This coffee shop did so well with renovations and decor. I had stopped by Brevard a few years back while they were under renovation and I'm so glad they were open for me to check out now. Their staff were friendly, menu was wonderful, and the drink came out delicious! read more

The biscuit was good, needed the jam to have more sweetness, it was tart. Added bacon for $2 so essentially it's a dollar a bacon strand! Lol that's definitely overpriced. Got the speciality banana latte, didn't love the banana chunks, and there wasn't a lot of "espresso" flavor coming through. Deff wouldn't get that again. The inside is cute but only one register so the line backs up quickly! Once I ordered I got everything pretty fast. read more

Cup and Saucer is the best spot for coffee and a conversation in Brevard. I highly recommend.

Great atmosphere and coffee! Only thing that was missing for my "usual" was having whip cream as a menu item, but that's just my preference :) read more

So cute! Awesome food. Great coffee. Lovely ambiance. Wish the hours were longer -- a common issue with WNC coffee shops (and everyone wonders why we go to Starbucks). I always want to stop here but because we drive out there to fish from AVL when we get off the river the shop is typically closed so I've only been a couple of times. read more

Loved this place! The pastries were tempting, but I resisted. Now I regret it. However, the London Fog tea is excellent. My sister had a lavender vanilla coffee drink that she enjoyed. Service was prompt and friendly. read more

The lady at the counter was fun to chat with! She encouraged me to try to the chai and went to the back to find me a ramp pastry when I said I had been eager to try them out for the first time. Very sweet :) nice atmosphere, good music, easy to chill with a laptop in read more

We got two sandwiches, beets and chicken and a biscuit and gravy. No taste in either that we could discern. Friendly until we were told they make eggs only one way (she did NOT like it). Pretty much a take it or leave it egg. I would NOT recommend except as a coffee shop. Skip the "food". read more

Cup & Saucer is the best coffee shop I have experienced south of Asheville. Excellent ingredients and craft! Will be back.

Staff is friendly. It's very light filled and clean as well coffee is good but what I found strange is that there are no prices on the board or printed menu. It's a big embarrassing to have to ask the price of regular coffee v cold brew v latte and if there is an additional charge for different milks. Just sayin... read more

Really great coffee. I drink espresso. Not too bitter. Not too mild. Definitely my go-to spot when I'm in the area.

4.5 Stars This coffee shop was a hoppin' place on Wednesday morning. The wait was not long at all and the employees were very friendly. We ordered a Half Caff Golden Milk Latte along with one with a double shot of espresso and a Sun Dried Tomato Scone. The drinks were fantastic and the scone was probably the best scone I've ever eaten. If I was a local I'd make Cup & Saucer my go to coffee shop. read more

Stopped in to grab one of the seasonal drinks. There was one person on register and the woman in front of me was virtually ordering one of everything. That felt painful. Once it was my turn, I asked about the seasonal flavors posted outside and the clerk seemed confused. Apparently I could order the flavors in any drink I wanted. I ordered and it finally came out. Was cute inside but not very friendly or welcoming. And definitely overpriced. read more

I've been here several times now, and I haven't had a bad experience yet! I love their seating arrangements in here, and the vintage vibes make this is an absolutely pleasurable place to work remotely from! Their staff is very friendly and actively strives to learn peoples names and orders. My favorite place to sit is right up on the window on the high top table, which overlooks the quaint street outside. Be aware that every time someone opens and closes the door, the table does shake a little bit, but if that doesn't bother you, then this is a great place to sit and people watch and work! Their cappuccinos and lattes are fabulous, and all their flavors are house made, with the exception of the caramel. They also have several non-dairy options, and their up-charge isn't extortionate. Be sure to dine in so you have an opportunity to check out their latte art! Their baristas are clearly very skilled and enjoy what they do. I also had their chicken and pesto sandwich, which comes served on locally made sourdough bread. The sandwich was filling and delicious, and is served with a side of kettle chips. I love coming here for work, and I can't wait to come back! What I had: Vanilla & Honey Latte, chicken & pesto sandwich, cappuccino What I recommend: all of the above! This review is for the food only, specifically the biscuits. Had the spinach, egg and goat cheese biscuit because the friendly girl taking the order said that was the healthiest one that you'd feel really good after eating. She was so right. Felt like a healthy option but also was absolutely delicious. It had lots of fresh sautéed spinach combined with creamy melty goat cheese and a soft egg on a perfect warm biscuit. Wow. I wasn't expecting something so well done from a coffee house! I was so impressed I told lots of people about it and a few weeks later brought my whole family back because they had to try what I had decided was the best in town. Well... second time around not so much. The biscuit was smaller, everything was cold and at first it looked like the spinach was missing but after taking it apart I found 3 sad little leaves in there. The other biscuits we tried were equally unimpressive and cold. So it's hard to know what to say. They're capable of greatness here. Like really high end, charge what you want, just take my money kind of amazingness. But there's no way to know whether you're going to get it or not. read more

