It's horrendous and disgusting when u come all the way here just to see its kitchen closed before the time indicated right on its windows.

Came here as a party of 4 and luckily had made a reservation so got a table by the window…read more For drinks got the elderflower lemonade with no ice which was a mistake as it was sickly sweet. I ended up adding fair amounts water to soften the sugary taste down a bit. However encountered better luck with the choice of our food as both starters just blew away everyone on our table. We decided to get both of the Sharing Boards and oh gosh, brilliant decision as the food was excellent! 1) Bao Bun Board: just super delicious. I liked the crispy hoisin duck more than the BBQ pulled pork, and also liked the self service aspect of this (you had to make your own Bao bun). Really appreciated that they served generous amounts of the stuffing elements for the bun and all 4 items just complemented each other. 2) Age Board: the blackened chicken and tempura cauliflower bites were amazing! As were the accompanying sauces. The duck spring rolls were okay, but definitely for our group the chicken & cauliflower won when it came to tastiness. The cauliflower bites especially just super crisp while the chicken was so moist and with just super delicious spices! We should have stopped there and ordered dessert instead next, but we didn't realize so had also ordered mains! I got the Shio Ramen; other members of our group got the Bibimbap with Shrimp; Kung Pao Chicken; and Chow Mein. Btw, if you are worried that the menu selection seems all over the place when it comes to Asian food with Japanese, Korean, Sichuan Chinese & Hong Kong being represented with the menu choices our group made, I want to reassure anyone reading this review, that the food is tightly focused and the restaurant is Pan-Asian rather than Fusion Asian cuisine, so it all tastes fairly authentic. I had a taste of the Bibimbap and it was deliciousness! I think I might have enjoyed my Shio Ramen more if I wasn't already massively full from the Entree's. However if I return back to the restaurant, I won't get this ramen menu item again - I wanted a wee bit more vegetables plus the broth was a bit too bland for my taste. I put in copious amounts of dark soy spice and chili oil to spice it up. I also don't think the taste of the semi-cured chashu pork belly as the protein in the ramen was all that great. Don't get me wrong, the pork tasted delicious, but I wanted more of the fat to be present and mix with the ramen broth and instead it was more smoky taste elements. Overall however, service was great and as mentioned previously, those two starters hit it out of the park. I'd definitely return and get those two tasting boards again! Yelp 172/ 2019

This is one of the few sit-down restaurants in Terminal 3 at LHR. We had lots of time before our…read moreflight and decided to check it out. You sit at communal tables without backs (which isn't the most comfy), but the menu is extensive and healthy. We ordered teriyaki noodles and yakisoba noodles with shrimp, and both were good. They were very mildly spiced, though, and we both needed the seasoning spice that was on the table. I guess I was expecting more authentic and bold flavors, but this is very, very mild (perfect for fussy eaters and kids). PROS: * free hot green tea * scan a QR code to pay so no need to wait around for a slow server * plenty of healthy, vegetarian, and vegan food options * good cocktail menu for a pre-flight tipple * chopsticks, forks, and sauces on every table CONS: * service is mostly nonexistent; a server will take your order and deliver your food, but you won't see them again after that. * the kitchen is slow, so allow around 30 minutes to get your food (a real problem if you're in a rush to catch a flight) * uncomfortable picnic style, communal seating I would probably eat here again the next time I'm flying out of Heathrow, especially because there aren't many other sit down options in Terminal 3.

Nothing like a bit of ramen to warm your belly up.) We were sat upstairs and brought water and menus. At first, I thought, what a cool small ramen spot - but no, there's a downstairs!!! There's actually loads of space! Do not be deceived if it's full upstairs, chances are there's seating downstairs. The lunch menu consists of any small ramen bowl on the menu and a side for £9.95. I chose the pork, ginger and garlic gyoza, which came to the table fresh from the kitchen. For mains, I chose the Miso mushroom ramen, which was absolutely delicious. There was a variety of mushrooms which topped the homemade noodles, accompanied with a seasoned egg, black kale, bamboo shoots and spring onions. The broth was made up of konbu and shiitake mushroom and was miso based. Delicious!! I had the option to upgrade to a large bowl for an extra £1.95, but it was rather filling! I would definitely come back again to try more from the menu; I've got my eye on the chilli chicken ramen for next time!

The noodles were done just right and weren't too chewy or undercooked or over cooked just done perfectly. Everything about this place felt very precise and impeccable like you'd expect in a real Japanese establishment in Tokyo. I had the pork, ginger and garlic gyoza to start and they were plump and juicy as advertised. I had the Tonkotsu ramen which comes with the delicious pork broth. It came with roast pork belly, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, spring onions. Very filling and good value for the money. I will be back.
