The staff is always rude when I go there in the afternoon. My food is always wrong and I'm always missing items that I paid for. And everytime I try to call it rings for 1 minute then goes to a voicemail thing. They never answer so I can get a refund for the pore service and horrible food and missing items. So so so bad.. This was formally my favorite Taco Bell. I waited for 45 mins which was like whatever. First they hand me the wrong bag of food which I politely handed back, proceeded to wait for 10 more mins for my food where he repeated my order back to me with confidence and I was so over it and tired after working 11 hours and being pregnant that I checked for the quesadilla I ordered and went home.. This is the WORST run WORST managed taco bell I've ever encountered. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful employees and manager. Horrible - tried to run through drive thru. I was Told to pull up to front because they needed to make some of my order. I sat 10 min and was handed a bag with only half my order. I had to walk in and ask for rest of my order and was told they ran out of shells so they couldn't make rest of my order and they weren't sure what to do. They said they were looking for Manager but couldn't find them. So they had me order something else. I waited another 20 min for that as I watched 15 people come in and get their orders.
