After some time, someone came, unlocked the car, and left. Then 20 minutes went by, and Perfection showed up to unlock the car. After some conversation, we found out the problem locksmiths are having with out-of-state companies hijacking their calls, similar to this. Rob was very helpful, and from our standpoint, we hated what had happened. He did not even want us to compensate him for his time. It didn't take his crew an hour. Not only did he rekey the lock to match my vehicle but it looked new when he was done. I did this with a lock I got from a junkyard for around $5. In total with his services I had 1/3 of what the dealer was prepared to charge me for a new lock. I look forward to referring business his way! I also had the fortune of meeting other members of the business while I was there. If there was a way to give 11 stars on a 5 star review it wouldn't be enough. These guys are top notch!
