I ordered my food via Door Dash and was very disappointed on how my order was handled. Let's be clear, my Dasher handled my food with care. However, Taco Bell did not satisfy. It's looking really sad for Taco Bell. Soon they'll replace humans with robots. You can't pay and order at the front counter register. You have to go to the mobile kiosk or the drive-through. Human interaction is almost nonexistent. When you complain to the employees, they look like mindless drones with no opinion one way or the other. I drive for DoorDash and today I had an order to deliver I went up to the window and the lady told me I had to call the customer and tell them that they couldn't make it because their fryers were off.....i work in restaurants, when you partner with DoorDash the restaurant receives a tablet that confirms orders on their end and that the crew can update customers if items are out of stock/issues/etc. I asked the girl if she could do that on her end because it doesn't give me that option as the driver and she very rudely sneered that they don't have a tablet, when I asked to make sure she said it simply didn't exist, huffed and straight walked away. There are so many bad reviews for this Taco Bell, but I don't know why. Did the drive thru, didn't know what I wanted to order (per usual), but I did one of the meals (the one with the chalupa). I love Taco Bell nachos because of the fake cheese, but I didn't know which one I wanted - the person that took my order was super friendly and helpful and explained what the differences were. I ended up doing the $1 one because it's just a small version of one of them. I've seen some of the pictures of peoples orders and as you can see from mine, they put a decent amount of stuff in there. Maybe they have better management now? But the employees were nice.
