I don't typically have a bad experience here, but this keeps happening every so often and it's very upsetting when it does. I get my order and check it, then I notice that Ive gotten these shriveled up tiny pieces of chicken. This isn't the normal if I remember correctly, normally they're way bigger pieces. My Boss and I went here today to get our crew lunch. I had never eaten there so was excited to try it. I don't think any of us .... 8 people got something they would order again. It doesn't look like much, but I like to try new (to me) places. The place is still set up for covid, so theres a walk up window (not used now) that had their entire menu outside. As a newbie, I appreciated that I could look at the menu before going inside and having to gawk while the worker just stands there and waits. Their combo meals are called trays and come with two sides. I got chicken strips, and they were generously sized. The side options include items that are not what I'd consider a side: quesadilla, corn dog along with standard sides: onion rings, fries, cole slaw. I got fries and cheese curds. Trays are $4.99 or $5.99, depending what you get. The portions were good. I'm not a fan of thick fries, which is what they have here, but that's my issue. I do wish they had a couple vegetable options. While I would not get the fries again, I would definitely return to try some of their other options. read more

I don't see what the huge deal is about Cook Out, I mean it was decent. I had a double burger but was only given a single in the drive-thru so I had to go in and get it straightened out. Once I got what I ordered it was good, not great and the patties were very small. My son got a double too and his opinion was about e same as mine. I might go back to a Cook Out but it won't be a priority. read more

Honestly cookout has went downhill lately and it's sad and I completely understand that it's fast food but it shouldn't ever be this out of pocket. Cookout non stop completely messes up my food anymore or it's always so sloppily made, I'm being generous here but McDonald's could do better. Chance after chance anymore and my order is always wrong let's say I won't stop again. Use to love the place now it's like there is no actual effort or genuine people there. Over the speaker someone is always screaming, being rude or at the window and let's not forget getting left to dry when I need a straw or a spoon at the window and god forbid I ask for sauce it's like it's a problem, you get payed to hand me food why not sauce to? Why am I a problem for ordering food when hungry? I was completely nice and you're rude? It's not all on the people we see because would you eat food that makes you sick to look at ? So why would I? This place went down hill quickly and whoever is over it needs to watch what's being put out as-well maybe there wouldn't be as many bad reviews. Let's not forget don't even try calling no one ever answers but as soon as you pull up after your food is messed up they are all so nice and caring it's pathetic, I shouldn't have to come back over somthing that could have been prevented in the first place. read more

Delicious! Have never been here before so I didn't know what to get, but our waitress was very informational and I got the bbq tray with onion rings and chili fries! It was absolutely delicious!!! Will definitely return! We got free milkshakes as well from the waitress! She said they were extras and just gave them to us for free!! Our total meal for two was only 13$ so very worth it!!!! This place has been a blessing since it's been put in Campbellsville Kentucky there's so much good food here for very low prices and the food actually taste like meat quality instead of the rubber substance that some food chains service us and there is very nice people when you come in and take your order and they're very quick with their order so if you're rolling in Campbellsville you should stop here for a bite do you want regret it read more

Great tasting pulled pork and pulled chicken. I wish they would price their sandwiches alone vs a meal. I do not eat fries or coleslaw and I cannot have soda. Thus it's too expensive for me which is disappointing. I don't understand why I have to pay thr meal price for a sandwich! read more

All the food is amazing and cheap, the service is close to chick-fil-a, which is hard to top. The drive through could be a little faster, but overall a great restaurant in a perfect location. read more
