If I could give this location no starts I would! This is by far the absolute worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bell! Went to this location 15 minutes before close and they already had the closing message on the menu board. We pulled around to the window and asked the employee why we were unable to order as that particular location doesn't close until 2am. The employee proceeded to speak to me aggressively, visually aggravated. The customer service at this location is extremely poor, corporate needs to retrain or hire new staff. read more

This Taco Bell has one of the nicest managers that I know; and he plays disc golf!! W food, W Service

0 stars if I could , Ordered a 12 pack last night every taco was ice cold the beef couldn't even warm them asked them to heat the tortilla like they are supposed to and they just took them waited two minutes and gave me the same cold tacos , I ordered supreme and half didn't have sour cream fuck Taco Bell read more

Every time I come through here my food is wrong. I guess I'll have to go to another Taco Bell from now on.

Sat in drive thru more than 10 minutes without anyone taking orders of the car in front of me. I order two back bell grande with NO tomato's Both covered in tomato's under the chips and Under the beans. Tomato's are typically on top. Someone saw no tomato's and decided to mess with my food allergy. BOTH NACHOS IN THE TRASH. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE TO RETURN THEM. Should have left during the 10minute wait. read more

Nothing to write home about. But it's one of the best places to get late night food. I tried the new Quesalupa Combo with Baja Blast (no ice) and nacho cheese and chips. The Quesalupa was okay. It was larger than I anticipated (probably the size of about two regular tacos). It also comes with two regular tacos. Also, I received 10 packets of hot sauce (way more than needed) at no extra charge! Wait: there were 4 cars ahead of me and it took me around 15 mins from start to finish. Service: Okay. It's improved since last year. Quality: Okay. Nacho cheese and chips were the highlight of the meal. Love their nacho cheese! I think they've come a long ways from last year (especially after the PR issue around unsanitary conditions). I look forward to seeing them continue to improve! Price: $ (their combos and meal boxes are the best deals) Wishes: I really hope for them to bring back their fries! Fries + nacho cheese = the best guilty food pleasure! read more

I am 100% convinced that the people that work at this Taco Bell on gender Road are mentally retarded. I have went through the drive-through three times this week spending a total of $90 and not one burrito in all three orders was made right they messed everything up. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant even if you're starving to death. read more

We go here often out of convenience, and being longtime Taco Bell fans. Unfortunately everything about the experience at this particular location has just gotten worse. Majority of the time at least one item of the order is forgotten. "Lots of sauce" seems to translate to 0-3 packets. The quesadillas look like they've been slashed, if they are cut at all. There is almost always a long line and the dining room is also almost always closed. I will say we have never had a rude or bad interaction with the staff. If you notice items are missing before you get out of the parking lot they have no problem getting them to you. I'm thinking it is a staffing issue??? But who knows. Something definitely needs to change to get our business back. We will not be returning. read more

Staffs are very improfessional. When I came no one attended to me instead they were on their phones and I just left.

all the food was right, but the lady at the window rushed us at drive thru. we were not completely done with our order and had to end up paying 2 times because she was not paying attention and rushed us. read more

We used to order from this Taco Bell a lot because it's convenient for us as it's right around the corner and our kids and my husband love Taco Bell! Like love it so much that my husband and the kids used to order from here at least once a week. Unfortunately, today's visit will be my last visit to this location. Why the low star rating and why will I never return? There is ALWAYS a long line at this location. Not because it's busy or during prime hours, but because it takes so long to get the orders out. I'm talking about waiting in line for at least 15 minutes regardless of what time you go there! We have sat outside for a maximum of 30 minutes before (yes, we timed it!) I have tried going inside to skip the line several times and you wait just as long. Let me include that if I'm the one stopping through, it's usually only for my four year old daughter whose order is a soft taco (no lettuce) and an order of cinnamon twists. Not too difficult, right? Well today they messed up that order (usually our "family orders" are the ones that they ALWAYS mess up...wrong items, missing items, etc), but today...they messed up the soft taco and cinnamon twist order and that was my last straw. When I've gone inside to place our orders in the past, I've also noticed that several people are always in line due to incorrect orders as well and the staff seem like they've become accustomed to it. I also show the location is open until 2 AM, but when I've arrived around 9 PM in the past, the front doors are always locked. I don't know what the hours are for the dining room, but that has been a frustration in the past as well. The only thing that this location has going for them is the wonderful staff that they place at the drive thru window. I have never had a poor experience with interacting with the drive through person and they have always been so friendly. Unfortunately, I will no longer return to this location! Best of luck to the staff here! read more

