Why everyone is so obsessed with this place is beyond me. They microwave their food! I ate here once and was literally sick for a week.

Not the same or as good as the Taco Casas in Texas. Food was ok, but we had high expectations thinking it would be like Texas.

This is a below average Taco Bell. They did a great job remodeling but they seem to be cheap with…read moreeverything! One time I asked for cheese in a small cup for my nachos because they barely put any on there. Literally like 4 drops. The funny part is, the lady goes back to talk to ask the manager and then he comes out to tell me "next time it's 35 cents". I just said okay and walked away with my half filled cup of cheese. Another day, I ordered a mexican pizza. They probably put 4 pieces of beans on there. Like it was just two of those nacho circle things with no beans at all (not joking). I went and told the cashier and she looked at it and said sorry about that. And then asked if I'd like beans in a cup instead??? I said no, can you make another one? And then she went back to talk to the supervisor and she got the okay and I got another pizza. Yes they made me another pizza, but what if I was in the drive-thru and already home? This taco bell is okay. Could be better. Or maybe I just have a bad streak here.

We ordered at the drive up in a downpour ( two supreme tacos and a Mexican pizza) and pulled up to…read morereceive our order. We didn't want to go in because of the rain and was going to eat in the parking lot. When we opened the bag, there were no napkins and no fork to eat the pizza with. The supreme tacos didn't have sour cream also. By the time we got home to get a fork, the pizza was soggy and cold. Very poor customer service. I would give a zero stars if I could.

Well the New Jersey crew came back for our annual mission trip and our annual visit to El Mariachi…read morefor our one dinner our during mission week. One of our team on the drive after dinner said "I so wish I lived closer because dinner was so good!" And, it was SO GOOD beginning with the warm greeting at the door and the excellent attentive service!! Every server was smiling and after dinner I even had a conversation with our waiter while he was prepping silverware because we enjoyed his service so much (He had actually lived in New Jersey back in the day ). We learned our lesson from last year and three of us ordered their chicken soup which just as perfectly delicious as our memories reminded us. It just might be one of the best chicken soups I have sampled anywhere! I ordered tamals with my soup and they were oh so good!! Even our team member who told us she doesn't like Mexican food left happy! In the background is Mexican music ... such a wonderful place to enjoy dinner if only it wasn't 650 miles from home. Well we will be back next year!

I Was traveling with a group of people who decided that they would like to eat some Mexican food. We entered their establishment with smiles abound, excited to eat some carne asada and salsa. They accommodated us quickly, and gave everyone on our table chips and salsa. The menu is very large. They have a plethora of items to choose from, and if you don't know what to order; don't even bother asking the server. My server was abysmal, half the staff gave us weird looks, and the other half was normal. Everything went smoothly until our server came by to take our orders. He was absolutely horrible. I kindly asked him for some recommendations, and he curtly responded with "I don't know". I was taken aback, so I tried again. This time I asked him "what's good?" He rolled his eyes and said "everything". Had I not been sitting with a large group, I would have up and left. Everyone in Kentucky has been very accommodating during my travels and this guy was just the absolute worst. He even cursed under his breath when I told him I would need more time to look over the menu. Food was mediocre, and the service just ruined my entire evening. Final detail to note, we were a large group of asians.
