This Taco Bell is on the depressed East side of town yet it has prices that are almost twice as much as nicer stores in Mo Valley and Calimesa. Most expensive Taco Bell I have ever been to. We drive to Calimesa and Mo Valley and save about $20 each trip compared to this Banning Taco Bell. If you do go here, watch your back at night, as lots of ghouls prowling around preying upon customers here. read more

Paid for my order in the drive thru and was told to pull forward. There was no one behind me so I told Jose(Derrick) that I would wait right there since no one except for me wa waiting. Jose (Derrick) says he hates entitled people. I asked him what his name was and he said Jose. However the receipt said his name was Derrick. I asked him if I could talk to the manager and he said he was the manager. He said he was the manager. Very disappointed. My husband finally just went inside and asked for our money back. It is a shame that with how much a customer is paying for meals at a fast food restaurant you would get some decent service. I can't remember the last time I had Taco Bell but I don't remember it being so nasty. The burrito I ordered was just full of sour cream some other sauces and cheese and it was suppose to be a grilled stuff burrito with chicken. I'm pretty sure I had like two bites with chicken in it. Sad. And it was the bottom of the burrito. Smh come on. I paid 7 bucks and the only thing that taste decent was the cinnamon twist. Smh. Two stars and ONLY because the dude at the register greeted me with a huge smile and great attitude. After that it's all downhill!! The dining area is dirty, tables have food stuck on them and former customers trash and the floors are dirty.. They hollered my name as if I was outside, "DEB, DEB!" the place isn't even crowded. The chips are cold and the amount of nacho cheese was enough for 6 chips. I think my tacos are supposed have at least a smidge of ground beef. The ice tea is weak and yet as I sit here and hear this young man greet every customer with such enthusiasm, I will give them another try. I ordered through the Taco Bell free grub hub delivery system and I'll never do that again. First I got the notification that my food would arrive between 35-45 minutes then I get a call from the grub hub driver saying they don't have cinnamon twists so I got on the phone with an worker who informed me I "have to order something else " which I think is ridiculous. I don't want just anything off the dollar menu. I wanted cinnamon twists. So I picked something I didn't want because they can't do a refund since it was through the grub hub app and I had to choose something. Then I get another update saying my food would take an additional 35-45 minutes to arrive. I tried to cancel but I couldn't find anywhere on the grub hub app to cancel an order. My food finally made it 70 minutes after ordering, and the food was cold. The restaurant is only a 7 minute drive from my house by the way. I'll never order from them again! read more

After going to this tacobell location twice and being disappointed both times it was time to leave a review. The first time we went the tortillas were hard and in edible on every item we ordered. Today we decided to give it another chance. The cashier was not knowledgeable about the menu and the speaker system was not clear. Our sodas had no ice in them them. they made us wait for over 20 min for a small order. Employees need to be better trained. Asking for id and a signature for every car slows down your drive thru line the only time you need to get a signature for a order is just for a purchase of 25$ and over. read more

The service at this location is unbelievably bad. I was happy that we were getting another Taco Bell in Banning since it had been years since we had one here. I stopped in after work one day, and was ignored for several minutes. Finally, the person working the drive thru called out to a young lady who was in the rear of the store to come and take my order. The young lady sauntered up toward the counter, while talking on her phone, with some trash in her hand that she threw under the counter, and said "What can I get you." No "hello" or "sorry for the wait." I was the only customer in the restaurant. I said nevermind and left. A few weeks later I decided to give them another chance, but again was ignored. Never again.