This location always serves old food and you will be trapped in the drive through for half an hour or more for only four cars, slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to. read more

This was the worst Taco Bell experience. My Wife had hair in her Mexican pizza. Had to throw away the whole order. No mask worn by staff at the window. read more

Absolutely no chance I'll go back to this Taco Bell. Had 6 people working inside and it took about 25 mins to get through the drive through. Mind you there was one car ahead of me..Messy kitchen with food all over the floor. They have no drive to take your order or make your food correctly. The workers aren't even remotely worried about hygiene around there either. Food was cold after waiting the 25 mins for them to make 3 items. Would not recommend this Taco Bell AT ALL, save the trouble and go somewhere else around there. Not worth it at all. What a shame read more

Once upon a time Taco Bell was okay mostly due to the prices, only. Now it's not even worth going there for that. It's cheaper to go to Chipotle where the food is better quality and better service and it's even less expensive. Most of the staff are fast food rejects. read more

Currently sitting in the drive through AT 8:11 PM!!! NOT EVEN LATE! There's about 3 cars in the parking, probably workers, and about 8 cars sitting in the drive through. It's been about 20-30 minutes already and more cars are lining up and it's literally forming all the way to the entrance. This fast food restaurant is supposed to be open till 1am-2am but the work here seems to be done. I've been at this exact Taco Bell many many times and LITERALLY EVERY TIME it takes forever to get our food. At times we went through and they would greet us and not order our food. I I figured it was some technical issue BUT THEY HEARD US but wouldn't take our order. There was also a time when they said their gas line wasn't working which was probably an excuse. We have called corporate, we have called the managers on duty, we have called the store and NO ONE has even given us a solide response. I did have a friend working at the same exact store and he told me the only reason why they say "gas line broken" or don't answer at all is because they're smoking cannabis in the back room. I would believe this is very very true because every time the person who takes our order greets us, they sound stoned out of their mind. I heard Taco Bell was named number one Mexican restaurant- I would think otherwise. If you wanna get fast food, please help yourself and go somewhere else. I can't say anything about the morning crew because I haven't gone to Taco Bell in the morning but nights are bad. We are only having this store open because we keep on going and buying their products. (I also see a huge line forming inside) read more

Waited in line at the drive through for 19 minutes AFTER placing my order. I could see people in the lobby getting their food when they'd ordered after we did. Ridiculous. I could have got a REAL Mexican meal faster than this. If they hadn't already charged me, I would have just left. When I finally did get my food, it wasn't even hot. Got home and the food was so tiny. read more

Still no apology from Taco Bell or the manager. A guy by the name Roger, emailed me saying next time we stop in I can get a free meal. No apology and an offer to eat at a place that caused food poisoning. Who is running this place! I emailed corporate 2 times and still no response. I'll keep updating read more

Dirty, old, smelly, unclean. Food made me sick. Worst Taco Bell ever. Where are the adults?

Terrible!!!! I'm disappointed every time I go. Service was slow and my order was burnt and soggy. The food is gross. They need to check their food before serving it to people. They gave me old hard potatoes. I will not suggest this location read more

Taco Bell - Hard and old - Fast Food Near Me - Canal Winchester, Ohio

Food was okay, but service was horrible. I should have been tipped off by all of the customers standing around the counter. While they are quick to take your order, they are not quick getting your food to you. I waited over 20 minutes for my food. When I walked out of the restaurant, the drive-up lane was wrapped around the building and spilling onto the road. If there was a manager on duty, they were hiding in the back. read more

Going to give this location 5 stars because they don't deserve their current rating. When we first moved to the area this Taco Bell was awful. They must have newer management because the help is always very friendly and the food is always fresh and hot. Try not to eat too much fast food but when we do this is a place we enjoy going to. Edit: Crappy again read more

