Terrible service, workers were very rude, they over charged us for an extra Mountain Dew and couldn't substitute a simple taco. When we asked lady on the mic for the drive through was also extremely rude and would cut me off as I was trying to order and ask a question. Second time this week I've came here and ordered a VEGETARIAN mexican pizza and they put meat all over it, they even repeated my order back to me both times but still got it wrong. Also took them almost 30 minutes to come to the window and get my food out. read more

Be sure to check your receipt, on most things the price the charge is 40 to 80 cents higher than their menu board says. They refuse to honor their own menu board prices. They are stealing thousands of dollars from hard working people. read more

I've stopped at this location twice and both times they were out of sodas. A fast food restaurant was out of 3 flavors of soda at lunch on a weekday? To top that off the food looked like garbage. I don't know if the person making the tacos dropped them or just swept the floor and put the mess into the bag with loose wrappers. read more

Par for Taco Bell. Lack of customer service was met only by lack of enthusiasm for a job, much less life. Workers who would better be suited for making license plates instead serving stone cold food to customers who would have to be acerbic in taste to even begin to stomach the paltry meals served here. Absolutely dreadful. Staff here was completely unhelpful and were playing on their phones the whole time. Lobby was dirty with packets of sauce and napkin bits littering the place. The "limited time only" meal was a smothered burrito. However, the 3-cheese and red sauce were VERY, VERY, COLD. Completely ruined the anticipated meal! Must be corporately owned, because the ones I've worked in, in the past, we kept clean. Even the bathroom, completely covered in trash. This is why Taco Bell remains a joke. read more

I've already typed up a detailed letter of my experience at this location and sent that to corporate and the franchise that owns this particular Taco Bell. So, I'm just going to paste that here. Tl/Dr: Do NOT eat here. Not worth the hassle... First off, this isn't the only problem I've had with this particular Taco Bell. Last time I went there they closed their lobby just over 30 minutes early. I personally think that's just bad customer service. As for the incident last night, well it was pretty horrible all around. We got our food and sat down. I noticed the order was wrong. They gave me the wrong item, but not a big deal it was fixed quickly. After our meal, I decided I wanted to take some tacos home, since I rarely get to eat at Taco Bell. So, my friend and I came up with the idea of placing a wrap in the shell before filling it so that the taco shell wouldn't get soft. I figured it would work well enough and went up to the counter. We explained what we wanted and the lady at the register was confused but courteous enough about it and explained it to the workers on the line. Then a lady came up to the counter and asked me to clarify what I wanted them to do, so I did. She stated that it would take a lot more time to make it and insinuated that it was a waste of time and said that she could just separate the fillings into containers. I didn't want to do this because I didn't want to run out of anything, because they underestimated the amount needed. However, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since she seemed to be a shift manager. I figured she'd get it done right. After about 2 more minutes the same lady comes back up and shows me what she had done and asked if it was correct. I told her it was. She had placed a wrap in a shell and then filled the taco. I guess she felt I was unhappy about separating the fillings in containers, which I wasn't really, but either way it was getting done so no problem. As long as the shell was separated I was happy. The whole point of this was to keep the shells from becoming soggy on the drive home. As long as that was accomplished, I didn't really care how it got done. She then went back on the line. After a few more minutes another girl came to me and asked me to explain exactly what I wanted. I'm guessing that the first lady had gone and explained it to the people on the line. I explained it to this new girl and then another two people come up behind her. It appeared to be one guy from the line and another from one of the windows. At this point the girl turns to the other guy from the line and right in front of me says "I'm not doing this. Here you do it." Then the guy looks a little perplexed and so I quickly explain to him what I wanted and he laughs and turns to the guy from the window and says "Here, you do it." That guy then turns to look at me with a confused look on his face and I begin to explain it to him. Both the girl and guy from the line had gone into the back and I assume talked to the first lady as at this point she reappears. She tells me she doesn't understand why I don't just want to separate everything. I again tell her that would be fine. As long as it gets done I'm happy. At this point I'm beginning to get fairly annoyed. About 4 or 5 minutes later I have all of my tacos. It was a 12 taco box. I thank them and leave. Once I get home I decide I want another taco before I put them up. So, I open them up and find that my 12 tacos only have 11 taco shells. I become annoyed again, but no big deal, it's just one taco. I do however decide to check everything out. Sure enough some of the taco shells feel thin. All together 3 of the 11 shells are broken at the base, so they're useless. My 12 tacos are now 8 tacos. Now I'm pissed. Then when I go to make the tacos I realize that I'm going to run out of meat. This was the only real reason that I didn't like the idea of separating everything. It can be hard to judge the amounts that way, but then again, their meat scoop is designed to measure the meat for you, so you'd think 12 scoops would be easy enough to accomplish. Guess not... Out of the 8 taco shells, I was able to make 2 tacos with the right amount of meat, 4 with half meat, and one taco with lettuce and cheese only... At this point I doubt that I'll ever go back to this restaurant. I have to say that I can not recommend this place to anyone. I'd say go somewhere else, because it's just not worth it. read more

UPDATED REVIEW: I came to this Taco Bell a few weeks ago around 9pm and the employees in the drive-thru area were literally cursing and FIGHTING. It was one of the worse drive-thru experiences i ever had. And when I got home, my food was completely CRUSHED UP as if the employees who were fighting used MY FOOD in the fight as weapons. I had every intention to take photos of my food and report it to the Corporate office, but I didn't feel like doing all of that because I guarantee Taco Bell would have simply kept those same workers OR hired other workers who were just as TRASHY. Terrible. The soft drinks are terrible. The dragonfruit freeze was unavailable on each and every visit for over a month. I had just about given up when they had it. But not the syrup. On the last visit the kids ordered a crunch wrap supreme. The tortilla in no way was wrapping the concoction. The ingredients were loose in the bag because the items was in what looked like a cinnamon twist bag. There was liquid cheese on the item and it had dripped all over everything else in the bag. They also ordered a burrito supreme. The only semblance of ingredients was located all at one end of the wrap. The beans on the bean burrito were truly liquid. They ran out of the wrap. No refried bean consistency at all. The only reasoning have given this particular fast food outlet so many chances is because the kids were asking for it and it is the closest to my house. Absulutly the worst service I ever experience I have had! regular size order, some special request, when done, asked if order was right and she just rolled her eyes and turned around and walked away! I asked again she act like I wasn't even there. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been in. Half the staff was on and off their cellphones texting in the kitchen while my meal was being prepped. Gross. Th manager was also in the kitchen and didn't seem to care. No one greeted me with a smile and my soft taco shells were stale. Just unimpressed for sure. read more

I wish I could pick zero stars. I walked in to this restaurant and was followed by two people vaping out front who were yelling at me. They were insisting the dining room was closed, but their friends were inside eating. I offered cash for food and the cashier aggressively came out and told me to leave. If I owned this place I'd fire everyone. If a customer walks in to a dining room you left open with cash you find a way to make a sale!! read more

Worst Taco Bell ever!!!! These people should not be allowed to work food service. I had to stand there and tell them how to make my food because they did not know how. They did not listen and still got it wrong. They can't tell the difference between a tortilla and flatbread!!! Pretty happy overall. Even late at night, customer service is fast and friendly. My food was slightly better than I expected. Definitely one of the better Taco Bells I've been to, probably the best around the Pineville/Alexandria area. Not much to say, just good service and good food. read more
