They determined I was actually having brake issues. They could have seriously padded their till that day, but provided a service that was the least expensive of the things the issue could have been. I wouldn't have known any better if they told me it was one thing and repaired something different. They kept me informed the entire time of their progress and their completion time, then followed up to ensure all was well. They told me I would need more work done to the brakes, but it could hold off. Now is the time for that work. If I were still close to their store, it would not be a question where I'd be going. The office is really clean and they provide a shuttle service and their van is also very clean. The service provided was top notch and the problem I have seems to be resolved. They also provide a very comprehensive inspection report which helped identify issues that I didn't know I had. If you're like me and don't like typical mechanics that talk down to you, go to these guys. I'd recommend them to everyone!

He told me he didn't charge labor to replace it (so far, so good), but it needed to be programmed at the dealer (10 speed Ford) and I was stuck with the bill. When I questioned it he told me it was because he wasn't making money on it. I appreciated the break on labor but programming is part of the install and should NOT have been my responsibility. It's also not my fault he wasn't making money. That transmission also had issues so I got rid of that truck asap and got away from Fords. Would not recommend this shop.

Hope Wise and her team of mechanics did a SUPERB Job. I'd been having a water in fuel warning issue on my truck for a while. It kept returning even though I was having the filter changed and the drain plug pulled to get rid of any possible water in the fuel lines. The warning just wouldn't go away. At Wise Automotive, Daniel pulled the Fuel pump/filter assembly off the frame rail and gave it a through cleaning and I was amazed to see what came out of it. He also found that the drain plug on the assembly had slowly been being eroded away and needed to be replaced. Once he got done with it, I've found my water in fuel issue has totally been cleared up My recommendation to anyone is to try them. You won't be sorry and you probably won't go any place else afterward to get your vehicle work done.
