All their foods were plated with ample sauces to ensure consistency, flavor, and nothing was dry or over cooked. 2. They did not skimp on meat. There are several restaurants I have been two that give very small portions on meat. This place gives you a full meal. 3. The cuts of meat served were very good. I didn't experience any unwanted fat, gristle, or otherwise bad cuts. I hate when I get served a meal and only a small portion of it is edible, because the restaurant doesn't care about the quality of their meat.
