Wow. I know things are getting more expensive but are these guys putting less in a Crunchwrap. We had to pay a $1.79 more for chicken on it and this thing is as flat as a frisbee. People work very hard for their money and the people here act like it doesn't matter. My 1.79 burrito had more food in it than this Crunchwrap this really is robbery. Having been to this Taco Bell for breakfast countless times and the occasional lunch, they are always excellent! Consistency and quality execution. That definitely deserves 5 stars alone! But, their night crew always serves mediocre food and never provide the amount of sauce packets I request as per my order on the app (unlike the morning crew that does). Facelift. Remodel. New looking. That's basically the good things about this place. It looks fancy. It looks nice. But that's the outside covering up the mess that everything else is about this place. I've been here a couple of times. Not by choice mostly but because this is all that is open or whatever. Inside looks nice too, but the tables aren't cleaned. The bathrooms are nasty with toilet paper all around the floor and toilets aren't flushed. I mostly hit the drive thru. It's almost always busy in this spot. There's always a line just to get one freakin' taco. I don't know if it's the munches or something. So going to the ordering telecom window thingy I catch the menu that holds the usually low-end food; tacos, etc. I order my usual steak quesadilla, and I also ordered the Cinnabon delight. Steak quesadilla: tortilla was hard, cheese wasn't melted enough, the steak wasn't cooked all the way, the meal in entirety didn't have any flavor and wasn't hot, it was more room temperature Cinnabon delights: warm, but hardly sweet. Fast food isn't high end, I get that. But I expect to at least have some flavor and feel a bit full after eating it. What a waste! read more

Never thought I'd be reviewing a Taco Bell... but.. We headed to this Taco Bell drive thru 30 mins before they closed on the day before New Years Eve - not expecting much at all. I mean, it's a Taco Bell. To my surprise, we recieved amazing customer service at 12:30 at night! The guy at the window informed us that they were out of the Naked Chalupa shells - so I just told him to give us a regular one in the $5 box. He complied and as we were paying he told us that they threw in another one on the house for not having the Naked Chalupa. Like seriously? That definitely deserves a rave review. Hung out with my Dad cuz I was in the "Burg" yesterday and had lunch at Taco Hell cuz I didn't want Pho cuz I been eating Pho like almost everyday cuz of my cuz. That sure is a lot of cuz's huh? (bay-troom eckwalls bathroom) And he told me to order for the both of us. I was like...what do you want? he was like..."oh what eye bear." When he returned I gave him the change. It came down to 9 bucks and he was like..."wow. this is a lot of change." I was like ya...it was only 10 dollars and 50 cents. I provided a 37 cent tip if thats okay." My dad was confused cuz he didnt understand such a weird amount. So our food came in. I ordered from the 89 cent menu. Got 3 chicken soft tacos, 3 hella hoard beef tacos, one triple layer nachos, and two med-jum drinks. (if you dont knewed what the term "hoard" is, it eckwalls Hard.) So my father was astonished of how much food we had. He was like..."you get all this for only 10 bucks? my gaught. ill try this again next time, men!" Came for breakfast and it literally took them 10 minutes just to even acknowledge us at the register. Then when someone finally sees us they told us to use the kiosk and went directly into the back. Here's the thing, I totally wouldn't mind that if they had been busy but there was no one there and one person in the drive thru. I live a few blocks from this impresive establishment. I say impresive in that i was impressed that the window casheer could talk on his phone with his girlsfriend (or boyfriend i wont judge) while providing customer service and operating the order headset. Apparently this tacobell takes a pre-emptive approach to healtht eating, as the Chickstar wrap i ordered didnt have any chicken in it. I think one of the employees is a bit rebellious though, one of the four slices of steak casadilla i had actually had steak in it. To round off this stimulating expirience one of the cooks leaned through the drive through window and asked me for cash, after i had already paid. At that point the ever multi-talented cashier returned, still talking on his cellphone and gave me a strange look as i slowly drove away, which was wierd. The gal in the drive-through gave me a large instead of a medium freeze for Happy Hour because I had been waiting about 5 minutes. The wait wasn't even something I minded because I figured it would be about that long being about 3 cars behind the window.
