I placed an order with Taco Bell here in Berea, KY last night to be delivered by Doordash. When the delivery lady arrived at Taco Bell, the lunatic of a manager accused the Doordash lady of sneaking behind the counter and went off on the delivery lady! The insane manager refused to let the Doordash lady have my order and caused a big scene! The Doordash manager had to cancel my order because the manager refused to let the delivery lady have my order! I was furious! Not with Doordash but with the manager! I was so shocked by the way the manager acted towards the delivery lady! A call to the district manager was another bad experience! He was very condescending and acted so unprofessional! His name was, Shane Bancroft and when he was asked for the name of his boss, he refused to tell us his bosses name! I have copies of the text messages I had with Shane Bancroft. He was also very threatening! I will never ever do business with ANY Taco Bell after this terrible experience!! read more

I always get the supreme taco with everything on it and mild sauce on top. It's a perfect snack for after school or activity's! The service is not always great and the ambiance can be a little dirty. I normally go through the drive through to avoid waiting in a dirty restaurant! read more

Conveniently located at the Chestnut Street exit near Walmart, this Taco Bell features ample parking and late night hours. I stopped in with a neighbor for a late lunch. The interior space to the counter a bit cramped, although the in-house seating makes up for it. We ordered a supreme taco combos with a frozen lemonade each. The orders were prepared promptly, cooked to proper temperature. The frozen lemonade was fine too. To be honest, "spiking" them with cactus juice really didn't do much for the taste. On the plus side, taking about a third of a large home and adding a shot of well bourbon... Oh my stars. Great location, craving solved, and friendly staff. Taco Bell makes a good cheat day lunch. read more

Every time we go to this taco bell they mess up our food. No 'i'm sorry' or any thing. We always say nicely that it's cold or it's old meat there're using (giving them a chance to fix it) and every time it's messed up. This is the worst taco bell i've ever been to. Being someone who used to work at taco bell, it's a disgrace and an embarrassment. We paid 30$ for shit food and there's nothing they're going to do about it because they simply don't care about the food they are serving to customers. read more

Line was wrapped all the way around the building just to get to the monitor and them tell us they are sold out of almost everything. (Which didn't bother us cause they was so busy) but then as we proceeded to pull up to the window the most god awful smell (smelled like puke that had been in the sun all day) was coming out of the window. I signed up for Yelp specifically to be honest about this poor excuse for a store. Every time we go here, we never get what we order. I don't care if it's just a taco! It will be wrong or inedible. Our first visit, my husband ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme. He received a Crunchwrap, but there was literally nothing inside it but soggy lettuce. No cheese, no meat, no anything but lettuce. I figured it was an off day, so that was that. A few days ago, I got the potato burrito and there was exactly three pieces of potato that were hard as a rock and wrinkled like they had been laying out for a year with some shredded cheese inside. Nothing else. It was so underfilled that the tortilla shell was floppy. Inedible. Again, I let it go because it was an night order and the lobby looked busy. Today, we tried again and got three tacos. One Doritos Locos, two supreme. The supremes had a tiny smidge of meat and cheese in the bottom only and was soppy and wet on the bottom. No lettuce, no sour cream, no tomato. The Doritos Locos was the same. I took a crappy photo of the Doritos taco to show what I mean. We have since learned to skip this one entirely. Once you pull in you can't leave the line we waited 40 minutes last Saturday night in the drive thru while an employee stood in the parking lot talking to a friend while the only two employees handled making food, covering the front counter and the drive thru. filled out the survey and never heard from anyone. what a scam. As a local, I can't say that I ever want to order food from this location again. My last three orders have all been missing items, and the items that are given are terribly prepared. Also, I have consistently had to wait in the drive-thru for over ten minutes just to order, with another five to ten to leave with food. At least the workers were kind. read more

I have had several bad experiences as far as friendliness and customer service. The food ranged from okay to excellent depending. However, I would rather go somewhere else where the staff were friendly and at least smiled. Even the managers were unfriendly!
