1/15/26 I came here for lunch as I was in town for work. I was looking for something somewhat healthy so I ordered their pulled chicken sandwich with a side of collard greens. The restaurant was somewhat empty when I arrived but it can definitely house a large group of people if needed. The ambiance is very causal and welcoming. The food came out quickly. I did enjoy my food, but the chicken was a bit dry and lacked something maybe some seasoning or needing something pickled. Regardless, I ate it all, the collard greens tasted good but way better in some vinegar. Overall, the experience was good and I enjoyed my food. I'm thankful I found something to eat in this town outside of fast or fried food. Maybe next time I'll try their ribs or wings, depending what it's fried in. read more

The pulled pork was soft and smokey like my wife's eyes. But the beans and meat were served lukewarm. I think they would have tasted better if served hot. Lukewarm food makes me question what's going on back in the kitchen. read more

It's hard for me to believe that this BBQ Smokehouse is ranked #1 in a Kentucky magazine. It's far from #1 in my book. We were the only customers in the restaurant. We ordered the Carolina Pulled Pork, BBQ beans, kettle chips and their potato salad. It was good, not great. The service was lackluster at best. No follow up or any other conversation on how our meal was. How does a BBQ restaurant not serve homemade lemonade? All drinks come from a fountain Coke machine. It just didn't live up to a fan rated #1 smokehouse. No burnt ends and no sausage. I expected much better. read more

This is a very good BBQ stop while visiting Campbellsville. Nestled in a nice downtown brick building, this cozy and modern interior welcomes you in along with great smells! My dad and I shared the BBQ Sampler, which was more than enough for 2 people. It came with 2 sides, which we ordered the BBQ beans and broccoli salad. Both were excellent, and I especially liked the broccoli's crunchiness and the multi-color bean presentation. As for the sample meats, I'd rank them from: 1) Ribs 2) Chicken 3) Brisket 4) Pork All tasted good, but I thought the ribs and chicken were excellent. The ribs are dry rubbed with cumin, so you'll either like that or not. Nice portion of meat on the bone! The brisket was flavorful, maybe a bit dry, but had a nice charred coating that tasted great. As a shoutout, the owner did it all: cashier, table busser, food runner, etc. Kudos to the hard work, as it trickled down to the great service. Heard it was a very good BBQ to order. Had a takeout for pulled pork and was told 50 minutes. Showed up to pick up takeout after 50 minutes and was told another 20 minutes. It was decent! I got the pulled pork platter with salad and fries. The fries were the best part- especially with the ranch dressing... the ranch was AMAZING. I have ordered to go several times. I always get the same thing. I will stick to that. Today we order the Pig in the Orchard and The Bronco. I have wanted to try them for a few years but figured it would be better to eat sandwiches there. When we got there there were a few people sitting at tables. We stood at the counter for close to 5 minutes. A young lady was standing with her back to the counter talking to someone in the back. Finally took our order. The ice dispenser was jammed up dripping water on the floor. I took a knife and loosened the ice so I could get some. The table was sticky almost gummy feeling. I am sure I lost arm hair. It got real busy while we were there. The staff was hustling. They are amongst the least pleasant food service employees I have ever come across. One smile out of one person would have shocked me. Tried Brothers tonight for the first time and it definitely exceeded my expectations! It was great BBQ! I shared the sampler platter that comes with pulled pork, brisket, a quarter chicken (you can pick white or dark meat), and ribs. All of the meats were delicious, with the ribs being my favorite and the chicken my least favorite (but still very good). We had potato salad, broccoli salad and collard greens. The greens excellent, the other two sides kinda average. It's nice that a small town like Campbellsville can have a great place to eat like this. It is surely the best (and one of the only non-fast food) place in town. I will definitely be back, next time I am in the area! read more

This place was the prime spot for many years but sadly those days are gone. We've been many times now and the quality is gradually going down on each visit. We always order the same thing so it's easy to see the differences. I always order BBQ Nachos and my wife orders Soul Fries. The portion sizes are inconsistent. The most disappointing thing is sending out the food with a plate full of fat where pulled pork used to be. It's sad because Campbellsville doesn't have many good restaurants and owner neglect appears to be killing this one. read more

