They ordered the parts and had my dual subwoofer back up and running. However, I live 5 hours away and they said I had 30 days to pick up since the item was still under warranty. That worked out perfectly for me because I was going through Atlanta to fly out of country and upon returning was able to grab my sub and bring it back home. Bill went above and beyond the call of duty by talking to the other repair person for us and offering to meet with that person if need be. Bill fixed our laptop in a timely manner and at a cheaper rate then the other repair person that had given us all the problems. Not only that, he gave us a loaner laptop to use while the repair was being made so we wouldn't be without a computer. Throughout the process he was very friendly and very helpful.
