Drive thru wait time was terrible. Did not get our order right. Limited number of sauce packets. Food was the lowest standard of taco bell ever eaten. We told them no lettuce, unfortunately we somehow got lettuce in the bag. At least it smelled like taco bell. read more

I ordered my food through the drive-thru like any other day. When I got my food I had two items missing and some of my food like in the pictures were made wrong. When I called and asked to get some new ones made and my missing items, I was denied. I don't know if it was just a bad day or what, but why was half of my food missing. read more

If I could leave a zero star I would ,the workers were rude I had to order 3 separate drinks just to get handed a cup with creamer and be told to very rudely make my own drink .the establishment was not busy and there was no reason me and my child should have to order 3 drinks and be treated rudely , they messed up our food aswell our burritos were cold and incorrect, they were overall rude to us and inconsiderate. read more

These Tacos Are on Ozempic and Therapy Taco Bell, I don't know if your tacos are going through a journey of self-discovery or just forgot who they are... but I ordered beef tacos and got depression wrapped in a tortilla. I opened the shell and had to squint -- it looked like someone whispered "meat" into it and then ran away. Even my cat Mochi, who once ate a Dorito off the floor like it was gourmet cuisine, took one sniff and said, "I'm good." He literally covered it with his paw like it was something from his litter box. And he's not picky -- this is the same cat who tries to fight my hairbrush. And the lettuce? Aggressively present. Crunchier than my will to live. It's giving "salad with regrets." These tacos are clearly on Ozempic, Weight Watchers, and probably a juice cleanse. I didn't come here for portion control, I came for bad decisions and late-night shame. Instead, I left with sadness and a paper bag of disappointment. Do better, Taco Bell. Or at least give Mochi a reason to judge me properly. read more

They can't get their orders right and there's not enough meat, beef or chicken or steak in the serving

handed me the wrong food three times and then finally I just said forget it then argued with me about paying and saying I placed an online order when I didn't. I literally gave this woman cash and told her my order multiple times and she still tried to tell me I was wrong. Then she looked at my receipt and I was right it all started with the drinks when she tried to give me drinks that had no flavor because the machine was out of flavor she took food that she handed over to me that she saw me open to show her was the wrong food back through the window three times so three different orders not to mention I was in line after ordering for 49 minutes this place is ridiculous The food was cold and disgusting not even everything I ordered read more

This place is horrible and disgusting, the workers have no clue what they are doing. You have to wait for about 30 mins just for someone to come to the counter to take your order than it takes them about 30 mins to make a simple order , they are always out of something. Disappointed in the service as well as the quality of the food. Possibly because they were very short of staff. I'll try it again but it will not be soon. read more

Okay, I work in customer service so I try to be very sympathetic but my goodness this place either need to be shut down or someone needs to get a manager or owner in this building that actually cares. Everytime I'm in this line I remember why I only come to this Taco Bell once in a blue moon. It takes 20min to an hour for the food, the food comes out cold, things are forgot. I understand when a business is struggling but trying their best. This particular Taco Bell is simply sunk under ground read more

Please shut this Taco Bell down. The lights at night are literally never on, so you don't know if they're open or not and you best not have plans after if you plan on sitting in that line for an hour or more, never fails. I got three tacos with meat and cheese only. I literally got one little speck of meat on each taco. That's it. Literally. $11 for three taco shells is basically what it was. read more

Taco Bell - 7 Layer Burrito - Fast Food Near Me - Campbellsville, Kentucky

i enjoy taco bell but one thing i don't like is sometimes the food isn't fresh. that's always the problem with any restaurant, is food not being fresh! if people are paying their hard earned money to enjoy a meal, at least let it be hot and don't serve stale taco shells. i love the doritos locos but they're normally stale when i get them. those nacho fries though, keep them on the menu and stop taking them off!! love those things. i've never had anything bad to say about their service, i usually get nice people there. read more

Decided to stop and being our niece and nephew along with our little brother for lunch. We ordered a total of 3 meals with an order of fries and side nachos. The order was placed at 3:19 and wasn't ready until 4. It took almost a whole hour to get our food. All the while others that came in after us left with food. I spoke with the manager who was a fill in from somerset. He legit wasn't doing anything except collecting trays. Mind you it wasn't busy at all. So I don't know why it took so long. I asked for some sort of compensation and he went into a conversation about how he was waiting on the next manager because he's the best one on the register. Making no sense. To say the least I wasn't compensated for anything. Definitely don't recommend coming here. read more

I just got finished going to the Campbellsville Taco Bell and I was really disapointed in the service at the drive thru, the young lady was very dry with me as I placed my order. Then to top that off I may have found about 10 shreds of cheese on 12 Tacos, WHAT THE HECK. Also I had to ask for my sauce, that grumpy little waitress forgot to give me any. I had the exact same experience in the store in Danville. REALLY, TACO BELL IS STARTING TO SUCK. come on people get your act together. what ya need is proper management instead of juvenile dellinquents. there ya go NACHO. read more
