a view of a taco bell sign from inside a car

Took for ever to get our food. They couldn't figure out how to work the drink machine. Then asked several times after giving us our drinks if we had received our food. The language and things I heard coming through the drive thru window would make a sailor blush. The only saving grace was they got the order right.

I've never been so upset with Taco Bell until the other day. They were so slow even when it was just me and one other car in the drive thru. The customer service wasn't there. I always get the same thing which is a Crunchwrap and I typically don't have problems but it looked horrible and half of it was spilling out before I bit into it and part of it didn't even have meat it was just lettuce, tomato, and the tortillas. I was extremely disappointed.

Manager on duty, would not recommend location if this employee is on duty.

Went in for dine in service and ordered our food at the kiosk. We went to get our drinks and the machine was out of ice. Asked to see if there was ice for the drive thru. Mason was rude to the friend I was taking to out to eat. After over 40 minutes, I heard my name called. Went to the counter and Mason asked what I was up there for. I told him I heard my name called. Another employee had just asked me to confirm my order as he had just arrived to work. My friend came up to help with bringing stuff to the table and get condiments. Mason asked him why he was there and what we were waiting on. We said that I had just heard one of the female employees say my name and thought our order was ready. Mason got very loud and rude with us. Another customer that had come through the drive thru had come in and told them she had been waiting over an hour after she had been asked to pull forward. Mason continued to be rude. When asking to speak with MOD, he said it was him. I asked for his name and he got more hostile and advised I didn't need to know. One of the other employees advised me of his name. When my food was brought to the counter by a very polite older woman, I asked if he was really the MOD. She advised there was two currently on duty. She was able to get Brandy for me and I asked Brandy if I could speak with her when she had a free moment. I had time to wait as we were dining in. At this time, Mason advised everyone to stop working on my order, not knowing it was already given to me and work on the other orders for the drive thru. Both the two women, including Brandy, and the other male employee were kind and attentive in attempting to assist their customers and make things right. Mason was rude to all customers coming to both the drive thru and the counter. The employees appeared under a lot of stress and Mason was not only being rude to the customers, but we heard the way he spoke to the employees and it was even worse then he was speaking to the customers. I don't often dine here and this was actually my first dine in experience at this location. This is definitely not a location I would recommend if Mason is at work. Knowing places are short staffed and employees have bad days, I would still not order if he is on duty. The entire time the other employees were working to assist customers and make things right, Mason did nothing but berate both customers and employees.

Place shouldn't be in business, they can't keep a simple order and just give you anything they have ready.

I asked for a number 5 (nacho bell grande) with a soft taco and they gave me a number 9 with a hard shell. Go to the other Taco Bell.

Except at breakfast, I don't think I've ever received my complete order. It's always the main items that are missing, too.

This was our first meal from there and it was delicious. I got 3 different tacos and they were all delicious. My mom got a burrito and loved it. When I started eating there regularly, I quickly discovered most of the protein options are bad risks. Carne Asada: good once, next time all gristle/inedible. Carnitas, Pulled Beef, Ground Beef, Choriso: again, good once or twice, but at some point served in tablespoons of grease - more grease than queso. Shrimp: basically tiny rubber balls. Chicken (and Al Pastor, usually) are the only consistent options I've tried. 2. The chips are sometimes cooked in rancid oil and soaked to translucence in it, resulting in an acrid, almost metallic taste that ruins everything else. 3. Tonight was the last straw. The queso was spoiled. It smelled like expired milk and tasted sour. I hope I don't get sick. The lack of quality control is a dealbreaker. I gave this place way too many chances. It's not even cheap anymore.

I looked at the menu and said this was a no-brainer to try. Unfortunately, my first attempt was on a Monday and they were closed. Why is Monday a popular day for restaurants to close? Anyway, I made it on a Friday for lunch. There were so many tacos I wanted to try! The best deal is the combo which has 2 tacos, a side, and a drink for $11.50. I asked the waitress if I could have salsa as my side and after checking with the manager, it was a yes! Because I really didn't want to pay $3.50 for salsa and it wasn't never ending! But the salsa was homemade and terrific. I really don't understand how places get away with charging salsa and chips when you find them for free. Anyway, I went with the Carolina and since I was in Kentucky, I had to go with the Commonwealth. These were among the best tacos I've ever had! The Carolina comes with pork, slaw, and BBQ sauce. The Commonwealth had more moving parts with fried chicken in a brown sugar/bourbon glaze, pico de gallo, fried poblano peppers, and ancho aioli. I considered giving this review a 5 based on the tacos alone but I couldn't do it. The unrefillable salsa was one problem. But the bigger problem was finding the second most unsweet sweet tea in Bowling Green after my fiasco at Smokey Bones. This is strike two Bowling Green! I asked my waitress if they had sweeter tea and she said she could give me sugar. Stop letting these Yankees make sweet tea, Bowling Green! They don't know how! I will be back for more tacos but I'm bringing my own damn sweet tea.

Standard menu for a Mexican establishment with the usual suspects of Burritos, Tacos, Nachos and of course Birria! They also serve the lunch menu all week long so there's a breakfast burrito that my daughter got that looked great. They weren't very busy and didn't have a lot of staff working when we arrived on a Sunday around 12. The server was very quick to get to our table and give us drinks, tortilla chips and salsa while we looked at the menus. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with artwork and flags and you wouldn't think it was so nice from the outside but it is. Our food came out very fast and looked amazing. I ordered the Birria Quesadilla and it was amazing. Tender meat and very cheesy! The consommé is an extra charge so we got a cup to share. My wife had a Chicken dish with queso and rice that was also delicious. My son ordered a huge burrito that looked great but he did mention it not being the hottest. Overall good experience and we will visit again when we're in the area. They do charge gratuity automatically for parties of 6 or more so take that info as you'd like.

Good location, ample parking and surprisingly spacious dining room with plenty of tables. I'm surprised this place wasn't busier. I ordered the taco trio and chose the Baja taco with dealers choice on fish or shrimp, Al pastor taco and the carne asada taco with a cucumber lemonade to drink since they have Aguas frescas on tap. They served my drink right away and it was refreshing made with lemon instead of a traditional pepino that is made with limes. More like a lemonade with some cucumbers. The tacos came out fairly quick and looked amazing. They added a side of corn almost like elotes and some sauces and a couple slices of a radish one lime. The tacos were delicious I liked the freshness of the tortillas and heated with a bit of oil to make them soft but not fall apart soft on my carne asada taco and al pastor. They both had great flavor and the sauce were decent. The green one was like a tomatillo but not spicy and the red one was a little bit spicy. The Baja fish taco was really good made with a flour tortilla still crisp and held together well and the sauce was plentiful that I didn't even need to add anything. The fish was well seasoned and the slaw gave it a perfect texture. I don't eat corn that often but still tasted it and was great, seasoned with some spice and warm and cozy feels. I also picked a chocoflan and it was the perfect treat to end the meal. Beautifully moist dessert the only thing I prefer it a bit more Carmel sauce. The staff cleared up our table and were so nice. We came when they had trivia night and when in Rome you play trivia and it was actually fun but we didn't stay for the whole game. They also have a table that has cutlery, to go boxes, napkins and cups and ice water dispenser and some sauces. A place if I'm ever in the area again I will be stopping at again.
