Had a craving and decided to get their new $3 grilled steak burrito. Bag came with utensils and napkins. The burrito was pretty good and surprisingly saucy on the inside. It's a little misshapen and lumpy though, I wish it could've been grilled longer so it didn't fall apart when I was eating it. Drivethru experience was okay but didn't take forever (less than 15 min in total). I couldn't really hear what the attendant was saying before I was ordering. I came here on a Sunday night and this was the only place open. There were 3 cars in front of me but the wait was not bad. They changed the menu by quite a bit but I still found some items to order. I ordered the Double Taco, Nacho Bell Grande, and Chicken Enchilada burrito. The Double Taco is a soft shell taco with nacho cheese and then a hard shell taco with tortilla strips on top. The beef and lettuce on the inside is normal. This was the best item I ate that night. The Nacho Bell Grande is a miss. They made the item correctly but I guess I out grew this item. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes with zero movement. No update, no explanation, nothing. Last night was even worse, 45 minutes wasted for the same result. This is not a one-off; it's a pattern. Service is completely broken, and management clearly isn't handling staffing or operations. Would give zero stars if I could. This location needs Taco Bell corporate to step in. The drive thru wait times have been over 30 min in multiple instances. I once waited 30 minutes at the drive thru ordering thing and no one was taking orders. I pulled around to the window to see if I could order and no one was there but all the lights were on. Were they hiding in the back? I'm not sure. So I left and went to another location (Buford hwy). Thought I'd give this location one last try, so I waited 20 minutes this time and no one in the drive through moved. It's a shame. This location has always been trash! The employees lie ALL the time saying that their systems are down and that they aren't taking orders. I placed my order online and it went through successfully and the lady said oh yea I sent your money back. Yes, they are short staffed and lines and waits are long, BUT the staff that shows up are hustling and are always polite and friendly, and I always let them know how much I appreciate their Supreme taco craftsmanship!!! I drove to 4 different taco bells (I know that sounds gross but j ignore that) and every single one claimed to be open when they were actually closed, two claimed to be open till 12am and another 1 am. I was hesitant to even try this location as it said opened till 11 pm. When I drove up there was no line and was immediately asked what id like to order. I didn't get her name but the cashier on the drive-through at 10:15ish pm on Aug 19th was the sweetest and all the employees deserve a raise because they could've easily been like the other locations and just decided to close early. First of all the service/workers are so rude! The lady working the drive-thru got mad at us and gave us attitude because THEY had our order wrong and we corrected her. After she handed us our order and we tried to explain how the order was wrong she closed the window in our face as we were talking to her.
