NEGATIVES: Neither of the two pools were clean, very green! Hot tub was also very dirty plus only 1 jet was working and it would not get hot. After we complained they cleared it the day we left . Tub was clogged & would not drain. Carpet needs cleaning bad! Also only enough towels for the six of us. yes we could switch out for more but we were busy doing the sites not switching towels. If I could give it Zero stars I would. If you can find a condo NOT rented through Table Rock Resorts, do it. My parents own a condo there, and we went up for thanksgiving and rented a condo near theirs through TRR. 2.5 weeks after our stay, we received a voicemail from the resort saying they were sending us to collections for damage to the condo. We left this condo better than when we got it... and not only that but we found out the "cleaner" that claims we damaged the door of the owners closet is related to one of the employees of the resort, and the owners family member who was the next renter "confirmed" the damage. The pictures of the door confirmed we would not have been able to even know that the door was damaged (it was a locked closet, probably filled with toilet paper). Our entire stay there were kids 16-21 years old staying around us with multiple unauthorized dogs, doing drugs in the parking lot, and being obnoxiously loud. The resort proceeded to charge my credit card without permission for the supposed repair costs. I have disputed and filed fraud with USAA. Unbelievable inconvenience and horribly unprofessional. This resort lies to its condo owners, fraudulently charges guests, and is a nightmare to deal with. Stay far away. read more

Table Rock Resorts at Indian Point - Resorts Near Me - Branson, Missouri

We took our family here hoping for a great getaway. The large family cabin (three bedroom) was not as pictured on the website. The amenities listed for the cabin we rented didn't match up with what was actually there. There was no washer dryer as advertised, and no dishwasher. The stove top had four burners and only half of them worked. The bedrooms and bathrooms were reminiscent of a bad hotel from the 1980s. Our cabin AC was poor, multiple light bulbs were out, wasp nests were on the patio, and the bedrooms were lack luster. The kitchen had no storage for our groceries. As you can see in some other reviewers photos, we also experienced seeing duct tape to hold down portions of carpet. My wife spent half of our first day there calling the front office and waiting for the maintenance department. While the area is beautiful, and the lake was very enjoyable, I do not recommend this place and suggest you take your family to a place nearby. read more

I've stayed at various Indian Point locations over the course of many-a year (if you say 'many-a' it means you're folksy). We used to stay at Indian Point resorts when I was a child and I've always found them to be fantastic locations. They're perfect for retiring at the end of a long day Branson-ing. The air-conditioning is top-notch. The kind that makes you shiver to sleep and wake up with your shorts stuck to your thighs with frozen pee. They even have that weird 'super-air-conditioning' smell that you get on vacay. That's right, I just abbreviated 'vacation.' Who's gonna stop me? The last time we stayed at an Indian Point place, it was steps from the lake. If I didn't have such an inane fear of dark-water, this would have been AMAZING. As it was, it was quite nice to wake up, take a coffee cup full of bourbon to the back deck and stare out at the rolling waters. Lots of people drown in Table Rock Lake and while I was holding out hope for a corpse-spotting, it was not to be. But that's cool, cause it's still really serene, with or without the bloated body of somebody's drunken uncle. The room itself was pretty antiquated. It felt like it was 1970 and the world was still struggling intrinsically with the conflict in Vietnam. We're talking wood-paneled walls, ice-cube trays and TVs bolted to the wall. Thankfully, there are no Vietnamese people in Branson, lest I (or you) have an epic flashback. If you go to Branson, you should definitely stay at an Indian Point hotel. They do you right. read more

The 4th of july, be careful of docking at the dock local drunks will pull inner tubes around creating big waves all day. If you have your boat tied up here the waves will rip your cleats out. Our cabin was full of wasps, rat poisen in the silverware drawer, and bring your favorite air freshener they smell moldy inside. If your looking for a place to drink and party, f#k It. Might as well tear this place up. No one seams to care anymore here anyways. read more

First of all, the website photos and amenities are not correct and do not match. The condo itself was not clean and has very dated furniture. The unprofessional and unfriendly staff put us in the middle of a construction zone that was like a very noisy and vulgar language alarm clock every morning before 7am. I was entering the shower and slid the glass door shut and it exploded onto me cutting me in several different places. I called the rude and noncaring front desk clerk, which not once did she ask if I was hurt or not. The refrigerator in the unit did not work from day one, we requested a new fridge but was denied. The management told us to use the one in the lock out next to the master bedroom, but not to use anything else or they would charge us an additional fee on top of the already ridiculous cost of the unit. This meant walking our food to prepare thru the bedroom to cook it. We checked out a day early and told the manager at check out of our bad experience, all she had to say was you are going to pay for the shower door and to get out of her office. I would not even come close to recommending this awful place to anyone. Please be warned. read more

