While Taco Bell will always be Taco Bell, this specific location exceeded our expectations. The interior was so clean (bathrooms included) and our order came out LITERALLY 3 minutes after ordering. All the food was delicious and prepared accurately, and the employees were super nice. I was genuinely impressed with this location, whatever management is doing is working great. read more

Absolutely disgusting. Never liked Taco Bell as a brand. And I am a huge fan of a good taco and can spot a decent bell when I hear one ringing... Stopped here to please my spouse we all had food poisoning and had to throw away $40 worth of " food". All food tasted weird and smelled odd and I do not have the most sensitive nose in the family . Far from it. If you have to acquire fart inducing food, just go at least to Pocatello , their Taco Bell is nothing special, but is somewhat consistent. This one I am not even sure how to describe. Time is precious, you should not have to spend in the bathroom longer than necessary. Last , but not least forty bucks is forty bucks, if I went to Wendy's across the road could have had somewhat consistent cheap burger in the box and eatable fries. Lesson learned. Never again. I also thought it was suspicious that their drive-through was entirely empty on a Friday night. Worst of the worst. read more

We put in our order ahead of time through the app and it was basically handed to us as we walked in. The service was much better than previous reviews give them credit for and they even left their sauces out which was a nice change up from other locations that want me to eat my box with three small sauce packets. Food that I ordered with nacho cheese didn't even have any where near a 1/2 pump of nacho cheese. The fried red chips were stale. We were charged for extra sour cream on some of our items even though I said no thank you. Then the sour cream wasn't even in the products they charged us for. Also the Dorito loco taco we got was placed under all the other items so it was completely broken. The guy handing out the orders was extremely rude when I wanted to check to see if I got my items. Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Every single time we go, they never fail to mess something up. -Order is always wrong -Food is forgotten -Food is made wrong -Food is older and not fresh -Rude employees -Been turned away 10 minutes before breakfast stops being served, when trying to order breakfast, couple of times. Not to mention most times we are asked "what sauce?" We say "MILD" & we get hot or fire sauce instead. Like that is just PURE laziness. We are hard core Taco Bell fans, but this location awful! We have made complaints, and we have been told they are aware of the issues... Just came back to update my review & mention that I will NEVER go back to this location. Not sure why you wouldn't even try to create better service, seeing how all the reviews but 1 are 1 star... RARELY do we ever get what we order; but oddly enough, we went there again tonight, and as we were in the drive thru, there was a car ahead of us who was already trying to order, they came out and told us they were renovating and couldn't take any more orders and turned the two of us away. There wasn't anyone previously before the person ahead of us, or behind us, so I'm not sure why they would wait until someone was there to close it down, rather than putting up a sign beforehand. Or even a sign to give advance notice would've been more reasonable. I guess McDonald's gets the service that Taco Bell is missing out on this late. read more

Seriously the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Ordered in the drive through and confirmed in the screen. Received our order and it was totally wrong. Drive around the front and went in-- the person at the front demanded to see our receipt to "prove we paid for it" before remaking our food. After we received our replacement order, we headed back out on the road. Food was lukewarm (despite being made literally 10 seconds ago) and messily made. Looked gross and smelled worse. I'm almost positive the kid taking my order was high.. He asked what I ordered at least 3 times. Finally, repeated it back to me correct only to ask what I ordered again another 2 times at the window. Let me remind you that there was only one other car in the drive thru. I ordered a bean burrito and a nacho. Got my food and there was just a taco in the bag.. Sent it back and got the nacho and what seemed to be a bean burrito.. Drove home and the "burrito" was a tortilla filled with rice, lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole.. She interrupted us in the middle of our Order -that was taken by another employee- to tell us "you don't have to yell. We can hear you just fine". Thanks for that. Awesome service. I'm lactose intolerant and ordered a burrito with no cheese. As they handed me the food, they realized they had added cheese and remade it for me, letting us keep the wrongly made burrito. I'm so glad they caught that and made my husband way happy that he got to eat a free burrito. Thanks!!! read more
