However, b/c I bought it so much earlier than expected, I didn't have a place to put it. Dodd RV stored my unit for me and took care of it during the 'winter blast' and kept me in the loop of any needs, issues, and answered a barrage of questions I had (and still continue to have). Jen (Wiseman) is legit. She's the logistics and friendly smile that keeps customers coming back when issues arise. I can't imagine the in/out, fix this and that 'stuff' that she has to go through on the daily. I now have my Grand Design 265bh here at home and could not be happier with my purchase. Made their first time out a very bad experience. When they went to get help from Dodd, they refused to even acknowledge their mistakes, and sent them back to their camping spot after freeing a valve with full holding tanks, despite again promising to empty.
