I'm in a band and we eat a lot of Taco Bell. Whenever we stop at one, we have VERY big orders and it never fails to send the restaurant and staff into a full fledge deep freeze, resulting in a 30 minute wait for food and never getting our correct orders. However, this wasn't the case with this particular Taco Bell. We pull a very large trailer, and we're worried we couldn't fit through the drive-thur, so we knocked on the door to see if we could eat inside after hours. We weren't able to, but the employee actually offered to help us drop our trailer! So nice! We decided to go for it and hit the drive thru. Not only did they NAIL our order perfectly (a first) but it was out in a matter of minutes. We were very impressed and pleased with this little slice of fast food bliss. read more

Great customer service! Food came out fast and the establishment was very clean. I would definitely eat here again.

We asked for 3 plain hard shell tacos , 3 soft shell tacos and one taco litterally had a teaspoon of meat on it and the other one had something white on it unsure on what it was read more

Taco Bell - Soft Taco with white stuff on it - Fast Food Near Me - Barbourville, Kentucky

Tacos are usually falling through the hard Shell and they have A Little bit to much Grease in them but other than that Its great

This restaurant is consistently slow but today I went in to pick up a Doordash order. I stood in the lobby with a couple in front of me, a family behind me for about 25 minutes and none of the employees would acknowledge any of us, take our orders etc. The entire staff was focused on the drive through. Order after order was handed out the drive through window but we were ignored. First the family behind me gave up and left, then the couple in front of me left without ever speaking to an employee though one lady walked between us to carry food out to someone in a car, carefully avoiding eye contact with the customers in the lobby. After trying unsuccessfully to get someone's attention to see how long the order was going to be I left the lobby and went through the drive through. They told me that I would have to come in, I told them that I had waited for 30 minutes in the lobby but they were only serving the drive thru, they can just hand me the order. They finally completed the order but refused to give it to me. I finally unassigned and left. The staff was rude, and indifferent to their customers in the lobby. I admit that by the time I was in the drive through I was not pleasant but the young man who seemed to be the manager had no business running anything more complicated than a row boat. He was rude, didn't care how long I had waited and didn't care to make me wait longer, I only got his attention when I was part of his drive thru time. read more

Very poor service! Order is never correct and the lack of work care is very much seen in the presentation of the food! A good manger would be a great investment for this place. read more

Absolutely worst place in barbourville. Hopefully a manager or someone sees this. Your employees are running this place in the ground!! They do not care about the customers at all! I stood in this store for 30 mins waiting to pick up an order, that they claim they didn't get, even though they confirmed it. The employees MORE THAN ONCE walked right passed me and outside to smoke.. all of them!!! Just left me standing there. Then refused to remake my order or help me in any way possible, other than telling me to just cancel it as they walked out the door to smoke again. Another customer in the store wanted assistance and couldn't get it either. No one would take her order. They just stood around eating in the back and talking on their phones. So she had to use the kiosk. Then they were very rude that they had to do something. The lobby had SEVERAL dirty tables and the drink station was FILTHY. All while they smoke their shift away. Absolutely unacceptable. This place is disgusting, employees rude people, and just flat out has piss poor customer service. read more

Yuck if I'm ever on the road again I'll be sure NOT to stop @ this Taco Bell. The food service worker who assisted me was really nice. However, they were SOOOO SLOW OMG! They took forever. This is a small location and it didn't seem all that busy for them to be that slow. I would hate to see how slow they are with more people. Also, my gordita shell must have been old or something because as soon as I started eating it, it tore in half. The WORST! At least my cinnamon twists were good, geesh! read more

This Taco Bell has it's off days. Seems like they're always out of something or one of their machines are broken or something. It's honestly one of the worst Taco Bell's I've eaten at. It somewhat ruins the experience, however this could be employee error as, like I said, it has it's on and off days. The inside is always nice and clean however and a plus is it's the 2nd latest place to stay open in the small town of Barbourville. They're open until 3 AM. read more

During a few hundred miles trip, we stopped at this location to get some food to tide us over until we got to our destination. The driver of the car ordered for me and stressed A BEAN BURRITO WITH LETTUCE, TOMATO, ONION, DOUBLE GUACAMOLE AND NO DAIRY (CHEESE OR SOUR CREAM). We took our food 10 miles south to a rest stop and when I was given my order, I found it was a squashed up bean burrito with nothing on it but hot sauce. That's one Taco Bell that will never get any more of my business. read more
