, the "sticker shock" hit hard: * Price Hikes: Almost every item on the menu had increased by about $5. * The Missing Special: Their signature taco deal ($10 for three tacos with rice, beans, and salad) has been completely scrapped. * The Bottom Line: I'm a fan of the flavors here, but paying $65 for tacos for three people is a dealbreaker for me !!! Shame on you!!