Superb quality above all else, The best brisket I've eaten in the last ten years. If you eat only one thing, the brisket is the "go-to". Easily as good, and likely better than the majority of restaurants in Kansas City. For a town this size the food is at the top of its game. The seasoned fries are served in neat old time, but decently sized paper fry pocket. The pear and blue cheese side salad was good although a little bitter. I did see things in there that are usually removed by Roundup but that's the trend nowadays. What makes this place special and rise above the usual BBQ? Well Bells two hearted is a good start. It's extra special when they seek out craft brews. It's spotless inside. The tables have warped tops so be careful when placing a full glass down. The food was up in minutes, the service is very friendly and the family vibe adds to the overall experience. Prices are a lot lower than I expected. It's truly a great value. The is easily the best place in town. We wished we could have tried other things but the portions are hearty and this may explain why they don't sell desserts. Probably the best restaurant in this town. I'm don't mean to sound mean but the town is literally in the middle of no where. The beat hotel in town was a Best Western. That aside this place did have an modern upscale feel, they did have a few micro brews on draft. I just wrote a review for smokin' Al's in NY and are there for dinner. Now, no comparison, the brisket was delicious and was not dressed at all the product clearly shined, the ribs were nicely smoked, moist and the meat fell off the bone. The beans were homemade and really well done- best I ever had. This place is off the beaten path, but if you find yourself in the town it's some of the best bbq you will ever have. read more

This is the second time I've been here, and this time was like no other! The pulled pork is simply amazing. It is done so well, and it is so juicy. Along with the platter, came two sides in which I had barbecue beans and Broccoli salad. The beans were excellent, the broccoli salad could've used a little bit more salad dressing as it was a little dry, but it was still damn good! If you are in the area, highly recommend stopping here. Brothers BBQ is a must visit when in Campbellsville Kentucky and craving some great local barbecue. The restaurant itself is awesome with a great warm inviting interior and the vibe of the restaurant is kinda rustic chic. This location is great with a fair priced menu and during my visit I purchased the wings which consisted of the ski wings and dry rub wings both styles were moist and smoked to perfection. The wings are a must try for any wing lover like myself and along with the wings I purchased a sandwich known as the Bronco and it was amazing and my side of sweet potato casserole was fantastic as well. My wife purchased the pulled pork and it's just perfect as well and there Mac n cheese is great. Brothers is definitely doing great things and I highly recommend stopping if your in the Campbellsville area. read more

My wife and I stopped by today around 4:15. We have been eating here for several years. My wife ordered the dry rubbed wing and I ordered the brisket platter with seasoned fries and beans. Our meal came out and I started slicing the brisket. I couldn't get through it with my knife. I ate a little piece and one side of each slice had been burned. You could barely chew it. I took the remaing two pieces back to the counter and a young lady took it back to the kitchen. She brought back one piece instead of the two and it was just as bad. She never came back to see if everything was ok. My wife's dry rubbed wings were dry and chewy. We both figured they had been cooked for some time and rewarmed in the deep fryer. The brisket was not worth the money or the wings. We live over an hour away and looked forward to eating here. This will be our last time. No one behind the counter seemed to care. Went on a Tuesday night at 7pm with a party of 3. You order at the counter and seat yourself. They appeared to be understaffed, because I did not see anyone busing tables. No one was working the dining area. Several customers were taking dirty dishes to a bus station. No tables were clean, so I found one that looked like someone had recently used it and I took the dirty dishes to the bus area. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands that the trash was overflowing, bathroom was pretty dirty. But, they were busy and it all happens, so not too concerned. Then, we waited. And waited. And waited. It took 45 minutes for our food. The food was good, but nothing we ordered would need to be "cooked to order", everyone had pulled pork with sides that were probably prepped much earlier. Food was warm, not hot. Seemed like it probably sat in the kitchen for a while waiting for someone to bring it to us. I did eventually see the young lady who took our order out cleaning off some tables. She looked like she was working hard and doing her best. But the kitchen was SLOW, and the food was not so great that you would sit for 45 minutes because it is so worth it. I plan to try them again sometime, but I'll aim to get there before the dinner rush, not at the end of it. It was okay, but I was expecting better based on the reviews I had read. read more

A breath of fresh air in the middle of nowhere KY. Brother's was recommended to us by a local Distillery. Good brisket and a fun atmosphere. The onion rings can be skipped but the rest was delicious. I was in the area for work, and I was wowed by this place! It was recommended by a client, and it did not disappoint. The brisket was a little fatty, but still good. Add the hot sister sauce, and oh man!!! It was soooo good! The side salad was really good with fresh lettuce. My co worker had the pear salad and the broccoli salad. This addition to Campbellsville's restaurant repertoire was much needed and has continued to provide delicious food for everyone.
