Very bad experience at this Taco Bell. I went to pick up an order on Friday, October 24th 2025 around 9:15 PM and had to wait over 30 minutes while the employees kept helping drive-thru customers who arrived after me. When I asked about my order, the employee at the window just told me to wait. Another employee said he didn't speak Spanish, and the blonde woman working next to him rudely told him not to respond to me. I've seen this same blonde employee before and she always has a terrible attitude toward customers. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Management should really do something about how this store treats people. read more

I ordered on app then drive to next town to pick up. So wished we hadden. Each meal was over $10. With hardly no filling. I ate first one and it tasted strange. Started to eat the taco. It was the meat it tasted sour. It didn't taste right. I had to spit it out it was so foul tasting. My husband didn't eat his yet. I told him to call them let them know that the meat was bad. He ask for manager and a female got on phone (on speaker) he explained how bad the meat tasted. HER RESPONCE "I DOUGHT THAT" he said what SHE STATED "I DON'T BELIEVE THAT, SHE STANDING RIGHT BY THE MEAT AND THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH IT" I will be calling corporate. When someone calls to let you know something taste foul you check on it. Don't just call a customer a lier telling them you don't believe it. I went and asked for a minute in the drive thru to see the menu and the guy proceeds 10 seconds later asking for my order when I was clearly not ready and he was rude when I placed it he acted like he couldn't hear me and was talking in a very rude way . Have I really been that preoccupied with the north side of I10 to whereas I really missed this place? I always saw the golden arches, but never really paid attention beyond that. This place is obviously new, but dang...I really need to pay more attention to my environment! This is your normal Taco Bell. Nothing fancy, nothing innovative, nothing different, nothing nothing! All in all, you just like to see the main chains to be available to the smaller cities, especially in close proximity. They added this establishment to a fast food road, so now Brookshire has just one road to drive to get their choices of fattening goods! All in all, you have a lot of youngsters taking your order, so you will have smiles, for now, and plenty of silly giggles while your order is being taken. Just keep in mind that since it is new, and to the back in regards to all the other fast food chains in the area, traffic is minimal for the moment. read more

Drink machine wasn't working & the workers were too busy gossiping to remember to put sauce in my order.

Worst customer service ever!! Rude night staff. Food was cold. Never got asked for sauces. Made me pull out of the drive Thur had to wait 20 minutes for food. When they brought it out to my car. Went through drive through to be told I cannot order what I wanted unless I used the wonderful APP. So my son ordered through app...drove back around and he was not with me so no ability to pick up. I appreciate you wanting to eliminate jobs...by why inconvenience me? How do I know what I can and can not order inside or drive through? . On 7-2-17 at 8:40pm, cashier emptied trash cans in restaurant with gloves on and went behind counter and started serving food with the same gloves on. Pretty sure this is a health code violation? Won't be back Should be on video camera for management!!! read more

Closest taco bell to my work and they constantly forget my coworker or my guacamole and nacho sauce when I ask for it. I get sent there just about every Friday or Monday and they don't care if they leave the guacamole out of the bag... seriously. I paid a $1 for a tiny container of guac and nacho sauce... probably each and they dont deliver. I'm in a rush and have to get back to work. I only have a 30 minute lunch break. I only eat fast food sometimes... and here's one reason. I go through a drive thru and wait when I could've just brought my lunch. I just think it's inconsiderate and sloppy business to leave stuff out of the bag. I ask em if the guac is in the bag and the nacho sauce and they say yes to both but I still drive off with nothing. they're soda fountain wasn't working but they still charged for drinks, as if it was my problem. it's so hot in here and feels like their AC is also out, honestly no wonder why they always have a now hiring sign up. also got the feeling the workers were talking poorly in spanish and had a bad attitude. read more

My favorite Taco Bell location. The employees are quick and friendly, never had any issue. The building is quite new and modern if a bit small. This is the quickest and cleanest Taco Bell in the the Katy area in my opinion. read more
