I had search on the internet on my smartphone for a local locksmith and the first one said it was in Simpsonville but the phone number was actually in Clemson and it turned out to be a a con artist. Mr. Stokes informed me that the popular scam with locksmiths is to quote a very low price but then when the person arrives they charge you all these special fees because your vehicle is foreign or your vehicle is older or it's newer and they have to use special technology and they end up gouging you so please beware. Brian diagnosed the issue over the phone and gave me a very fair price, but warned us that if he had to replace the lock and the door handle it would cost more. He came by 40 minutes later and repaired the lock quickly and with no problem (thankfully a replacement wasn't necessary). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others.
