Great customer service! Food came out fast and the establishment was very clean. I would definitely eat here again.

I think I have only left one other review before in my life, but I can't pass this one up. I have a…read moreVERY peculiar experience. Get a load of this... So I went there with my family of 5 because they wanted to go, my gpa's treat, but I wasn't hungry. Basically I was there to just drink some water and order something to go for later. My gpa is hard of hearing. Me, I am deaf in one ear. I'm very much a please and thank you, look you in your eyes for confirmation, non-confrontational type of person. So there's absolutely nothing I would've done to deserve this kind of experience here, ever. Please note that the waitress took our orders standing on my deaf side. Well, in the middle of my order she interrupted me, apparently asking if it was all on one check, but I didn't hear. There was an awkward silence and my family was staring blankly at each other. I assumed she was done with my order and was waiting for my husband next, but he had a mouthful of chips. So I look at him and then I look back at her, and she's still looking at me as if frustrated. Her whole demeanor from the get go was bleeding frustration/impatience. Then she passive aggressively asked if it was all on one check. Again, no one else answered. I was already confused by this whole interaction, but for some reason she was very persistent on ME specifically answering the question. So I shrugged my shoulders and politely said it wasn't my decision while looking at my gpa to see if he heard her, since he planned to treat everyone, but he looked confused. My husband answered instead saying it was all on one check. My gpa did pay, I later found out that he understood the whole exchange just as little as I did. He was just stunned about her manners. So everyone else's food comes, and for whatever reason the waitress thought it was appropriate to pass everyone's plates to only me, mere inches from my face. She just held their plates to my face until I grabbed them and passed them out one by one. She even made contact with my cheek with a basket of chips. I'll add that there was ample space to walk around our table. After she left, I couldn't help but lightheartedly ask my family "is it just me? Which one of you set her off?" When my family was finished with their food, mine gets brought out by some other guy, and it's not in a to go box like I asked. The waitress is nowhere to be found, and the guy hurries off laughing with coworkers before I could catch him. I'm like, no big deal, I'll ask for a box when we leave. We sat there for quite awhile waiting for someone, anyone, to come back. ANOTHER guy comes back to check on things, and that's when I mentioned that mine was supposed to be to go. He immediately got defensive and said he wasn't told that, and I said it's okay, I'd just like a box please (looking for a reason to make me argue maybe?) The waitress comes back, aggressively rips the check out of the book, hands it to me and says "HERE". Then walks away. She picked the right one, cause had it have been anyone else, they probably would've been ready to fight over the audacity. I felt assaulted, like ganged up on or something. It made no sense. My family has regularly eaten here for 20 years, but this one experience was so out of pocket and shocking enough for all of us to decide to never eat there again. The waitress is, I believe one of the only women there, so beware of the women I guess, especially if she looks at you like she smells something bad all the time.

I asked about salsa or hot sauce and the server pointed a tasty looking Mango Habenero house salsa...for 12.95!! Are you kidding me! So we ate the tacos dry. The brisket taco was def needing something, but all they had at the counter was packets of chalula... When we finished up, I notice another customer ask for green salsa, and surprise, all of a sudden this taco shop was closer to a normal taco shop. One that provides salsa for their tacos, no charge. The place shares the back patio of Big Pillow Brewery and they have tons of seating and a music stage! We will be back, but this time I know you have salsa back there! That isn't 12.95!!

It's my understanding that it was a food truck, prior to the Hurricane Helene. Now you can go round to the left side of the brewery and order food at the window. Go back inside and order beer or wine, if you like, and then your food is brought to you. Well, our food was brought to us. There were not many people at the time and it began to rain as we ordered. We were told to go ahead and go back inside the brewery and they brought our nachos to us when they were ready. $14 for this ginormous, DELICIOUS tray of nachos. We spilt it and still couldn't finish it all. I can't tell you the last time we had dinner out together and it cost us less than $20, before tip. Seating is also available outside. This is a really sweet little spot that seems to bring in the dinner traffic. Several nights we passed by and it looked like quite a party was going down.