Awful! No customer service, I had to the kiosk! Then I stood around for 10-15 minutes and when I finally received my food, the worker tried to scurry away without giving me my drink cup. To top it all off my burrito came with hamburger instead of steak! You got to be kidding me, get it together! read more

I'm vegan so going to taco bell is very convenient and fast for me. I usually just get a taco salad and change the beef to beans and ask for no cheese or sour cream but lately they'll cheap me on everything and give me a lot of lettuce -.- The staff know me semi well so they tend to try and have a whole convo with me which annoys my dad and other customers cause he/they want to leave... read more

Worst Taco Bell ever. There were 7 cars in the drive through and about 6 people inside. Currently it has been 22 mins since we ordered our food inside and we still do not have our food yet. I thought this was supposed to be fast food. I will definitely not come back to this location. read more

Went there tonight and picked up half Taco Bell and half Pizza Hut food. The Taco Bell stuff was very hot, fresh and really good. Only took 2 minutes to go through the drive thru. The Pizza Hut breadsticks were decent too and the sauce was really hot which was great. The pizza though had to have been made at least an hour prior to my visit and was maybe one of the worst pizzas I've tasted. I took 3 bites and threw out the rest. Don't order the pizza! read more

just got my food and i am utterly disappointed. The food is awful, taco was soggy, made incorrectly and all around bad. #nachobestfood

Great and fast service quality food!! drive thru service is always up to par.

This Taco Bell sucks. My biggest complaint is the long wait it takes to get "fast" food. It is consistently a long wait. And when you end up getting your food, it is not very good. It's not hard to see how there needs to be new management here. read more

I came here today with my family and we got the worst service ever. Waited 30 minutes for the worst food I've ever eaten, and rude people too. read more

Last night I ordered Taco Bell off DoorDash, have my card and paid for it online. Get a call from the driver saying that their card reader was down and that I was going to have to pay cash. Also, I didn't get my Taco Bell. I got an email saying the store was closed at 1am and I'd be getting a refund on my purchase. So this location can bite it. read more

This Taco Bell is quite possibly the worst restaurant in the area. It's always disgusting, horrible staff, extremely rude, and full of incompetent people. It needs to shut down. I was in the drive thru and ordered a fiery taco supreme, which includes sour cream. I check my taco, and there is no sour cream. We then sit in the car and wait for about 5 minutes because they are purposefully ignoring us. They only opened the window because we knocked on it. We then tell the lady what happened and she said they will fix it. The next taco I received had sour cream FALLING out of it. It was all over my hands and the whole taco was falling out of the shell. Definitely will be reported to corporate. This Taco Bell does not even deserve a 1 star rating. read more

Best Taco Bell I have been too! I don't know where these other reviews came from but my food is always made fresh and looks good! I've been coming to this location for the past 3 years and have never been disappointed. Definitely give the staff and management thanks. read more

We were reminded this week about why we don't go to Taco Bell that often. Could it be because they don't hire anyone with the capability to carry on a basic conversation, much less take an order? Probably. It could also be because they are slow, and consistently make mistakes on the orders. It took my wife nearly twenty minutes to complete her transaction...for a to go order. The employees were extremely slow and inaccurate, and actually wasted her time by not trying to solve concerns without getting all the information first. Then to top it off, she brought the food home and it was cold. For an area with several more restaurants to choose from, this location definitely shouldn't be at the top of anyone's list. read more

This is by far the worst Taco Bell in the area I have been to. I live in canal so I'm close and keep telling myself that maybe the next time will be different, but every time the food is horrible. Recently I got 2 chili cheese burritos and there was literally about a spoon full of chili and Cheese on both of them. It was just a shell, and this has happened at least 4 times. The wait time is at times crazy, even when there is barely anyone in line. I've been to the Taco Bell in Whitehall a few times because I work there and they are so much better. They actually put chili on their burritos, and the service is so much faster. I'm really hoping they put some managers in place at the gender road location that know what they are doing and properly train there employees to make food that will encourage their customers to return! read more

Worst taco bell I have been to! Service is slow and taco shells are often stale
