What a lovely place! I've never been to a tea farm so this was truly an amazing experience. Learning their process of how they make tea and just learning abt tea in general. Learned some new things. They had free samples of their sweet and unsweet teas and the sweet tea was amazing! I bought some of their chai tea to take home and so can't wait to try. The wife was our tour guide and she was so interesting, knew so much and was all around a very sweet lady. They do a small farmers market on Sundays so can get some greasy produce before or after your tour. Highly recommend this place.

If you are in the area, this a a fun way to spend the afternoon. The tour was free, fun and educational. The day we went they even had a farmers market going on.

She was amazingly friendly, very knowledgeable about her Craft and how she really explained how she started the coffee shop.. I was so abundantly happy with the ambience it really resembled a coffee shop that I would go to. I enjoyed my green eye with a lot of people don't know where the green eye is it six shots espresso and a regular cup of coffee. I recommend this to anybody, who wants to get caffeinated and wants to have a overdose of caffeine. So for myself, being a barista was a barista this place makes me feel at home, knowing that I can get exact good great coffee from a local coffee shop. I felt coffee around here lacks It's zing Zhang from other coffee shops I'm on about a restaurant with a coffee shop. I just don't think that it works well.. I found that cup and saucer does exactly what I want for a coffee shop I'm not bashing your coffee shop. I felt like coffee shops around the area has not what I'm looking for or the friendly atmosphere that I got from Kent, saucer and meeting the owner. I think you are really great and what you do. You're really super nice and welcoming that made me feel wanting to come back.

I've been to the Southern Fuel in Boiling Springs and received great customer service, I had no doubts this one would be the same. Great menu options, they have food (mostly bagel type eats), plenty of coffee flavors, non-coffee drinks, etc. I had to ask for their seasonal menu. I believe they just opened this week (02/01/24) so still probably working out the kinks. Pro tip- look up their menu online before you go for more options. Most of their drinks sound sweeter than they are. I ask for a little less sweet just in case. I had a hot "nutty leprechaun" latte which was pretty good (pistachio and brown sugar). I was a little bummed it wasn't topped with crushed pistachios like the online menu said but the staff was also not familiar with the seasonal items. The latte was more like a cappuccino, lots of thick foam. Also a little bummed. Oh well next time. Very reasonably priced and I enjoyed the coffee. Not sure of their everyday hours but I know they are open on SUNDAYS starting at 12 PM. The Silos have been good to us and they just keep getting better. Parking can be scarce if you go at busy times but I've never had an issue. Will be back for more coffee! And pupp-ucinos!

We arrived at around 7:15 am and were greeted by two regulars hanging out front with their dogs, which meant that Mrs. K. got her morning dog fix before we even made it inside. That set a great tone for a good day. The welcome inside was warm in the small town way that feels genuine instead of forced, just easy smiles and a quick hello as I ordered. It was rather quiet when we arrived but the folks seemed to start pouring in as we sipped our coffees. My cortado was excellent even if it was in a paper cup. Mrs. K. was happy with her latte which is the proper test. We lingered a bit, enjoying the quiet and watching Black Mountain wake up around us before getting back on the road. A great little stop just off I-40 and a perfect start for the day. Five stars! [Review 540 of 2026 - 4635 in North Carolina - 25722 overall]
