Do NOT bring your business to this place. Three and a half years just to get a part in for a well-known and popular turntable. And in this time, NO calls, responses, emails, texts, no information whatsoever only to have them call with this complete and utter garbage. Not only that, he gave us a loaner laptop to use while the repair was being made so we wouldn't be without a computer. Throughout the process he was very friendly and very helpful.
