The suspension issue happened on the weekend and they answered my late night text AND let us tow the truck directly to their shop. Evidently, his shop stays busy and successfully performs lots of repairs. Mark was very friendly and helpful over the phone. Because i lived over 100 miles away, Mark helped me handle the entire deal over the phone. I told him what i would like for their car, how much i wanted for my trade and my down payment. He said, "let me see what i can do and when can you come in?". I showed up to Paris Chevrolet, thinking i was still in the negotiating process, but i was 100% wrong. Truly trying to take advantage of someone from out of town.
