Ordering at the kiosks was wonderfully easy, which felt especially appreciated in our slightly celebratory state. The staff was nice, friendly, and moved quickly, keeping everything running with admirable efficiency. Our food was made to order and came out promptly, which only added to the triumph of the evening. This Taco Bell got my order wrong two days in a row the first day I asked for a quesadilla and a side of sour cream and nacho cheese with nacho fries. They charge me extra for the nacho cheese and they didn't even give me the cheese they gave it inside after a 20 minute wait. I asked for it outside the second day I ordered a quesadilla and I asked for a side of nacho fries instead of giving me a nacho fries sauce they put Taco Bell sauce inside of my quesadilla and outside. We enjoy Taco Bell. The cantina's are allowed to sell alcohol. This location is handy when I'm in the area. Sometimes hubby will try a special. I'm pretty locked into getting a bean burrito. My kingdom for a Taco Bell Cantina. What can I say, it's a Taco Bell. You get exactly what you want/need when it comes to the food. I just got the beefy five layer burrito and while it's no quesorito, it was delicious. Open late and it has alcohol so watch out! The poor employees always seem to be scrambling behind the counter, I've never seen this place empty. I highly recommend ordering ahead from the mobile app as the tablets in store do not consistently work (could be due to the flow of drunk college students stumbling through). read more

I've been duped. What I originally thought the initial bumps here were caused by being a new location, it appears there is NO manager here and the place is chaos. Do not come here on a weekend- it's insanity, especially on a Sunday night. I have come on a week day for lunch and order on the Mobile app and it's been ok but come on a weekend and you will wait 1+ hour and get your whole order wrong. I have waited here on a Sunday where they called my name, I grabbed my food and opened it and it was not mine. I had to bring it back and had already touched other peoples food and it appeared they gave it back to them. I Mobile ordered yesterday and it said it was ready. I brought my food home and it was all wrong- I was missing my gordita crunch, two dorita locos tacos, and the cinnabon bites- I also ended up getting a double shelled taco and two wrong quesidillas? My order had no sticker but I stood and asked the dude "Is this for Katya, are you sure" and they said yes. So I would have to have literally unwrapped each item to know it was blatantly wrong. It's a Taco Bell. There's not a ton more to say on that point - I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of the whole "cantina" thing, but the vibe didn't seem much different. As of 3/18/23, they still don't seem to have the liquor license sorted so they are only serving non-alcoholic beverages. I went on a Saturday night and seem to have had the same idea of many other people looking to check out the new location. Aaron was friendly and helped me out when I was having issues with the kiosk (it wasn't listing the freezes even though they're available so he rung me up at the register). I'm giving them some grace because it seems that they're working out the kinks of opening the new location as well as training and hiring new staff, and the people working there seemed to be doing their best to keep things running smoothly. read more

The WORST experience I've ever had. This business should not be here with untrained employees (also understaffed) and bad management overall. I ordered for pickup on a Monday night at 9:45pm. I was notified that my order would be ready for 10:20pm. When I got to the store, I was told I'd have to wait 80 MORE MINUTES for my order. I waited until 11pm and gave up. Walked away with NO FOOD. Everyone else waiting in the store looked visibly frustrated and hungry as well. Will never be coming to this Taco Bell ever again. They mark the mobile pick up orders as ready and they very much never are actually ready when the app says they are. In the app there is an order progress tracker that shows the status of your order. My guess is that they get rated on their order processing speed or something because it is always processed and ready (according to the app) very quickly. In reality, you can roll up to the counter literally 10-15 minutes after the app shows that the orders ready and it still won't be ready. Super annoying when it's crap weather or you're parked outside with your flashers on, with the assumption that it's going to be a quick grab n go, and instead you're waiting 10+ more minutes. Train these folks on how to use the app tracker accurately, please. That's my only complaint. The staff is friendly, they work hard, they serve alcohol , food is standard Taco Bell fare , which I frequently get a hankerin' for, and their bathrooms are consistently clean. Be warned though, Friday and Saturday nights can have up to 25-30 minute waits and the counter area can be hella crowded. If you regularly frequent places, even if it's a fast food joint like Taco Bell, remember them around the holidays. They never expect gifts so they tend to appreciate them the most. And if you are getting ready to donate stuff to Goodwill or elsewhere, check with the fast food workers in your area first to see if they need anything you're donating. They work their butts off for not much in return, so surprise them with a little love whenever you can. That's all. read more