Love this cafe! Love pumpkin handpies and the spicy gingerbread cookies. The green smoothie was also very good. For 2 handpies, a smoothie and a cookie it was about $28. The staff was super nice and I would have loved to eat there. The chai latte and the food looked amazing. read more

This is my favorite coffeeshop. Not just because of the excellent coffee but also because their pastries case has lots of gluten-free options which are excellent and also not too over the top sweet. Friendly and cute! It was good enough I even bought a shirt :) read more

One small suggestion for customer service... if you help one customer, and need to leave the next one waiting while you work on an order, ACKNOWLEDGE them. A simple "Hi, I'll be with you in just a second." goes a long way. Don't just leave them standing there for a long time. The coffee itself is fine. Nothing wrong with it, but doesn't make up for poor service. read more

When you're looking for a big city cafe in small town Brevard, look no further than Main St. Nestled between an outdoors store and across the street from steamed bagels (wtf?), you'll find Cup and Saucer. Excellent coffee. Even better homemade, scratch baked goods (sweet and savory). Cup and Saucer has it all in this cute, semi-boho cafe in downtown Brevard. Coffee to cappuccino to quiches to cookies - Cup and Saucer has it all. Not to mention: the service is top notch and the interior is both cozy and comfortable. I'll be back! read more

Well I love the coffee, it's not because of the food they have. I was greeted by the owner. She was amazingly friendly, very knowledgeable about her Craft and how she really explained how she started the coffee shop.. I was so abundantly happy with the ambience it really resembled a coffee shop that I would go to. I enjoyed my green eye with a lot of people don't know where the green eye is it six shots espresso and a regular cup of coffee. I recommend this to anybody, who wants to get caffeinated and wants to have a overdose of caffeine. So for myself, being a barista was a barista this place makes me feel at home, knowing that I can get exact good great coffee from a local coffee shop. I felt coffee around here lacks It's zing Zhang from other coffee shops I'm on about a restaurant with a coffee shop. I just don't think that it works well.. I found that cup and saucer does exactly what I want for a coffee shop I'm not bashing your coffee shop. I felt like coffee shops around the area has not what I'm looking for or the friendly atmosphere that I got from Kent, saucer and meeting the owner. I think you are really great and what you do. You're really super nice and welcoming that made me feel wanting to come back. read more

Cup & Saucer is an adorable coffee shop in downtown Brevard. The atmosphere is trendy but comfortable, and the coffee was very good. I did find the espresso to be a bit on the sour side, but they were very busy so I doubt they had time to redial. The frothed milk had microfoam which takes your coffee to the next level. My husband ordered the potato hash and it was delicious. The onions were caramelized well, and it was an interesting flavor combination that worked very well. Cup & Saucer has a very nice water station with metal cups that just feel good in your hands, and a bunch of games. It's a good place to hang out with friends or get some work done. I'd recommend this place and would come again. read more

Great service, food & atmosphere. Biscuits are amazing, so is the quiche. Iced earl Grey tea was smooth not bitter.

The Good: The young ladies who own this coffee shop grind the beans fresh for every coffee. They buy the milk straight from a local farm so the lattes are fantastic. In fact that was easily Top 5 latte I've ever had. Comfortable space with plenty of seating at tables and a few arm chairs. Great location on Main Street in the middle of town. The Bad: Seems only one barista works at a time so if there is a rush on coffee it could mean slow service. Bottom Line: This is my favorite coffee shop in Brevard, although nearby Quotations Coffee Cafe is a close second. This is the place to come for coffee while getting some work done.
