The food overall was great. The desserts were very tasty…read more However the service was lacking. I went in a few hours before closing and they were out of a few items to complete my order. The cleanliness wasn't where it should be. Their prep area was dirty from past orders. If you don't mind the service and cross contamination it's definitely a 5 star.

Just left there 6:30 on a Saturday and they told the customer in front of us there was one serving of chicken left after standing there for 15 minutes. Three hours before close time and you have one option available for meat. So I left without food and just wasted time. Not the first time this has happened with many many many hours before closing. You cannot say you offer x,y,z if it is consistently not available... was pretty comical when the staff would ask which protein you wanted even though, there was no choice!! I can also make packaged shaved steak by myself! Used to go to Frankie fresh WEEKLY when it was at the old location. Customer service was great, quality was great, cleanliness great. I was convinced to go today by a friend and I probably will not come back any time soon. I could not say the same about this new location.

They have a great covered patio, in addition to another small patio with a pergola. Unfortunately it was raining during our visit, so we opted to sit inside, but the patio along with the nice weather we have been having made us plan our next visit already! When we arrived the bartender told us that they were having a Community Day and had a complimentary lunch buffet, so needless to say I didn't end up ordering a meal from the menu. Really enjoyed the food, pulled pork, watermelon, a salad with a lot of good toppings, salt potatoes, and brownies! Wow! What a neat event! The menu did look good, so i'll update my review when we stop back at the end of June! They have a variety of their own wines and beer for sale, in addition to some hard ciders. However, after the bartender recommended the mango wine slushie I just couldn't go with anything else. It was the perfect refreshing drink to enjoy. I am already looking forward to my next visit and encourage everyone to stop out for some good food and drinks!

My husband ordered chicken tenders and I had a blooming onion type thing. The beer cheese served with the blooming onion just threw me off. Definitely needed a spicy ranch. Cute location and right on the canal. Parking can be difficult. We somehow got the last spot in the municipal lot out back.

Another wanted Medium and got Medium Rare. Someone else wanted mac salad and got mac&cheese. Someone got a burger and it was blackened! I ordered medium buffalo wings and the sauce didn't taste right at all. Same for the blue cheese/ranch/i don't even know because taste was so off! Plus wings were also overdone. 1hr wait time and I get they were busy - we were chatting during this time as well. Noise volume was ok and not really has changed throughout the years but definitely might need a new chef. Also saw the kitchen violations - should've checked the seating too. One of us almost got hurt due to a broken chair. Someone else had a wobbly chair as well.

We ordered our wings Garlic Romano and they brought up Sriracha Asiago garlic wings........HOT! The waitress was apologizing and ordered the right wings. The wings were the best I had. I was a bit disappointed in the rest as the onion petals were burnt and in the bottom of the basket was well done deep fried crumbles. The service was very slow and the waitress forgot 2 of our orders that we placed so it took a long time and we couldn't eat together. I ordered a burger medium and it was well done. I asked for mustard and ketchup and I ate half of my burger before she brought it and had to remind her again. They definitely need more servers as you can see she was the only one serving many tables and hard to keep up.
