Taco Bell has fallen off. I had Taco Bell last night, and my food was horrible. I ordered 3 Crunchy taco supremes and a nacho bellgrande with no beans. My taco Supreme was lacking the supreme. My tacos were sticking to the paper, and the bottom of the taco ripped open. The sour cream tasted funny, with like a tangy taste. My tacos were all soggy, but the meat was still warm. Have you ever had food poisoning so bad it feels like you're going to shit yourself while you're already on the toilet? I have. This place gave me food poisoning a couple weeks ago. I know for sure it was you because the only other food I had was out of my own kitchen. I had horrible cramps and was running to the bathroom to shit every 10 minutes like I had the stomach flu again, it was horrible. They just don't have enough workers. I've often ordered online for lobby pickup and when I get there, the lobby is closed and there's a very long drive thru line with three workers trying to keep up. The workers are doing their best, it must be corporate or something driving this Taco Bell into the ground. Went here around 11pm. Walked into the store and they told me I had to use the drive through. I think they forgot to lock the door. They more than made up for it because they really helped me order a chicken burrito that was dairy free. They even warned me the guacamole might have dairy in it. I swear on everything I own when I say that this Taco Bell has near perfect customer service and it's like that one hundred percent of the time. And the food is consistently hot and fresh. I drive from work which is 1 mile down the road at lunch when the drive thru line is extremely long. From the time I get in my car at work to getting in line at the restaurant to getting back to my parking space at work with my food, it takes than ten minutes at noon! That is lightening efficient.