Unfortunately both times I ordered with an estimated pick up of 5-8min, but waited over an hour. Last night I ordered at 1:09am showed up at 1:40am and there were people waiting who had ordered their food closer to midnight. I eventually gave up around 2am and left. I really like this Taco Bell as it's much more convenient than the one on Lee Hwy. I've done three mobile orders and they've always been done by the time I arrive to pickup. The folks who work here are very friendly as well. The app does need to fix some basics for this location though. You can't order nachos or other sides, nor can you get the frozen drinks that make the cantina what it is. Not the restaurant's fault but needs to be fixed. read more

We ordered delivery so I don't know the ambiance of the location. But the food and service were great. The ordering experience, speed, getting the order right first time, and packaging for delivery . We ordered all vegetarian fare and were not disappointed in the quality of the ingredients and presentation of the food. The portions are a touch slim but what you'd expect given the low price. A better value than Chipotle unless you order exclusively the "Supreme™" items. Speaking of which, the Crunch Wrap and Chalupa were crunchy and delicious even after the delivery. The Supreme items are amazing if you're craving but the bowls and burritos are best value buy. We got a free Doritos taco. The shell was delicious, not as potent as a Dorito and there was basically nothing inside tho. The black beans hold moisture better than the dried out ones you'll get at Chipotle. The lettuce and tomato were also more crisp then you get from Chipotle. Nothing was overly salty, cheesy, or sour creamed™ like you get most places. It looks like you can get unlimited hot sauce packets for 0.00? Unfortunately they didn't have any Diablo available so I got 4 of each of the others. You can tell the staff is severely undertrained and understaffed where orders are coming out at a snails pace. I stopped by after a weekday trip to the post office next door within the first couple of weeks this place was open. It was on the late side of lunchtime. I ordered a nachos without any meat to go. My order was ready within a few minutes, and I carried it home. When I got home, I noticed that there was no salsa packets as I had requested in my order, and there was ground beef on my nachos. I ate about half of it anyway; it was OK, but nothing to go out of my way for. I decided that it is worth it to pay twice as much for much better nachos prepared as I want and expect at District Taco. Disappointed to read that the alcoholic drinks still aren't available, because a frozen margarita is the only reason I might try this place again (but I can make a better margarita with 100% agave tequila myself, so whatever). read more

Since I'm new to the area and still learning my options, I've been to this Tack Bell several times in recent weeks. Weekday nights and weekend nights. Usually after midnight. I can't even begin to tell you how consistently and unbelievably slow the service is. It's always more than 20 minutes after ordering. Sometimes more than 30 minutes. I don't know why I subject myself to this. I think it's because I still can't believe it. Tonight I ordered at 1:45am on the mobile app, the area is completely dead (it's a weekday at 2am!) and I walk into taco bell and find 10 people looking pissed waiting for their orders. FACTS About this location, Still not a full cantina Taco Bell. No liquor license as of May 1, they will always mess up your order, you have to ask them to clean the tables even though they should have already been cleaned done, their staff is rude, probably 1st runner job experienced people, they never fill up the sauce location that's always almost empty and or non at all. The managers always look and seems so frantic and scrambling to pick up the slack for their entire Teams. Not only did they make us (and about 8 other people) wait outside to place an order while the restaurant was empty, we were then told by the staff to go home because orders were taking an hour to push out.
