So we went back. :) This time we ordered a buffet of items to share with friends and family. The fries are crinkle cut and seasoned perfectly. The Italian beef is packed with juicy roast beef. The chili cheese dog is perfectly topped. The frank street is the best Chicago style dog I've ever had. The pizza puff is delicious. Do yourself a favor and order everything before they retire!!

Our server was fairly new, but she was so excellent. She was so sweet and checked on us so many times. As we were getting up from our chairs, Whitney came by to say "Hi". She told Meghan that we had been her customers several times & that we had been so nice. She would loves us. That meant alot to us. Whitney had been so sweet and still remembered us. I substituted green beans for the included fries, which I often do when eating out. Typically, I end up with a small bowl of what is akin to baby-food vegetables! Not the case here. The green beans were whole and perfectly cooked with a mild crunch and had a delicious seasoning. Talk about being pleasantly surprised. Folks, this is not your 'typical' bar food! When our server finally arrived, she acted like she didn't want to be there. My wife asked for a recommendation, but the response was vague and unhelpful. Our drink order was wrong. My wife and I ordered waters, and our son ordered a Sprite, but we received two lemonades and one water instead. After taking our order, our server disappeared. She never brought our food, checked on us, asked if we needed refills, or stopped by the table again. The manager walked past our table several times but never seemed interested in checking on our experience. The biggest issue was my son's meal. He ordered chicken sliders with the sauce on the side, but they arrived covered in sauce. Another employee took the meal back to be remade, but it came back wrong a second time. By then, my wife and I had already finished eating, and our son had been waiting nearly an hour without a proper meal. When I spoke with the manager, I asked that my son's meal be removed from the bill. Instead of taking responsibility and apologizing, the manager offered excuses rather than solutions. Mistakes can happen, but it's how they're handled that matters. Unfortunately, the customer service from both our server and the manager was disappointing. The burgers were really good and fries nice and crisp. Seen some pretty nice hot dogs served along with some hot fries. Even though service was mostly extinct, Chrisella made up for it.