Do not be fooled by the pictures online or in their advertisements. This place looks nothing like that. They asked for 2 days in advance, think it's because people would run away once they see what it really looks like. I think 30 years ago it was probably nice.. But years of neglect has turned it into a dump. Will never return! read more

The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our group of 8. Our pull out sofa was broken and when we informed the staff they happily replaced the sofa. We should have requested a two bathroom and next time we will. The condo was functional and had a beautiful view of the lake; however, the decor needs to be brought out of the 90's. read more

For the price it wasn't bad because you do have the ability to cook in your room. There was no extra pillows in the room. Was told on the phone and online no dogs, but there were dogs there. Online it says wifi all over the premises but when asked they said only certain units have wifi. It was lake front which is good. The pool does not have rail or good walking area into the pool starts at 4 foot which is not great some people it is just steps. Need more appropriate chairs for poolside. read more

Between the air conditioning, the dishwasher, and the washer/dryer, staying here was like going to a rock concert, and we won't be able to hear until Wednesday. Overall, this location was worse than mediocre. No wifi. Semi-dangerous stairwells to access bottom and top level rooms from ground level- doors open into stairwell and could easily send an unsuspecting person flying. Dishes were dirty; there was legitimate dried/old food on plates and glasses. The "two queen beds" were pushed together with one giant sheet/bedspread set, so we were left with one giant bed instead of two queens. Service was lacking- we asked for a blanket one morning because of how cold we were the previous night. We didn't get home that evening until after 9, to no blanket and a staff that was off duty & unable to bring one. Overall, the accommodations felt dingy and somewhat gross. However, this location does receive two stars due to the amount of sleeping space- this place could easily fit 8+ people on sofa beds, Murphy beds, giant queen beds, etc. read more

We had a family reunion of 60 people. This one worst resorts I have been too. We had problem with dirty rooms to health and safety issue. Sliding glass door non-functional, the glass coming out of frame. Broken concrete steps to broken support railings. Broken air conditioning with outside temperature 100 and humidity 90% plus. Made a report to the manager about problems in hand please fix her reply DON'T THREATEN ME. read more

My family and I visited Indian Point the summer of 2015. Before you book, please be aware of a few things. There are pictures of the accommodations on the website. THE DECOR HAS NOT CHANGED. Down to the green carpet, and box TV. There were holes in the walls, and the bedding was very old and dingy. We actually went out and bought our own bedding to lay over everything...even the couches. The place also smelled like an old farm house... which wouldn't have been the end of the world but there were also flies everywhere and we have no idea where they were coming from. We also saw mold growing on the ceilings, and on the wall hangings. While the property is right off the lake, I would never spend this much again for a place like this. Family vacations should be enjoyable, not an additional stress. We will never come back. read more

Ok, this place is under a new owner and they are working hard on the resort. Thank goodness, because we love the location. We stayed here as a family for five nights. We had two campers in the campground and rented a cabin. The campsites were alright. Nothing really special. There were BBQ pits at each site, but they were old and dirty. There were also picnic tables, but again, old and dirty. They are in close proximity to the cabins which was great. We used the pool and kiddie pool. Both were excellent and the kids had a great time. The cabins are about 125 yds from the lake. The AC was great as it was record highs. We had two large holes next to the door in the front of our cabins which the squirrels had created. There was a family in the ceiling. Nothing like having them wake you up all night. I informed management when I was checking out. I didn't ask for a discount and none was offered. We rented two boats while we were there. The first was a pontoon and the other was a deck boat. Both were in good shape and there was no issue there. Price was fair and service was good. Recommend you get there early as there was usually only one guy there to help everyone. The most disappointing aspect of the entire experience was the front counter service. Every time I walked in one of the four ladies working there would first put down her cell phone, then look around to see if anyone else would help me, then finally get up and help me. It seemed more like an inconvenience to them. That and squirrels is the reason for the three star. The location, boat rentals, and pool are the positives. Don't know if I'll stay there again. I read some of the reviews and i have to say my experience there was great. We were just there in October 2012. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in their condos and ours was very clean and spacious. They accommodated 8 of us comfortably. It was only 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City and our view of the lake was awesome.
