I came here on a Sunday night and this was the only place open. There were 3 cars in front of me but the wait was not bad. They changed the menu by quite a bit but I still found some items to order. I ordered the Double Taco, Nacho Bell Grande, and Chicken Enchilada burrito. The Double Taco is a soft shell taco with nacho cheese and then a hard shell taco with tortilla strips on top. The beef and lettuce on the inside is normal. This was the best item I ate that night. The Nacho Bell Grande is a miss. They made the item correctly but I guess I out grew this item. I usually don't leave reviews, but this experience honestly rubbed me the wrong way. The staff came off really rude and dismissive, like customers were just an inconvenience instead of, you know... the whole reason they're there. What made it worse is that they closed the inside at 9 PM with zero warning. No clear signs, no explanation--just an attitude when I tried to go in. I'm in the drive-thru and the girl asked me about 4 times what I ordered and I know she could hear me. Seemed to be preoccupied...I get to the window she's not friendly and I asked for salt. She quickly responded "we don't have salt" and closed the window. I parked to eat and asked my husband to go in and grab me fire sauce. He came back with sauce and salt. He said they're was 2 bins of salt. Sorry, but he service was horrible. Young people there are jobs we're you don't have to deal with the public. Please find one! I prepaid for my order through Taco Bell's online ordering system before arriving at the restaurant. After arriving, I entered the drive-thru expecting to pick up an order that had already been placed and paid for. Instead, I spent approximately 1.5 hours trapped in the drive-thru line, with no reasonable way to exit the line due to the physical layout of the drive-thru. During this time, service was moving at an extremely unreasonable pace, and I was unable to simply cancel my transaction and leave. Because my order had been prepaid, I attempted to find a way to cancel the order and obtain a refund, but Taco Bell's online ordering system provided no clear or reasonable cancellation/refund option for the situation. The situation became so unreasonable that I informed an employee that I was considering calling the police because I had been stuck in the drive-thru and could not leave. In response, one of the employees stated that she "did not give a fuck." This response was extremely unprofessional and demonstrated a complete lack of concern regarding the situation or the customers who had been unable to leave the drive-thru for an extended period. My concern goes beyond simply receiving slow service. Taco Bell accepted payment for my order in advance while providing no practical mechanism to cancel the transaction or promptly obtain a refund when the restaurant was unable to provide service within a reasonable amount of time. I was effectively left with the choice of abandoning money I had already paid or remaining trapped in the drive-thru until the restaurant eventually fulfilled the order. I am requesting that this incident be formally reviewed, including the restaurant's handling of prepaid online orders, its cancellation and refund procedures, the approximately 90-minute drive-thru delay, the inability of customers to safely and reasonably exit the drive-thru once committed to the line, and the conduct of the employee involved. I also request that any available transaction records, online order timestamps, drive-thru service-time records, surveillance footage, and employee scheduling records from the time of this incident be preserved and reviewed. These records may independently document the length of the delay and the circumstances described above. I believe consumers who prepay for products should have a reasonable means of obtaining the product within a reasonable period of time or canceling the transaction and receiving a refund when the merchant cannot fulfill the order. I am requesting an appropriate investigation into whether the practices involved in this incident comply with applicable consumer-protection requirements and Taco Bell's own policies. read more

Had a craving and decided to get their new $3 grilled steak burrito. Bag came with utensils and napkins. The burrito was pretty good and surprisingly saucy on the inside. It's a little misshapen and lumpy though, I wish it could've been grilled longer so it didn't fall apart when I was eating it. Drivethru experience was okay but didn't take forever (less than 15 min in total). I couldn't really hear what the attendant was saying before I was ordering. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes with zero movement. No update, no explanation, nothing. Last night was even worse, 45 minutes wasted for the same result. This is not a one-off; it's a pattern. Service is completely broken, and management clearly isn't handling staffing or operations. Usually the food isn't too bad here. But I will say this specific location is lacking majorrrrr managerial skills and organization. I placed my order at 12:53 but not before I sat in the drive thru for 10 mins without the line moving an inch.. it's now been 20 mins without my order and I hear no communication from the staff even though it seems even more people are waiting on their food. I've only witnessed one person receive their order since I've been here (on the inside) . I don't hear a single voice from the kitchen communicating orders or helping drive thru or even front of house. No greetings no orders nothing. No urgency either. Everyone's just slugging their feet along. I've spent years in fast food and am still in the food industry. Would give zero stars if I could. This location needs Taco Bell corporate to step in. The drive thru wait times have been over 30 min in multiple instances. I once waited 30 minutes at the drive thru ordering thing and no one was taking orders. I pulled around to the window to see if I could order and no one was there but all the lights were on. Were they hiding in the back? I'm not sure. So I left and went to another location (Buford hwy). Thought I'd give this location one last try, so I waited 20 minutes this time and no one in the drive through moved. It's a shame. I drove to 4 different taco bells (I know that sounds gross but j ignore that) and every single one claimed to be open when they were actually closed, two claimed to be open till 12am and another 1 am. I was hesitant to even try this location as it said opened till 11 pm. When I drove up there was no line and was immediately asked what id like to order. I didn't get her name but the cashier on the drive-through at 10:15ish pm on Aug 19th was the sweetest and all the employees deserve a raise because they could've easily been like the other locations and just decided to close early.
