I stopped in around 9:30 on a Monday night and ordered five Taco Supremes. Two of them were freshly made and warm, but the other three were literally cold. I understand it's getting later in the evening, but if ingredients like the tomatoes are past their prime, they shouldn't be used. I would much rather be told the store ran out of tomatoes than have the nastiest tomatoes I've ever seen put into my food. There's honestly no exaggeration -- they were disgusting. The only bright spot in the entire experience was the woman working the drive-thru window. She was very friendly and polite. Unfortunately, the food quality itself was a thumbs down. read more

The food I ordered was made wrong caused and allergic reaction though I made sure to put no sour cream and in notes that there was allergy. Service sucked because when I asked they assured me there was none on it. Ended up in hospital. When I returned with my husband next evening the male manager on duty laughed a little and then gave us some coupons and said things happen. No empathy no apology nothing. If I had died would Taco Bell have paid for the damages then!! The problem isn't free food its the concern or lack of concern for their customers. The person who is taking my order, took about 20 minutes no freaking joke which I would say is a lot of time and she kept mishearing us and not putting in the right things on the menu. Secondly, they got our order wrong which is very bad because I asked for a fruit punch drink because the other option was pineapple and I'm allergic to pineapple and they gave me a pineapple drink and now I am having an allergic reaction and I am all swollen and i look like a bug. Unacceptable. I could sue but i am too nice of a person and don't want anyone to lose their job even if they SUCK at their job and should probably be fired. Wish I could give zero! Luckily I didn't eat much before this happened, but I found a half smoked cigarette in my Mach fries. I was disgusted it say the least and brought this issue back to the establishment. They refunded me but did not seem to show any remorse for the incident and I got my money back but in no way was I still eating that food, I threw it out at the much more professionally run McDonald's next door. I will never be returning to this Taco Bell again in my life! There aren't many around so I guess I'll consider it a treat when I go down to Florida now. They don't bother to turn off ordering on their app when they close ridiculously early (8 pm), so when you waste gas to drive all the way over there, you're quite likely to find them closed. Don't bother. Not worth it read more

Waited about five minutes at the counter with no acknowledgement of my presence. All staff working on drive through orders. Finally asked if it was possible to receive service at the counter. Staff member glared at me and responded with obvious irritation: "YES!!!" Then they all continued on their drive through orders. I left. Total lack of service is one thing. Stopped off to grab a few tacos through the drive thru and the tacos tasted like fish. It was the worst beef taco I've had and my daughter said the beef in her taco tasted funny. I will not go back to this Taco Bell, my first time and it will be my last. read more

Literally the worst drive thru experience I've ever had. The cashier was so rude and they messed up my order. My Crunchwrap supreme was literally a lumpy tortilla with barely any chicken, wilty lettuce, and the edges weren't sealed so I couldn't even pick it up! I went back politely to request a new one and the cashier glared at me, snatched the bag from my hand, proceeded to take forever to fix ONE Crunchwrap supreme, and handed it back to me WITHOUT a to-go bag. She also did not apologize for the mess up and handed the bag back to me without so much as a look in my direction. Will NOT be returning. read more

Avoid this Taco Bell 20 minute wait in drive thru with no one in front of me and 2 people in line in the restaurant. ordered three different items 5 regular soft tacos,2 chicken quesadilla without creamy jalapeño sauce and 1 spicy potatoes without sour cream the only thing they got right was the soft tacos. I'm guessing what happened was since the wait time was so long in the drive-through they cleared the order to get to the next one and keep the drive through timer down then forgot that the two items were special order. I may be just fine if you eat everything just as it is on the menu with no modifications. read more

I am a fan of Taco Bell - when it comes to fast food I tend to head for Mexican. I have been to this particular Taco Bell several times as I work right down the street from it. The word fast does not come in to play anywhere here! It doesn't seem to matter what time I go, how busy they are or if I use the drive-through or I walk in and order at the counter; none of it is going to be quick. I have literally stood at the cash register waiting to place my order while three employees stand behind the counter laughing and joking with each other while texting on their phones. They have looked up and seen me standing there but none of them even ask me to wait a minute or tell me they'll be right with me. These people do not understand the concept of service at all. Nor do they seem to understand that they are at work and therefore are expected to actually do some work. I am also sorry to say that when I do finally get to place my order and finally receive my food - after another long wait, about 50% of the time it comes out either wrong or cold. And I don't order anything complicated; usually I have two taco Supremes or one crunch wrap supreme. Nothing added nothing left off; simply the way they appear on their menu. I will still go to Taco Bell; just not this one. There's a McDonald's and a Wendy's right there in the same rotary as well as other places just off the rotary where I can get better service and better food done accurately and faster. It's really too bad they can't get their acts together: they would make more money as there are several other people at my office that also won't go there any more. read more

The joy and service we experienced that this location was world class! We woke up this morning to our toddler demanding to wear his taco shirt and go eat tacos. Limarie was so great and excited and really took care of us! The food was great too! Another Team member even brought our food to our table to complement our son on his shirt. Took 25 minutes to get two tacos. They were wildly understaffed for lunch and by the time I started eating the food it fell apart in my hands. If you go for breakfast, don't expect to have food before 7:45. I have had numerous times gone and they tell me no food is ready. Yes I get there right at 7 but if you open at 7, food should be ready for 7. I can say only 1 time out of about 5 times did I have a wait of less than 15 minutes. They are new, but they are REALLY slow. I've been there three times. The last time was last night. Two other people in the restaurant and a few cars driving up. My wife and I walked inside and it took about 15 minutes to get a small order. They also got every component of the order wrong. But we ate it at home and it was Taco Bell.
